Had our install done 14 panels and batteries on a rather rainy Friday, even though it was tipping it down the guys put the panels up in record time and the electricians completed the job. They were all superb and cleaned up after. You wouldn't have known there had even been there. Great service and highly recommended.

I have added 6 panels and two batteries to my existing system. The whole service, from getting quotes in to fitting was easily understood, and very friendly. The work was carried out quickly and the two young men fitting it were a credit to the firm. I would throughly recommend Cahill to anyone looking to have solar fitted.

After much searching in the confusing world of solar, I contacted Cahill Renewables. From the first contact the support, information and advice was by the far the best. After consultation and provision of my information I was given a quote. I decided to go with 14 solar panels, batteries and an inverter. This was well priced and reasonable. I must say that Joe was brilliant! Once I agreed to proceed the surveyor reviewed my property and prepared the plan for installation. A few days before the scaffolders then installed the scaffolding. On the day of the installation the electricians arrived on time and were super helpful. They did the main part of the installation getting ready for the roofers to come and install the solar panels. The whole process went smoothly with no hitches whatsoever. Immediately, the system was online and working!, The after sales too was great following up to make sure all was well. My system was registered to export within a couple weeks from installation. I would not hesitate at recommending Cahill!

I had 7 quotes ranging from £8k-£13k and 3 companies inc Cahills came round. From initial phone call until I went with Cahill there were no pressure phone calls from them that there were from the other 6 companies. Any questions I phoned with, they answered the phone within seconds likewise emails returned promptly. Josh, joe & Kieran were very friendly, patient and explained technical stuff in a way I could understand. They made their options & recommendations and explained any pros & cons of my queries. They were the 2nd cheapest price. Apart from the £13k quote they were providing better/newer quality kit. They were also including 5 to 7 more panels than any of the other companies. Roofers fitted panels and Jermain the electrician was so knowledgeable and efficient starting at 9.30 and leaving at 4.45 after explaining all the kit and the app. After sales has been great with joe & Josh giving all the time needed to help with all my questions. The panels look great, batteries, inverter and new fuse board that was needed at no extra cost are all very neat. I can’t recommend Cahill renewables and its staff highly enough. Cahill were one of 5 quotes I received for my installation. My requirements were not straightforward and they were really helpful on all the options discussed ensuring I got a quality solution I was happy with. Their quotes were competitive (they did not over-inflate the quote then massively discount it as some others did) with no pressured sales. The installation team were excellent, very friendly and when problems occurred they kept me informed. The issues were resolved in a timely manner and it took 3 days to complete instead of 2. The groundwork team were excellent too. Really pleased with the end result, a very neat install that is performing well. Customer service post install is excellent too. A great company to work with.

Like anyone considering solar its a complex system individually designed for your property. I did the usual thing of getting three quotes ranging from 7k to 13k. One being one of the top two companies being the 13k.Cahill renewables were at the lower end. But the main thing that swung it for me was that there was no pressure or pushy sales from Cahill. I researched them thoroughly, so my decision was made easily. I had spoken to Josh several times over the phone and by email, he went through what would be the best for me. I was aware due to the size of my roof I was limited to the size of the system, so I would not be completely self sufficient. So deposit paid and things were on the move. site survey completed, date sorted Scaffolders arrived when arranged and everything was a GO. I had also asked for a Velux window to be removed which I was quoted for as well. Electricians arrived and were great and all the work carried ,very tidy work completed throughout and left clean. My house is Edwardian and over 100 years old and is like a bomb shelter, however there was an issue with my roof tiles, due to the age of the house they were quite brittle. After a conversation with George this was resolved and dealt with. Fox equipment installed and was registered and set up on the app and could see the generation straight away. To summarise the whole process was easy effective and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend Cahill to anyone considering an installation.

All of the staff at Cahill have been friendly and professional from the first inquiry call through to the after installation support. They talked me through the options and helped me choose the best solution for my home battery installation. The recommended options were presented with full costings. Upon making my choice they provided a timely installation date, designed to fit into my requirements. The installation engineer arrrived at the advised time and proceded to install the system. He was friendly and informative. The installation was neat and tidy. Upon completion he walked me through setting up the app so I can control and monitor my useage and didn't leave until I was satisfied and he answered all my questions. The following day I recieved a call to check I was happy before the final invoice and supporting paper work (still awaited due to external factors) are sent. The final invoice was as expected with no 'hidden' extras. They came recommended and I highly recommend Cahill Electrical for the installation of Battery systems.

