I employed Callidus heating to install a new Vaillant boiler in my house. They were prompt, helpful and efficient. I couldn’t fault them from the initial discussion with the owner James, to the installation of the boiler by Keith and his apprentice, Lewis. Nothing was too much for them. They came exactly on the day I asked for, even though I didn’t give them much notice and Keith kept me informed on the progress of the job step by step. When I wasn’t happy with something he was quick to change it even if it wasn't a quick fix. Both Keith and Lewis were very friendly, informative and very helpful. I was very pleased as they were extremely tidy and cleared everything up after them and they managed to fit my boiler without damaging any of the tiles surrounding it. They both stayed until everything was finished and Keith even gave me his personal number to ring if I had any problem. They even dealt with the warranty for me. Later that evening James contacted me to see if I was happy with the work and was even going to come round to get feedback from me. I think Callidus is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I arranged a quote for a replacement boiler with Callidus heating solutions. James arrived on time and looked at the work to be done and gave me a quote there and then. James sent me a written quote within a couple of hours. As I had other tradespeople coming to give me quotes James was prepared to wait for my reply. Callidus heating was by far the most competitive. James arranged to do the work within a reasonable time. Keith and Lewis arrived on time and on date agreed. These guys were very respectful to both us and our property. Plastic sheeting was placed everywhere they were going. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and completed the job. All areas were left clean and tidy before they left. All paperwork was left with us and Keith explained the heating controls to us. Keith also said that they would register the installation for us to ensure we get the maximum guarantee. I received an email that evening with relevant info about the registration. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and its workers to others.
