Colin and his team carried out some work on our roof because we had a leak coming in where the flash leading on the extension met the side of the house. We had at least 5 companies out before Colin and I have to say that Colin was fantastic from the start. He went up onto the roof and took photographs on his mobile phone so as he could show me what the problem was. He advised me he was very busy and that this sort of repair would need to be done in spring when the weather improved a bit. He provided a quote very quickly and we were happy with the cost. We booked him in advance and he kept us up to to date with when he could attend. We were very happy with the service and he was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him.

Colin and his team re-roofed our cottage. In doing so they also brought up the insulation to meet current building standards. There was no access up into the roof void apart from removing the tiles. The cottage is now a lot drier and warmer than before. This is the second time we have used CanDo and continue to be impressed by their professional attitude and skills.

Colin was recommended to me in September 2018 and we agreed a quote for the roof on a new build house. Due to outside factors the roof wasn't done until January 2019 but the quote was honoured. His team worked well, even in poor weather conditions. We had regular meetings with Colin to iron out one or two minor problems, none of his making, all resolved satisfactorily. We still have a small flat roof to be done, but are not yet ready for the work, but look forward to Cando completing the job shortly. Would recommend Cando.

Great job .Needed to get job waterproofed rapidly and Colin sent out Keanu on a Saturday and he completed it on the Sunday morning. The Job was fiddly, adjoining an old cottage with very uneven walls, but he made a really tidy job of the abutment and the rest of the roof. Even though they worked over the weekend CanDO did not alter the quoted price. So tip top service!

Last year I had the misfortune of having a water leak in my extension roof, and had to act quickly to avoid furniture etc from being damaged. I contacted four companies to get a quote, and to my amazement and annoyance, CanDo were the only company to come back to me. However, this proved to be a lucky outcome, as they were brilliant, quickly arranging a survey and subsequent start date. The Guys were hard working, very polite and cleaned up afterwards, so that all I had to do, was to admire the result! What's more, this was all done at a very reasonable price. I contacted Colin through the Permaroof website as an approved Firestone EPDM installer. He responded swiftly with a site visit and conducted a full survey of our flat kitchen extension with existing felt roof. He was extremely thorough in detailing each technical aspect of the job, offering sound advice on how best we might resolve the various problems we faced over fitting of rooflights, sealing around soil pipe, adding ventilation and finally the aesthetic options/choices regarding fascias, soffits and guttering. I contacted Colin after my mum had a very bad experience with workmen who knocked on her door and insisted she had a problem - charging her for very poor work. He was really helpful calling my mum quickly, going to assess the job properly and keeping me informed throughout as well as cleaning up properly afterwards. We have recently had tiled and dormer rooves, plus fascias and guttering, completely renewed by Colin and his team. From quotation to invoice, along with certification and guarantees, we found the whole project was carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Our old shed/outbuilding with a leaking pantiled roof was in need of renovation. Colin’s team removed the tiles and old battens. They replaced the tiles (newly cleaned), including replacements for the broken ones, having fitted a breather membrane, new battens and underlay support trays, then and finished by cementing the ridge tiles and gable ends to complete the weatherproofing. The work was completed in a very methodical and professional manner and the site was left clean and tidy. I can thoroughly recommend CanDo Roofing.
