We received a n excellent quote and during our decision making process, Stuart from C-Thru was very responsive and helpful. We proceeded with the work to replace 24 windows and soffits. The work proceeded quickly and efficiently, all mess was cleared up at the end of each day and were a hard working team who completed the work in the time frame agreed. We have subsequently recommended the company to others and I understand that they are pleased as well with the work undertaken.

We had all our windows and doors replaced. This work was carried out in a expert and careful manner. The communication of essential messages was done well and in good time so that we knew when the work was starting and the order in which the rooms were going to be done. The workmen cleared up well and the functions of the windows were clearly explained at the end of the completion of the work. All paper work was completed in good time and when some minor issues developed with a few of the windows help arrived within the day and all issues were dealt with quickly. A very good firm to be working with.

I have used C-thru 3 times; to replace all our gutters, replace two external doors and then to replace 13 windows and a large glazed door. Every time, Stuart has been the best quote, most willing to meet my design requests and nicest person to deal with. The quality of the work is very high, Stuart and team are professional and polite and the results of he work are so good that several other houses on our road have since booked C-thru for similar jobs that have also been completed to a high standard. When having our windows and glazed door quoted for, both other companies that quoted told me they did not think my design choices would look good and both were inflexible about what they were willing to do. They wanted to fit exactly the same outdated style of window that was being removed. I wanted modern windows with larger panes of glass and fewer sections in each frame. Stuart at C-thru trusted that I knew what I wanted for my own home and did exactly what I asked for. He also went out of his way to speak to the manufacturer when I asked for an unusually large glazed door. He managed to get the manufacturer to add additional hinges to take the extra weight and managed to fit a beautiful door which I have had absolutely no issues with since it was installed. We have had so many compliments about the new windows and even had people knock on the door to ask who fitted them. I could not be more pleased with the service or the results.

We obtained quotes from various window installers when looking to get our work done and C-Thru were not only the best price, but Stuart was very professional and friendly, and didn?t make me feel silly for any of my questions. We changed our minds on what we were doing a few times and Stuart was able to offer advice and new quotes each time so we could make sure the works were in our budget and would work with our conversion. After we?d settled on what we wanted to do we paid our deposit and the windows were ordered. Stuart and Steph stayed in touch regarding an installation date and were able to accommodate our request for a Saturday. The installation was seamless, with Stuart double checking the holes we knocked through before even unloading the windows, making sure the installation would all go smoothly. Stuart and his colleague installed the windows in a few hours, they were meticulous and ensured everything was clean and the windows were sparkling before they left. One of the handles on our French doors is a little stiff so we contacted C-Thru and they have arranged to come out straight away to fix it - even the same day! We couldn?t be happier and will be getting C-Thru back in soon to do our soffits and fascias. A brilliant company!

It took me a long time to make up my mind who to use to replace my old patio doors. I trusted C-Thru windows and doors eventually who gave a reasonable quote and were totally new to me. They gave me a personally designed 4 panel patio french double glazed doors with top windows. Completed in one day, very clean tidy workers. Polite very thoughtful keeping me informed of any slight changes to be made, to suit my needs. I am extremely pleased with the finished job it is a beautiful addition to my home.I would highly recommend them.
