C2 Contracting LTD

Chris quoted for some work at our property on 21 November 2022. I accepted the quote on 24 November and asked him to let me know when he could do the work. After chasing repeatedly, he came and carried out the work on 17 February 2023. Chris was pleasant and efficient. I settled his invoice immediately. Whilst he was with us on 17 February I asked Chris if he could carry out some further work and he said he could and that I wouldn't have to wait so long for the work to be done as I had waited for the initial works. Chris quoted for the additional work on 25 February 2023. I accepted the same day and asked for a date for the work to be done. Again, I had to chase Chris repeatedly. He eventually said that he would come on 19 May 2023. On the morning of 19 May 2023 he emailed to say that he could not come as his mother was poorly and he said he would come on 24 May 2023 instead. I offered my sympathy and had no issue with him rescheduling. Chris failed to attend on 24 May and failed to contact us. I chased him repeatedly for a fresh date. Initially, he said he would be in touch with a date but he never did so. He has now stopped responding. In my last email I asked if he could recommend anyone else to do the work if he is now unwilling to do so himself and, again, he has failed even to respond.

Chris was friendly, professional and able to detect the problem within 60 seconds of being on the property. I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them in the future!

Contacted Chris following a recommendation from a friend on Facebook and was not disappointed at all. He was prompt to reply to messages on WhatsApp, flexible (as we were awaiting delivery of a new cooker) and his quote was very reasonable. Professional, prompt, and friendly, we will definitely use his services again, highly recommended.
