C1 Boilers LTD

We have used C1 Boilers a few times and they are always polite, prompt, professional and friendly. They turn on up on time - and there is a great automated system that let's me know when they are nearby. Connor is always really helpful, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Connor as we had a leak from our boiler and he came the next day and found the problem and explained what it was and that he couldn’t fix it as it was still under warranty. He explained what we needed to do in order to get sorted. Connor was very thorough and checked everything else was in order and we will definitely use his service again

Connor was very polite, efficient and considerate by ensuring he wore overshoes etc whilst in my home. The service was completed thoroughly, as per last year, better than any previous company I have used for same service. Radiators were all checked as well. I shouted for help!! C1 and Connor came same the day. Heating and hot water was quickly restored by considerate, polite, professional, qualified tradesmen. I now use them to conduct our annual servicing etc.

Connor installed 3 new radiators for me, and serviced my boiler earlier this year. The work was done with a joiner sub-contractor. All was completed professionally, at the dates and cost that was agreed. I am very pleased with the work. If you want a first class Heating Engineer Connor's your man! Connor installed a new replacement Ideal Logic Max 2 30kw Combi Boiler for us along with new replacement radiators. There's no hidden extras etc with Connor. Connor is also very knowledgeable at what he does. Connor is a great communicator and explains everything thoroughly. He turns up when he says he will and is also a very clean and tidy tradesman who takes pride in what he does. Many thanks Connor.

Needed a new boiler after nearly 20 years. I checked the Which website and C1 Gas and Heating Services was close and had great reviews. Connor was able to provide an assessment and recommendations online. Once I confirmed the one most suitable for me we were able to move forward and agree a date for the work to begin. Once they arrived they were very effective and efficient and even covered my carpet in a protective film where they would be stepping. The work was quick and quiet, I was able to work from home uninterrupted and the work was 100% completed before 4pm. In short, I got exactly what I was after with no issues, would highly recommend.

Connor carried out an annual service on my combi boiler. I have this done every year and have to say Connor was much more thorough than ANY previous service. He patiently and politely explained what and why when I asked the purpose of certain processes. I will always use Connor in the future.

Can't recommend this company enough. Connor was amazing from the first phone call regarding a faulty gas hob to supplying and fitting a brand new one. All within 4 days. He spoke me through everything and put my mind at ease as I was worried it was dangerous with it being gas. He was quick and efficient in sending me prices and quotes for the work needing to be done. He came today and fitted the new one and what a fantastic job he did. It was a fiddly job considering how small and compact my kitchen is. Honestly, I'm over the moon with everything. The invoice was sent to me after the job was complete and it was the price we agreed on beforehand. He is also a really lovely guy so don't hesitate to give him a call for work needing doing and he cleans up after himself haha. So happy I phoned outside my area and found C1 Gas and Heating! Will definitely use the company again if I ever have any more gas emergencies!!

Connor was on time, kind, patient and helpful. We moved into a new house and he took his time to explain to me how to use the boiler and answered my questions. I would recommend his services and would use him in the future. (He did a boiler service and inspection).

I had a new boiler installed recently, and can wholeheartedly recommend C1 to everybody! Communication was fantastic, the installation was well done and in good time. I asked for installation early January and it was arranged and done within days of my request. The prices are reasonable too! 5 stars across the board.
