Chris designed, supplied and installed our alarm system for us and we could not be happier with the experience. He listened carefully to what we wanted and also gave us the benefit of his years of experience to advise carefully on what was best for our home. The aftersales experience has been excellent too with a very attentive service for finalising the installation. Thoroughly recommended.

Chris is very friendly and took the time to explain and happy to answer as many silly question I asked him about the alarm system during his visit. No hard sale. We contacted CW Security Systems Ltd following several examples of previously poor service from another security firm and from the very outset Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The maintenance and remedial work on our alarm system was carried out exactly as quoted and, given the time taken to do the work, the price was very reasonable indeed. We were impressed with Chris's can-do approach, which was also focused on ensuring we didn't need to spend anymore than necessary. Chris even managed to call out another engineer to deliver a replacement part on the day meaning the work was completed as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending C W Security.

We moved to our new home a few months ago and decided to have an intruder alarm system fitted. We found C.W.Security systems and spoke to Chris Wicks. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and approach. After a home visit when all options were explained to us, we went ahead and booked the work. Chris arrived on time and was very courteous. The alarm was fitted quickly and all areas were tidied - you would not know any work had taken place. The use of the alarm was clearly explained and the system set up for us. We have had a great experience with Chris, and now have peace of mind with a great alarm system. Thoroughly recommend.

We moved into a new house that had an alarm fitted by CW Security Systems. I contacted Chris Wicks to request a maintenance plan, electronic fobs to activate the alarm, links to a monitoring system and to be able to access my alarm via an app remotely. Chis was very efficient in organising a date to do the work and carried it out promptly to my satisfaction. He thoroughly explained how the alarm could be customised and then carried out that work for me. He has always been available to me to answer any queries and I have every confidence in his system.
