Connor & C1 gas abd heating service was really helpful to give an affordable and durable boiler quote . He was very friendly and professional. The installation date was really quick and the service was amazing. Everything was tested properly and left no mess at all. Once installed, he was really helpful on providing assistance on any questions regarding the boiler. No issues so far. All paperwork was sent quickly for the records too. Needed a new boiler after nearly 20 years. I checked the Which website and C1 Gas and Heating Services was close and had great reviews. Connor was able to provide an assessment and recommendations online. Once I confirmed the one most suitable for me we were able to move forward and agree a date for the work to begin. Once they arrived they were very effective and efficient and even covered my carpet in a protective film where they would be stepping. The work was quick and quiet, I was able to work from home uninterrupted and the work was 100% completed before 4pm. In short, I got exactly what I was after with no issues, would highly recommend.

Connor is great- always responsive to calls and emails, prompt and does a brilliant job with boiler and radiators.

Connor carried out an annual service on my combi boiler. I have this done every year and have to say Connor was much more thorough than ANY previous service. He patiently and politely explained what and why when I asked the purpose of certain processes. I will always use Connor in the future.

Can't recommend this company enough. Connor was amazing from the first phone call regarding a faulty gas hob to supplying and fitting a brand new one. All within 4 days. He spoke me through everything and put my mind at ease as I was worried it was dangerous with it being gas. He was quick and efficient in sending me prices and quotes for the work needing to be done. He came today and fitted the new one and what a fantastic job he did. It was a fiddly job considering how small and compact my kitchen is. Honestly, I'm over the moon with everything. The invoice was sent to me after the job was complete and it was the price we agreed on beforehand. He is also a really lovely guy so don't hesitate to give him a call for work needing doing and he cleans up after himself haha. So happy I phoned outside my area and found C1 Gas and Heating! Will definitely use the company again if I ever have any more gas emergencies!!

Connor was on time, kind, patient and helpful. We moved into a new house and he took his time to explain to me how to use the boiler and answered my questions. I would recommend his services and would use him in the future. (He did a boiler service and inspection).

I had a new boiler installed recently, and can wholeheartedly recommend C1 to everybody! Communication was fantastic, the installation was well done and in good time. I asked for installation early January and it was arranged and done within days of my request. The prices are reasonable too! 5 stars across the board.
