Connor has been coming to service our boiler for 3 years now. He is very friendly and has always given us an understanding of the service and any improvements/repairs required to maintain our boiler working well throughout the year.

Having moved into a developer refurbished property, we were disappointed to find out that some of the heating system had been fitted with used equipment. The developer would not accept that this was the case. We contacted Connor at C1 and arranged for him to look at the system and determine what needed to be replaced. Once the price was agreed, parts were sourced quickly, and follow-up appointments were scheduled. Connor and his team worked together to pull everything together. They arrived as scheduled, worked professionally and quickly, and addressed the developer's shortfalls. As is sometimes the case, not all of the new installation went to plan, but Connor and his team took full responsibility and committed to addressing the situation until it was fully rectified. It is good to know a company that stands by its word and its workmanship. This whole team is a pleasure to work with and can be relied upon to do what they say, get to the bottom of issues, and remain professional and focused until everything is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Would recommend C1 to anyone.

We have used this company for the last three years ,and have always been happy with the service provided.The engineer arrives on time and completes the boiler service carefully and efficiently,checking everything is working properly before he leaves. He has a very nice manner and is polite and friendly. They also send a reminder when the annual service is due,which means you never have to worry about forgetting to have it done.

I have used C1 Boilers for a number of jobs since moving into our home. For boiler servicing, radiator issues, fitting a thermostat and supply and fitting of a new shower. The service is always fantastic, from booking a job where I received a fast quote and flexibility on when the job can be completed to the actual day of work, when I received a phone call to let me know they are on route. Work has always been completed to an excellent level and very fairly priced. Would not use anyone else and highly recommend for any heating or plumbing work.

We have used C1 Boilers a few times and they are always polite, prompt, professional and friendly. They turn on up on time - and there is a great automated system that let's me know when they are nearby. Connor is always really helpful, and efficient. Would highly recommend.
