Carbon Zero Renewables Limited

After some early problems with the siting of the inverters we eventually had our system commissioned. We are very happy with the results so far and we have made huge savings on our monthly electricity bill. Only time will tell going forward, however, up to now all OK.

I contacted Carbon Zero Renewables Ltd over a year ago to discuss installing solar panels. The team I spoke with on the phone were helpful and talked through the options. Although I didn't feel like the time was right for me to proceed, there was no pressure from the company and I felt like they were ready to help when I was ready. Fast forward to this year and I contacted them again as I was ready to commit. Neil visited to assess the feasibility of my home and talk about the equipment. Having done a bit of background research, I was very happy when he mentioned the high end manufacturers and told me that the company preferred to provide quality, reliable equipment. The quote was straightforward and reasonable. It was nice to see that everything, including scaffolding was included. I was provided with a spreadsheet detailing expected consumption, generation and a forecast of time to recoup the cost. I live in an area which suffers from local weather effects and powercuts so I asked added two additional panels and made sure a battery installed so I can go off grid. The whole team at Carbon Zero were great, I knew who I was dealing with, Emma was quick to reply to my emails and answer my random questions. Natasha visited for the technical survey, to discuss any concerns and where all the equipment would go. The installation team were brilliant, it was the hottest day of the year, they had a great work ethic up on the roof all day! The work was completed in a single day.

We have had a solar pv system, battery and water heater system installed carbon zero. The work was done promptly and to a high standard. After care has been excellent with any questions dealt with swiftly and thoroughly . The system itself has worked very well indeed so we decided to add further pv panels to increase generating capacity. Carbon zero did this quickly and efficiently integrating the new panels into the existing system We have been very pleased with this company and all members of their team have been pleasant and helpful to deal with. Definitely recommended

Our inverter had stopped exporting electricity from the recently installed solar panels on the roof and a battery. Within 4 hours of contacting Natasha, she had rebooted the inverter at their end and I was back making fantastic savings on my energy use plus electricity export. What a team! Halved my electricity bill thanks to everyone- just as Neil said it would. I’m a very happy customer.

The quality of the workforce is an indication of the company. Ben, Dave, Dylan, Sam and Josh were all so friendly yet respectful and a pleasure to have around the house. Very, very pleased.