The team at Cahill were extremely professional, from first contact through to quote and installation. No pressure selling, offered advice where our requirements or expectations may have been unrealistic but never once forced us into any decisions. We had a seedless installation with the solar panel installers timed to complete as the hardware installation began. Discovered that we had a problem caused by UK power networks, Cahill handled that and had the UKPN in to make the required repairs then came back to complete the job. Everyone hopes for a faultless system, but to us, the real quality of a company is when you do have a problem. Some of the kit failed, but a call to the team and they pulled out all the stops to get things fixed. Their after sales customer experience is exemplary, if only every company were as good. If you’re look for solar installation with batteries, you can’t really go wrong with the team at Cahill.

Cahill's arranged our Heat Pump central heating very professionally from the start. They took care of every detail, nothing was too much trouble. The team who came to do the installation were very good. As we are getting on in years and live in a small bungalow moving things in preparation could have been a problem, but, the team took care of everything, moving things and clearing up after themselves at each stage, we just provided the tea, coffee and biscuits. In three days the whole thing was finished and working. One of the main points we were pleased with was the way they ran the pipes under the house, so, no pipes running along skirting boards. All this for a very reasonable price. A very professional company.

Having decided to have solar panels and batteries installed Cahill Renewables were one of five companies we approached for a quote. Right from the start we were impressed with their response, their efficiency and willingness to listen to what we wanted and to answer all the questions we had. The quote we received was competitive and having agreed a date and timescale for the work it all went ahead as planned. All of the guys who came on site were polite, considerate, careful and professional. They worked extremely well as a team to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner and kept the site clean and tidy. We enquired about having some additional electrical work done linked to the solar installation and this was scheduled to fit in with the existing work whilst they were on site. We have no hesitation in giving Cahill Renewables 5 stars in all aspects of their work and would certainly recommend them to others. A great team in all respects.

Had a very keen quote from Cahill , the panels inverter and battery were all from top rate manufacturers , Every stage of the installation was carried out with no fuss and all the trades done an excellent job, We are very happy and our solar system is generating all the power we need with some to feed back on good days

I considered quotations from six providers before choosing Cahill. All communications were professional. We set a date and Cahill delivered on time. They said they could install in one day and they did it. The two roofers were very experienced as were the two electricians. The commissioning was done the next day. They were fexible and provided good advice on number of panels and optimizers. Very satisfied.

I am an avid Which? user and for a project like this, where I had little knowledge at the outset, I was only prepared to use a Which? Trusted Trader. I received 3 quotes form suppliers in the South East and selected Cahill Renewables, based on their professional and helpful approach... they don't employ sales people so their business is dependent on recommendations and they are a Which? Trusted Trader with 5+ reviews. From start to finish they did an excellent job, they were polite, professional and helpful , keeping me informed on every stage of the process... I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations! I particularly liked that they came up with suggestions to save money rather than to just add cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. and it feels really good to be generating our own electricity from the sun!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Right from planning/designing the system Cahills showed they knew what they were doing. They gave open and honest advice, listened to our expectations and told us what we could get. We asked for some changes to the proposal and a discussion adapted those to the final design which was installed in a single day - panels, inverter, and batteries. The on-site staff were a great bunch, efficient and friendly, and before long the system was running our whole house. Very pleased with the whole deal.

My son had Cahill install a similar system and was very pleased with the quality of the work and the attitude and enthusiasm of the whole team. Having recently had two chimneys removed this gave me a large roof area suitable for a reasonable PV array Cahill were helpful without being pushy Joss in the office was enthusiastic and knowledgable and supplied a detailed plan for my roof area. At no time was I put under pressure to buy although their quote was not the cheapest it was very competitive however I was impressed by their attention to detail and technical ability. They arranged for scaffolding to arrive on the day they were supposed to be here and completed all the work within their declared timeframe. From start to finish everyone was polite, helpful and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. All in all great job from tradesmen to the Directors I can highly recommend this company for their can do attitude .

