When I needed a roofer to repair a leaking roof and frost-damaged chimney, C. Richards & Son were recommended by a work colleague, and turned out to be a good choice. Chris quoted me for the repairs and a full survey of the roof. The survey revealed some other problems and Chris talked me through various options for repair. I opted for re-tiling of the entire roof and replacement of the aging felt with a modern waterproof membrane. The work was completed in under a week, at the agreed cost. The entire team were hard-working, polite and tidy and responded quickly to any questions I had about the work. Based on other quotes I received for this work, and on similar repairs to my sister's house two years ago, I think that C. Richards & Son offer good value for money.
