Cheerful and helpful guys. Really pleased with the recliner. I no longer have to pull my husband out of the sofa. It gives him more independence. Would highly recommend CareCo.

I am very happy with my new recliner chair. Kevin and Justin B arrived on time and put my new electric recliner chair together before explaining to me carefully how to use it. They were cheerful, professional and very strong as I have stairs up to my flat. I was also delighted that for a small fee the old chair was taken away as well as all the extraneous packaging for the new chair. Purchased a chair from Careco Leicester where i was assisted by the excellent Mike who was the epitome of top class customer service and was promised delivery within the next 10 working days which, as promised was delivered a couple of days earlier than expected. The 2 installers Jason & Paul were great they called me when 40 mins away to make sure that was a good time for me and if there were any access issues they needed to be aware of. They arrived bang on time were very friendly and thorough making sure the chair was exactly where I wanted it and then checked it over thoroughly and gave me a demonstration. The old furniture was collected for disposal and they were quick ,polite and clean workers. My first ever purchase from Careco and I am really happy with them as a company they are very caring and accurate with their timings and information and the pricing was the lowest I could find anywhere. All in all Careco get a massive thumbs up as a caring and responsible company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

My riser recliner came today bang on time the delivery men very polite took all the rubbish away assembled my chair plugged it in then explained the controls how it works so a big thank you to Rob and Stuart for there help before they left they asked again. So thank you for your time.

I am very pleased with the way in which the product was delivered and the friendly way the two man team went out of their way to locate the very big scooter in the best position in my garage. I purchased a riser recliner from CareCo. I have used the company before. The transaction was hassle free, with efficient service in the shop. The delivery arrived punctually. Dave & Phil delivered and installed it with no problems. They instructed me in how to use the remote, and made sure I was happy before they left. The staff at the Sheffield store were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, especially Abigail who dealt with us when buying this and two other recliners a couple of months ago. We are absolutely delighted with the chairs however after using mine for a few weeks I discovered there was insufficient support in the lumbar region for my spinal stenosis but I then discovered on investigation they had just brought out an upgraded 4 motor version of the 2 motor type we originally purchase which should provide the extra lumbar support I need. In both cases the delivery was approximately 14 working days and the teams that delivered and assembled them kept us updated on the schedule, arrived on time, did an excellent job and above all were very friendly and personable. "So far" we are totally satisfied with the items we have purchased, however, of course only time will tell on their durability but up to now we are confident that they will be OK. As company we would not hesitate to recommend CareCo to anyone looking to fulfil their mobility requirements.

CareCo were really helpful with helping me decide on the right sort of mobility scooter. It was delivered this morning and the men that dropped it off were very helpful and explained to me how to use it. They said any problems to just contact them. It was a very smooth and easy process due to the excellant staff.

From Start to finish my experience with CareCo has been first rate. This is the review my daughter left for me. When buying my chair Kamil was amazing he gave my mom the time and space she needed to make a decision on which chair she wanted and needed showed all the patients care and support one needs when dealing with people that can find it a bit difficult to process. Dean was absolutely epic in his dealings in terms of sorting out and arranging financial payments talking through every step in detail in a calm collect manner insuring the all questions were answered and he didn't mind repeating himself. The two Staff members we engaged with to day ensured will be returning to careco for all my mothers mobility needs and potentially my daughters as well absolute diamonds And upon receiving my chair which was delivered by Shaun and Stuart again the service was amazing they was both carm and supporting while removing my old chair and replacing it with the new one I felt so at ease. My daughter was unable to be there to support me and it was a blessing with how amazing they both was as for my chair well let's just say I am relaxing more often and feel less stressed on my joints the rise and recline has been a good send and I am finding my life at home has become easier and less of a worry. Again thank you CareCo I will be returning

Took delivery of a new scooter today. Delivery time advised was spot on, delivery team were great. Explained everything thoroughly, took their time and ensured I was completely happy. I'd also mention the Sales staff in Milton Keynes. They were so helpful, not pushy at all. Being my first scooter they took time to completely understand my needs. So, I can only say good things and thoroughly recommend CareCo.
