Had old leaking Chimney. Nothing was too much trouble for Henry and the team. Quick response and job was completed in good time. Rectified the leak having it removed and re tiled and membrane over.

From start to finish, Henry and his team were professional, friendly, and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. They initially started with a job to re-cement the ridge roof tiles, but after identifying additional issues, they carried out further repair work ? all completed in a timely and professional manner. On both occasions I had leaks in my roof initially it was from a ridge tile leak Henry and his team came out identified the issue and rectified it by fitting new ridge tiles. The second was a few months later a leak at the front of the house I think caused by damage to the felt by birds which resulted in a major leak during a thunder storm with water coming down the cavity and coming out on both floors of the house. because of the previous work Henry had done I called him and he was there the same afternoon, he couldn?t fix it in a thunder storm which I fully appreciated but he returned 2 days later and again with no fuss he repaired the leak. Couldn?t be happier with the service great team of lads.

The team at Cannock roofing were great they fixed my guttering and the felt that went over this and added something to it to ensure it would not leak anymore, they completed the work fast and kept it tidy. He was more then willing to answer all of my questions ( I had a lot) and showed me pictures of the work which was done afterwards and even cleaned the guttering at no extra charge for myself which I thought was brilliant. There was a slight delay in the work getting done however I could not moan as they fitted me in such short notice from myself. Overall a great experience, work was completed efficiently and neatly and a decent price as well.

Henry came to do an emergency repair after my flat roof leaked. He came back to do a longer term repair so I could save money up for a replacement, and then finally came back to replace my entire flat roof. He and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and did a really great job after I?d had bad experiences with two other roofing companies. I?ve recommended them frequently and will continue to do so. Great company I?ll be using again.
