Our old boiler broke down and it was uneconomic to repair and as the weather was starting to turn cold getting a replacement heater was a matter of urgency. Within two hours of being contacted James of Callidus Heating arrived at our home to advise on a replacement. Fortunately, he had some flexibility with his work force and we agreed on a competitive price subject to next day fitting. At 8.00 am the following day his senior heating engineer plus an apprentice arrived and by the middle of the afternoon the new boiler had been fitted with the central heating up and running. The engineers were polite and efficient and removed the old boiler and pipes and left us with ten year guarantee. We can thoroughly recommend James Penfold and his work force at Callidus Heating without any reservations as a trust worthy and reliable company which is anxious to provide good customer service and satisfaction.

A new boiler fitted by James and his team, they were prompt from the word go, clean and efficient in all they did, and polite and friendly to boot,the work was completed In a day and a half, with everything done and dusted very satisfactory, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a professional job doing . After having researched several other boiler companies I chose Callidus Heating Solutions after my meeting with James. The old boiler and water cylinder was removed from the cellar along with the water tanks from the loft. A new boiler was re located to the ground floor hall cupboard. A tremendous amount of work carried out with professional confidence by Keith and Lewis. This left me feeling totally reassured that I had made the right decision to go with Callidus Heating Solutions, who exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
