My kitchen floor was prepared for the installation of new floorboards and these were then laid. The subfloor was prepared extremely well and the floorboards were fitted expertly, with great attention to detail, and without compromising any other furniture, fixtures or fittings in the room. The work was finished in a timely and professional way. The company were clear, open and reassuring in their communications and advice, and had what I found to be an important flexibility and patience in responding to my questions and needs - from making the flooring choices, right through to the planning and execution of the work, as well as integrating the whole process into our daily lives. My kitchen floor continues to look great!

Caliper initially installed a new kitchen and flooring for me via Wren, several years ago. I found their quality of work, attention to detail and customer service to be a very high standard, so much so that I asked them to return more recently and install a new bathroom for me. They guided me carefully through the process, purchasing my chosen bathroom items for me and managing the delivery process carefully. I have called them up once or twice since for the usual, occasional plumbing issues. They always respond quickly and offer the reasonably priced, great service that I have come to expect from Caliper.

We had a new fitted kitchen with a remodel of the room, this meant removing an island and moving the oven to a column on the facing wall, as well as fitting new cabinets, appliances and some under cabinet lighting. We were delighted with Janusz's work ethic, his skill and knowledge. He arrived early and finished late, and took one break in the middle of the day. Every morning he explained his plan for the day and at the end of the day, he would update me on his progress, any issues and the work for the coming day. He was positive and very hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even went to get the lights for our under cabinet lighting as I had got the wrong ones (twice!). He left the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of each day, and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the whole kitchen in 6 days. We were amazed as a previous kitchen (much smaller than our current one) had taken 7 weeks! He did not compromise on his workmanship though and the finish was excellent. He was keen for the kitchen to be finished to a high standard and worked carefully to achieve this.

Caliper were selected by Wren to fit my new Wren kitchen for me. This involved removing the old kitchen, re-wiring for the new appliances, new plumbing and tiling. Some of this (eg electrics) Caliper brought in a contractor, otherwise all the work was done by Janusz himself. He worked long hours (8-5.30) and when I requested something additional he let me know about added costs right away so there were no surprises. He was super cheerful all the time, a pleasure to have around.
