The staff at the Sheffield store were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, especially Abigail who dealt with us when buying this and two other recliners a couple of months ago. We are absolutely delighted with the chairs however after using mine for a few weeks I discovered there was insufficient support in the lumbar region for my spinal stenosis but I then discovered on investigation they had just brought out an upgraded 4 motor version of the 2 motor type we originally purchase which should provide the extra lumbar support I need. In both cases the delivery was approximately 14 working days and the teams that delivered and assembled them kept us updated on the schedule, arrived on time, did an excellent job and above all were very friendly and personable. "So far" we are totally satisfied with the items we have purchased, however, of course only time will tell on their durability but up to now we are confident that they will be OK. As company we would not hesitate to recommend CareCo to anyone looking to fulfil their mobility requirements.

CareCo were really helpful with helping me decide on the right sort of mobility scooter. It was delivered this morning and the men that dropped it off were very helpful and explained to me how to use it. They said any problems to just contact them. It was a very smooth and easy process due to the excellant staff.

From Start to finish my experience with CareCo has been first rate. This is the review my daughter left for me. When buying my chair Kamil was amazing he gave my mom the time and space she needed to make a decision on which chair she wanted and needed showed all the patients care and support one needs when dealing with people that can find it a bit difficult to process. Dean was absolutely epic in his dealings in terms of sorting out and arranging financial payments talking through every step in detail in a calm collect manner insuring the all questions were answered and he didn't mind repeating himself. The two Staff members we engaged with to day ensured will be returning to careco for all my mothers mobility needs and potentially my daughters as well absolute diamonds And upon receiving my chair which was delivered by Shaun and Stuart again the service was amazing they was both carm and supporting while removing my old chair and replacing it with the new one I felt so at ease. My daughter was unable to be there to support me and it was a blessing with how amazing they both was as for my chair well let's just say I am relaxing more often and feel less stressed on my joints the rise and recline has been a good send and I am finding my life at home has become easier and less of a worry. Again thank you CareCo I will be returning

Took delivery of a new scooter today. Delivery time advised was spot on, delivery team were great. Explained everything thoroughly, took their time and ensured I was completely happy. I'd also mention the Sales staff in Milton Keynes. They were so helpful, not pushy at all. Being my first scooter they took time to completely understand my needs. So, I can only say good things and thoroughly recommend CareCo.

Great service from Shaun and Stuart. Put new sofa and chair into the lounge. Unpacked it as it was carefully wrapped for protection. Assembled it in no time. Fantastic furniture thank you CareCo. A definite five stars from me.

From walking in the shop to getting my chair everyone was so helpful. I tried a few riser, recliner chairs before I selected the one I wanted. The delivery was brilliant they did very quickly & efficiently & it arrived on time during the one hour slot they said it would. The chair is everything I wanted & it supports your back brilliantly. I find it so easy to get in & out of. It’s so comfortable I fell asleep in it the first night!

Dave and Kash delivered my chair today. I am so pleased with the job they did. They were very efficient, polite and helpful. They explained fully how to use the chair, making sure I was happy with everything before they left. The company was great at communication, letting me know when it was going to be delivered - both date and time. Would thoroughly recommend.

The gentleman who brought and installed the chair was very polite and helpful. He installed the chair exactly where I wished it to be and showed me all the different ways the chair could be positioned. He took my old chair away as required and removed any rubbish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. All in all very good service.

Visited the Brierley Hill store where we were welcomed and given lots of helpful information and guidance by Terri. We opted for the home installation of our Blenheim riser recliners and removal of old chairs. I received a call around 30 minutes before delivery. Shaun and Paul were very friendly and helpful and it was good to see the chairs in padded covers to protect them. They set everything up for us and gave a demonstration of how to operate the controls. These chairs were for our holiday home and when the time comes to replace our chairs at home we will definitely be going back to CareCo. I will be recommending CareCo to friends and family. What great service I’ve just received from Mick & Kash at Careco who delivered our new Chocolate Leather MaxiComfort Oasis riser recliner chair. Our old chair was removed & the new one was brought in securely covered in thick padded covers to prevent damage, the chair was assembled and demonstrated. What a difference it is going to make with getting in and out. This is my first time of ordering from careco, the whole experience was amazing due to there excellent customer care. Besides the customer care staff, we were sent emails to confirm all details that had been discussed. When I had questions on the chat feature the advisor was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. What a pleasurable experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend Careco

From the day of visiting the showroom to the delivery of my chair today, I have been impressed with the communication and service from CareCo. The gentlemen delivering the chair were exceptional and went above and beyond. I am thrilled with the chair and sitting in it as I write this, and I have not felt as comfortable for years.

Coventry store, first visit, was greeted by a friendly member of staff. We asked to be left to browse, and he did. When we asked for help, he came very friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of the delivery. Installation was great, friendly and explained things well thanks, Jason and Paul. Would highly recommend.

This is our second purchase from CareCo this year. From Shane in Store to Stuart & Shaun who delivered and installed our chairs, the service has been excellent. We would recommend CareCo to anyone who finds they need any mobility products there's no hard sell, you're given plenty of time to make a decision even if that requires going away to think about it and returning to make the purchase.

I’ve purchased an Enzo CareCo 8 for my wife who has Alzheimer’s Dementia. The staff at Ipswich were wonderful with her and very kind and patient. We had a bit of a blip on the delivery but I think you can tell a good company has one who uses this and turns it into a positive. The 2 chaps who delivered the Scooter were very caring lads and they gave us time to chat about things. (A bit different from Amazon who normally just bang the door and leave stuff outside). I would 100% recommend CareCo for any Mobility equipment etc.

Rise/recliner chair was delivered yesterday by Jason and Stuart. Very professional and friendly. Arrived at the time that they previously informed us about. We recently bought two power wheelchairs from Careco and the delivery and service was also excellent. This year is the first time we have used Careco but will definitely use them again as it has been an excellent experience all round. The staff at the showroom in Coventry also gave great customer service.

An excellent service from time of order to delivery and installation of my new chair. The team took care of the surrounding furniture and gave a demonstration on how to use the controls.

I visited the York branch and was looked after by Simon and with his guidance I chose the Richmond recliner. I received my chair yesterday and the lovely Dale and Kash installed the chair and took away my old chair. I can honestly say the level of care and communication is very impressive. Excellent experience all round! It was really useful going to the showroom in York and trying out some chairs before placing the order, then just a two-week wait before it was delivered. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the delivery and installation went very smoothly. Loved the fact that there was no wasteful packaging - the chair arrived in two padded bags which were taken away to be reused. The chair itself is very comfortable too!
