We contacted Connor as we had a leak from our boiler and he came the next day and found the problem and explained what it was and that he couldn’t fix it as it was still under warranty. He explained what we needed to do in order to get sorted. Connor was very thorough and checked everything else was in order and we will definitely use his service again

Connor was very polite, efficient and considerate by ensuring he wore overshoes etc whilst in my home. The service was completed thoroughly, as per last year, better than any previous company I have used for same service. Radiators were all checked as well. Very satisfied with C1 Gas and heating services.

Connor installed 3 new radiators for me, and serviced my boiler earlier this year. The work was done with a joiner sub-contractor. All was completed professionally, at the dates and cost that was agreed. I am very pleased with the work. If you want a first class Heating Engineer Connor's your man! Connor installed a new replacement Ideal Logic Max 2 30kw Combi Boiler for us along with new replacement radiators. There's no hidden extras etc with Connor. Connor is also very knowledgeable at what he does. Connor is a great communicator and explains everything thoroughly. He turns up when he says he will and is also a very clean and tidy tradesman who takes pride in what he does. Many thanks Connor.

Connor & C1 gas abd heating service was really helpful to give an affordable and durable boiler quote . He was very friendly and professional. The installation date was really quick and the service was amazing. Everything was tested properly and left no mess at all. Needed a new boiler after nearly 20 years. I checked the Which website and C1 Gas and Heating Services was close and had great reviews. Connor was able to provide an assessment and recommendations online. Once I confirmed the one most suitable for me we were able to move forward and agree a date for the work to begin. Once they arrived they were very effective and efficient and even covered my carpet in a protective film where they would be stepping. The work was quick and quiet, I was able to work from home uninterrupted and the work was 100% completed before 4pm. In short, I got exactly what I was after with no issues, would highly recommend.
