Boiler was originally booked in for a service at a later date but failed to fire up on a morning a few weeks in advance of the appointment. Chris came out the same day on his way home from a bigger job to investigate and remedy the issue with a clean and service. He also provided helpful advice on replacement due to the age of the boiler and was just generally a nice, friendly, helpful guy.

The leaking bathroom radiator was supplied/fitted on the agreed day without disruption, the working area being left spotless after completion.I have used this company previously to service my Worcester Bosch boiler and to carryout other general plumbing tasks and would have no hesitation in recommending CMW Heating. CMW is very professional/knowledgeable and all work is always carried out to a high standard. During the visit,future works were discussed and advice received regarding work required in the kitchen area--planned for later in the year.

Following a sudden water leak from our boiler at 7 am I contacted Chris after obtaining his details from a neighbour who had recently had some work done by him and he came highly recommended from them. Chris returned my call and arrived later the same day to take a look at the issue. He carried out the repair and serviced the boiler at the same time and got the system back up and running again really quickly. His knowledge and workmanship were first-class. He has an excellent website and his pricing is very fair. Brilliant service all around.

I recently had my Worcester boiler serviced by CMW and was quite impressed with the overall experience. Chris arrived exactly on time and was incredibly thorough and professional in his approach to the work whilst happy to explain what he was doing. He did a deep clean and inspection on all the serviceable parts, re-pressurised and checked the complete system. I was very pleased with the service and discussed further work requirements. I would definitely recommend Chris and look forward to using him again in the future.

I always have my Worcester boiler serviced every year and this was the second service by CMW. Really happy to have found CMW when original installer declined to carry on servicing. Did extra cleaning method not done before. Checked out the complete system and informed me that everything was okay. I had a problem with a thermostatic valve and was given good info to upgrade to a better unit. Well pleased with service visit. Booked for next year.

Realised our combi boiler was due a service. Emailed Chris for a quote and time which he responded to that evening. Chris turned up when he said he would and stayed to explain the work and give some tips for keeping the boiler self-maintained, and reducing costs. Clearly methodical, tidy (Chris left his shoes at the door when walking into the house, which was a thoughtful touch) and knowledgeable, Chris was keen to assure us about our boiler and the work he was doing. Great customer attention, and happily answered my obviously ignorant questions!

Due to a stupid error on my part my boiler was not working. My normal heating engineer was on holiday, so I thought getting someone would be almost impossible. I was getting ready to have Christmas without heating. I rang Chris, who was extremely busy, but suggested he would find someone to help me. however In the event Chris had a cancellation and came over. He sorted it out and made me a very happy person. I would certainly recommend this company. Excellent!

I contacted Chris as he was recommended to me by friends who he’d recently fitted a new boiler for. Chris was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and in coming round to quote. He offered good clear advice on a boiler replacement (and removal of hot and cold water tanks). I had no hesitation in hiring Chris for the job and was very happy with his work. He is friendly and considerate (as I was working from home at the time) and also neat and tidy. He made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before he left and registered the boiler that same day. I couldn’t fault Chris and would strongly recommend his services.

Chris provided a competitive quote to install a new boiler for us. He was very accommodating in carrying out the removal of the old gas boiler and then returning a few weeks later after our laundry had been refurbished to install a wall mounted boiler. He also sorted out a long standing problem with the upstairs radiators which had not let out much heat. His work was very neat and tidy and completed on the days we agreed. He answered all our questions on the new boiler, controls and settings. We have arranged for Chris to service our boiler on a regular basis and would not hesitate to recommend him for heating and plumbing work.

We are so pleased from Chris’ visit in November last year to having accepted his Quotation we received a couple of days after his initial visit until the work of removing our old Boiler on the 11th and replacing with a new Worcester Bosch Boiler on the 12th April 2022.
