Callum relined a chimney where the previous liner had been badly fitted by the original installer (not by Callum !). He kept us well informed as to when he would be at the house for the initial estimate, what was required, and when he would be able to do the work. He was prompt, did a good job, explained what was happening, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He ended up billing us for less than originally estimated as he didn't need all of the materials that he had expected to - most unexpected and very commendable!

Callum has done an excellent job lining 3 old chimneys and installing 3 stoves. This included renovating an old fireplace, which he did a high standard. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and without any mess. I recommend him very highly indeed.

Callum surveyed and planned work that needed done to existing fire place and chimney. He carried out this work on the agreed date, on time and on budget. His explanation of all that was done installing wood burning stove, his advice and tips on how to get best from stove, was extremely helpful. Callum was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him.

Callum guided me through the process in every way, from the most suitable stove for my purpose and budget, to the best place to site it in my home. The delivery and installation was to the date agreed and went without a hitch, with the work carried out to the highest standards, which included all the roof and tile work. Callam and his assistant Grant, were professional in every way from the minute they arrived, protecting the floor area and surroundings with appropriate coverings and clearing up everything after the installation. The stove was fire tested and Callum talked my wife and I through the best way to look after the stove to get the best and most efficient use. I would highly recommend Callum to anyone who is thinking of having a stove fitted, as from start to finish, Callum is most definitely the ultimate professional in every way... Excellent customer service, excellent product, an excellent experience in every way.

Absolutely delighted with the work Callum & his colleague did. Took out our old stove, opened up the fireplace & fitted the new stove into it. The workmanship is first class, nothing was a bother to Callum and you could see he actually enjoyed his work. Callum & his colleagues had great camaraderie between them. I was sorry when the work was finished & they had to leave. I would not hesitate to recommend Callum.

Callum did an excellent job of removing our old gas fire and fireplace and installing our wood burning stove. Very professional, excellent value for money, clean & tidy - nothing was a problem.