Cahill Renewables installed a large solar installation of 28 PVs and solar edge battery/inverter at my home. Initially recommended by a neighbour, they quickly drew up a draft design based on the google earth details of the house. They then arranged for an on-site survey which supported their initial design. At this stage they were able to finalise the estimate of cost to include the scaffolding and ground works. While not cheap, I considered the cost reasonable. During this stage of the process, they were very responsive to queries, and to carrying out (small) iterations of the specification. We agreed a date for installation. The day before installation their scaffolding contractors arrived, set up the scaffolding and the next day the installation team of 2 turned up. They worked solidly for two days, solving a number of unanticipated challenges along the way. They had a very professional 'can do' approach, and by the end of day 2 the installation was up and running. The following day some set-up was needed with the Solar Edge software, which the team at Cahilll did efficiently, making sure to communicate clearly what was happening. Two days later the scaffolding contractors returned to remove the scaffolding. Considering the size and complexity of the task, it was carried out with minimum of fuss, tidily and professionally. My electricity costs have dropped by over eighty percent in the three days since installation. Well done, Cahill team!

Our 6kW solar pv and battery system was installed by Cahill Renewables on 8th June 2023. Before deciding on Cahill, we sought many more than the recommended three quotes and by the time I spoke to Office Manager Joe I was getting thoroughly confused by the variations in proposed designs, components and costs. Joe’s patient explanations gave us confidence to choose theirs over similarly priced quotes, plus we wanted a local East Anglian company that specialised in all renewables, not just installing solar panels. Once the installation was done, on the promised date, they immediately provided the necessary MCS Certificate and DNO approval letter so we could export energy to the grid. In the first four weeks of operation, solar and battery power provided almost all our needs and we exported over 1 megawatt. Such is our confidence in Cahill Renewables that both our immediate neighbours are having their installations this week.

We were recommended Cahill Renewables by our friend and neighbour who had recently had some Solar Panels installed and we too would have no hesitation in recommending them. Our first introduction was with Joe who answered all our technical questions expertly with enthusiasm and no big sales pitch. The whole team was very approachable and knowledgable and the whole project from start to finish was smooth and stress free. We now look forward to generating and storing our own clean power.

We were recommended Cahill by a friend. The team have been so friendly and knowledgeable right from the start. Never a problem getting an answer on the phone and all our many questions answered throughout the process. The installation date was booked at our convenience and all times were kept to. The team arrived and completed the installation in a day, once installed we had a lesson in how to set up the app etc. Few hours later another call from the office to make sure all ok. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I chose Cahill after checking the "Which" reviews. From start to finish I have been completely satisfied with the communication, explanation and delivery of what was promised. The system was up and running in just over half a day, with no fuss and no mess. We have just had our first full day "off grid". The price was very good, especially in view of the overall quality. No hesitation in giving Cahill full marks.

We looked at several companies when considering our Solar installation. The key reason for us to select Cahill was the quality and manner of the interactions we had with Shane, the salesman who replied to our enquiry. At no stage were we put under any pressure, indeed He advised us when not to spend money as we wouldn't get the benefits from it. In terms of value, it was extremely competitive but extremely good quality, so the value was clear. Additionally, Cahill make a big thing about Ethical Sourcing and wanted to ensure that we had kit which was high quality and ethical. The quality of this interaction continued as we spoke to the directors and sub contractors who managed the install. They were very approachable and made good suggestions to improve the install. The sparkies were especially commendable and the quality of the install was superb. After sales service has also been superb and very responsive. We have already been delighted with the solar install and have saved significant amounts in just the first week. Not necessarily the cheapest but but the whole process went without any hitches. Everything is working well. The electrician overcame problems routing the cabling to the inverter and battery so its all invisible.

It was very easy to deal with Cahill, from start to finish. Installation went smoothly on the chosen date. All trades knew what to do and the job was completed with the minimal of fuss

My conservatory makes it difficult to erect scaffolding on to get access to my west facing roof. Numerous solar companies had told me it wasnt possible to put scaffolding up without putting legs into the neighbouring property which was not an option for me. Cahill Renewables took a look at the space they had to work in, consulted their scaffolder who said they could put up the scaffolding without needing the neighbours garden and got it done with no problems. The rest of the install went ahead with no problems. The staff are friendly and have provided brilliant customer service to me. I would recommend them to my friends.
