C&M roofing have done a few jobs for me now, replacement Velux's due to age & leakage, roof tile repairs and more recently a roof modification to structurally accept and fitted an additional Velux. Cavans workmanship is second to none, he's done a fantastic job, left site as he found it, wouldn't even know he had been and even corrected bad workmanship by a previous roofer, cutting tiles in properly. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors quoting, moving dates and not even turning up. Comms, with C&M Roofing was great, realistic dates and stuck to them. This guy is so reliable I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any roofing requirement. One last point, my roof was suffering with a number of broken tiles and previous roofers have advised a complete roof replacement, Ouch!! C&M Roofing made an assessment of my roof and said it was perfectly fine and just required approx. 60 tile replacements, which he did. He could of easily fleeced me for a new roof, he didn't which goes some way to speak about his credibility. All in all, 500% recommended, won't use anyone else, anymore. Final point, his prices are good too!!

I needed new dry verges on five apexes on my roof Cavan came round immediately to look and quickly sent an estimate which was less than I had expected The work was done over two days Cavan and Nick have done a wonderful job on them When they had finished everything was left clean and tidy Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others

We recently had a full re-roof completed by Cavan and Nick, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. From start to finish, the communication was clear, polite and professional. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. The project included a full re-roof on an Edwardian semi, new fascia boards and guttering, valley lead work and chimneys being repaired and and new lead flashing,as well as a tricky skylight installation. The finished roof looks fantastic. Great to see how clean and tidy they kept the site, sweeping up at the end of each day, and even making sure the dust didn't escape from the skip. All the neighbours commented on how professional they were.
