From the initial contact with Teresa to the boiler being serviced by Connor, everything was very professional. Connor arrived on time, took time to ask how the boiler had been and done the job to a high standard. We were really happy with the service we received and would highly recommend this company.

From initial contact establishing needs and costs everything was fully explained by Connor with no unexpected add ons. The fitters arrived on day and time agreed, protective covers were used offering protection of carpets. Once started work was carried out efficiently and quietly. Old boiler was disconnected and placed outside for collection by a recycling company at no cost to myself. Chemical flush was carried out and new combi boiler fitted. Work was complteted in one day and all areas left spotlessly clean any debris was taken away by fitters. The office manager Teresa was extremely helpful from initial contact through to end with all paperwork sent by e mail as and when with no delays. A very professional operation from start to finish.

Annual service highlighted a faulty seal. Seal was replaced and service was completed in super fast time. Amazing and speedy service from Connor & his team. Would highly recommend.

After our recent boiler service, I requested an additional radiator to be retrofitted into our home. I received a quotation, and booking the job was so easy with flexibility on dates to suit me. The engineers attended and carried out the task in a professional manner, and were friendly as well as informative on the plans to carry out the work. During the work, the engineers were efficient, had great teamwork as well as housekeeping - working in a respectful manner, tidying as they carried out the task in a timely manner. The engineers completed the job, tested the heating system and showed and explained to me the completed work. What a difference this work has made to our home. I fully recommend this business, with first-class service at a fair price.
