C S Plumbing and Heating have carried out many jobs for us over several years including new kitchen sink, outside tap, radiators and many other jobs such as repairs and boiler service. Always a great team who are prompt, polite and know their jobs.

Good communication from them for an urgent job. Came promptly and when here I realised I also needed my boiler serviced. He rang the office to see if he could fit it in, which he did, saving me time rebooking and messing about. Both jobs done well, friendly chap who was tidy and did a great job.

I switched to CS Plumbing and Heating in 2018. All work has been satisfactory and i regularly recommend them. They have saved me money on annual boiler services and installed a water softner and 3 way tap which was both competative as well as being very clean and tidy during installation. I have had several engineers who have always been courteous and efficient in what they do. It is great to get a call each year to remind me about a boiler service before the cold weather hits.

We had our boiler serviced. Engineer arrived on time was polite, tidy and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Good follow up, very happy and would recommend their services.

Since moving into the property a year ago there has been various issues that have needed attention from leaks in the bathroom, shower not working and just after moving in the need for a new boiler to be installed. The company have been very quick to respond to request for quotes and when agreed, time scales for the repair /installation has been good. The plumbers have been very friendly and have completed the work, even when at times its been quite challenging ie trying to put a new kitchen tap in when there has not been much room to manoeuvre under the sink!

CS Plumbing and heating replaced our oil boiler mid 2023, the whole experience from start to finish was superb to say the least. Initially we had a discussion with Gus who came to our house and went through the various options, after a couple of days we were furnished with a detailed quote which outlined all the work in depth, which in turn was followed up with a phone call to answer any questions we may of had. A date was set for the new installation and on the day we met with Ashley who was the engineer who would carry out the removal of the old boiler and associated other items from the boiler house and install the new boiler etc, well what can i say, the thought ,care and time given to this whole job was exemplary in every way ! Ashley is an absolute credit to the business and his knowledge is second to none. We have since used CS Plumbing and they are due to do another job for us soon, I cannot recommend them highly enough they are simply excellent in every way, A true lesson in how to operate !
