C&M Roofing Services Ltd

We wanted a Solar tunnel fitted and found Cavan through Velux’s approved installer list. We were initially sceptical about all the 5-star reviews perhaps being too good to be true but nonetheless requested a free site visit and quote. Cavan responded quickly and on meeting him and discussing the job, it was clear he was not only very knowledgeable, but also someone who took great pride in his work. The detailed quote was sent quickly, and being very reasonable, was accepted. We were given a weather dependant timescale of when the work could be completed and then agreed a fixed time and date. The work was carried out very professionally. Carpets and bannisters were protected during the work and Cavan tidied up the whole work area before he left. The work was to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble, and great care was taken at all times in and around my property. Cavan is very polite and personable, but serious about ensuring his work is of a high standard. His communication is excellent throughout and he is very trustworthy. We are very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation using C&M Roofing again and recommending him to all our friends and family.

I contacted C&M Roofing Services Ltd as I found they are a certified Velux installer near to us and I wanted to ask if they would be kind enough to give me some advice. I spoke to Cavan and he was incredibly helpful, even said if I were to send some photos over he would look at them for me and let me know what he thought. It is so rare nowadays to find someone who is a genuine expert in their field and who is prepared to give you their time and ask for nothing in return. Thank you Cavan, I will definitely be using your company for all my future roofing needs

Cavan replied promptly to our enquiry. Providing a super quote broken down clearly for materials and labour He kept us to date with delivery times and was able to fit the blinds the following day He arrived on time, was clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around We would definitely use Cavan again if we ever needed to and would thoroughly recommend Cavan

C&M roofing have done a few jobs for me now, replacement Velux's due to age & leakage, roof tile repairs and more recently a roof modification to structurally accept and fitted an additional Velux. Cavans workmanship is second to none, he's done a fantastic job, left site as he found it, wouldn't even know he had been and even corrected bad workmanship by a previous roofer, cutting tiles in properly. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors quoting, moving dates and not even turning up. Comms, with C&M Roofing was great, realistic dates and stuck to them. This guy is so reliable I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any roofing requirement. One last point, my roof was suffering with a number of broken tiles and previous roofers have advised a complete roof replacement, Ouch!! C&M Roofing made an assessment of my roof and said it was perfectly fine and just required approx. 60 tile replacements, which he did. He could of easily fleeced me for a new roof, he didn't which goes some way to speak about his credibility. All in all, 500% recommended, won't use anyone else, anymore. Final point, his prices are good too!!

At last, a true professional who restores your faith in 'the trade'. From the initial contact to completing the job, we can't praise Cavan enough. Prompt, reliable, competitive price, good explanations and an engaging disposition. We wholeheartedly recommend C & M Roofing Services Ltd.

From the Initial meeting to review our roof which required a number of repairs and replace 3 velux roof windows to completing the work Cavan was always very friendly, professional and on time He kept us informed throughout and completed the work to a very high standard. In completing the actual work, he went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend using this family business and have already passed his details to a friend.

C&M Roofing Services recently completed a full re-roof of my property in Macclesfield, and I am very pleased with the result. I received three quotes for the work, but chose C&M because Cavan was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the job would be carried out in line with current building regulations. This gave me confidence that the work would be done properly. The team started on time and were professional, highly skilled, respectful and tidy throughout. Cavan is also a real gentleman and a very kind man. He helped with the paperwork and arranged for the building inspector to visit the property to confirm that the materials and work complied with up-to-date regulations. The whole process was well managed from start to finish, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. I would happily recommend C&M Roofing Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional roofer.

Professional and efficient service. Good communication on progressing the work from quotation and ordering parts to scheduling a convenient time to carry out the repairs. As you would expect from a highly professional individual, our home was left clean and tidy (you wouldn't have known any work had been carried out). Would highly recommend.

A very professional, efficient and reliable service from C&M Roofing Services. We were recommended C&M and they did not disappoint. Cavan came to do a quote, which we received promptly and was detailed and clear about what work was going to take place and products used. Arranged a date which was brought forward by a week - excellent to get the work completed sooner. Great communication from Cavan throughout, excellent standard of work carried out in a considerate and tidy manner by Cavan and Nick. They were happy to answer any questions and keep us updated. Very positive experience

I needed new dry verges on five apexes on my roof Cavan came round immediately to look and quickly sent an estimate which was less than I had expected The work was done over two days Cavan and Nick have done a wonderful job on them When they had finished everything was left clean and tidy Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others
