Perfect experience from the first call to actually having the work completed. They listened to the problem rather than just assume things like other companies might, and the work was finished to a great standard. The fact that the price is very competitive is a bonus. I know this will be the only handyman service I use from now on and I encourage you to do the same. Good to have a company I can trust!

Paul was prompt and fixed my leak, my dripping tap and another tap that worked but was wobbly as a little extra favour. He charged me the time he was there, which at £35 was very reasonable. I am now going to book this company for some electrical work that need doing. They are honest and straight forward to deal with and the work was done at the time I requested.

Paul did a fantastic job - he got loads done in one day and all to a high standard. He always asked me where I wanted something fitted before starting work and spent time with me talking through the options. There were some problems with flimsy partition walls but he found fixes for all of them. Plus he's a nice guy!

I called out John for a plumbing issue and he really went the extra mile for me by diagnosing the plumbing issue and speaking to the shower pump manufacturer about what testing was required. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

There are good people out there and they work at Candofix. We needed 12ft of fencing installed. A really good experience from the initial contact, recommending materials needed, to the day of installation itself. Panels installed securely and a side was cut to fit the tapering wall. John and his workmate did a lovely job and we are thrilled. We recommend the company 100% and will use them again. We've already passed on their details to two friends.

This small firm can turn their hand to anything eg electrical , plumbing and general woodwork and repairs ! I have been looking for someone with their flexibility at reasonable rates , and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future ( or until they put their prices up ! ! ) Good people !

Paul from Candofix replaced the sink and WC in my tiny downstairs bathroom in the middle of a heatwave. He was very quick, thorough and highly competent. The bathroom looks fantastic now. Thank you!

Paul from Candofix did a great job fitting an integrated fridge and a bathroom extractor fan- the work was to a high standard, and Paul was friendly and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again!

Candofix came recommended by a colleague as I had been working with many different tradesmen but was never 100% happy with their services. John and his team are amazing at what they do and can handle nearly anything, from simple handyman jobs and painting to complicated plumbing and electric work - all done to perfection in a time efficient manner at reasonable rates. The guys are very polite, respectful and don't make too much of a mess. Highly recommended!

Needed doorbell fixed and pictures hung on dodgy walls. John arranged very quick visit from Paul who had good ideas and worked quickly and professionally (and in a very tidy manner!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Candofix and will certainly call on them again when I need help with house matters.

We had a leaky shower and Paul (the plumber sent by John at Candofix) was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond and fixed everything with minimum hassle. Very pleased with the work.

I called this service and John had a plumber out to me within 30 minutes. Paul, John's plumber, looked at the problem and said if he could get the part he could fix it straight away, took me out to a plumbers supplier so I could pick the replacement part of my choice and then fitted it - all done in one afternoon. Since he had five minutes before his next job he also quickly cleaned my washbasin pipes for me so that it drained better. I couldn't have asked for quicker, more efficient service - really excellent.

I have experienced a really good service from this company. Communication was swift and arrangements made smoothly. The tradesman who attended was considerate and efficient, with obvious skills and pride in doing a good job. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them.

I've been using this company for the last few months to carry out all sorts of work on a one bedroomed flat. John is a really decent person who will explain in detail what he intends to do and will also inform you if you are about to make some dodgy home renovation decisions. He and his team always carry out work to a high standard and ensure they clean up any mess afterwards. John and his team are punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I have been happy to leave my dog in the flat with them while they were working and I have been equally happy to let them have the keys to my home. Candofix are not your typical London business that is only interested in how much you can pay. The fees are very reasonable and you are only sent an invoice once work is completed. I paid a 'designer' from Belsize Park to fit my kitchen. I really wish that I had found out about Candofix first, before I had been fleeced of my money for substandard work and lots of issues needing to be resolved. Next time I will definitely be using this company for home renovations.

I was slightly concerned about using a per-hour service in case they dragged out the job, but as we only had a small job I didn't want to pay a high call-out fee. However, Frankie turned up exactly on time, was probably the most polite trades-person I've ever met and was really fast. We used him to change a broken light switch and to fit a dimmer switch. He did a great job and was really efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
