After our recent boiler service, I requested an additional radiator to be retrofitted into our home. I received a quotation, and booking the job was so easy with flexibility on dates to suit me. The engineers attended and carried out the task in a professional manner, and were friendly as well as informative on the plans to carry out the work. During the work, the engineers were efficient, had great teamwork as well as housekeeping - working in a respectful manner, tidying as they carried out the task in a timely manner. The engineers completed the job, tested the heating system and showed and explained to me the completed work. What a difference this work has made to our home. I fully recommend this business, with first-class service at a fair price.

Having moved into a developer refurbished property, we were disappointed to find out that some of the heating system had been fitted with used equipment. The developer would not accept that this was the case. We contacted Connor at C1 and arranged for him to look at the system and determine what needed to be replaced. Once the price was agreed, parts were sourced quickly, and follow-up appointments were scheduled. Connor and his team worked together to pull everything together. They arrived as scheduled, worked professionally and quickly, and addressed the developer's shortfalls. As is sometimes the case, not all of the new installation went to plan, but Connor and his team took full responsibility and committed to addressing the situation until it was fully rectified. It is good to know a company that stands by its word and its workmanship. This whole team is a pleasure to work with and can be relied upon to do what they say, get to the bottom of issues, and remain professional and focused until everything is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We have used this company for the last three years ,and have always been happy with the service provided.The engineer arrives on time and completes the boiler service carefully and efficiently,checking everything is working properly before he leaves. He has a very nice manner and is polite and friendly. They also send a reminder when the annual service is due,which means you never have to worry about forgetting to have it done.
