This is our second purchase from CareCo this year. From Shane in Store to Stuart & Shaun who delivered and installed our chairs, the service has been excellent. We would recommend CareCo to anyone who finds they need any mobility products there's no hard sell, you're given plenty of time to make a decision even if that requires going away to think about it and returning to make the purchase.

I’ve purchased an Enzo CareCo 8 for my wife who has Alzheimer’s Dementia. The staff at Ipswich were wonderful with her and very kind and patient. We had a bit of a blip on the delivery but I think you can tell a good company has one who uses this and turns it into a positive. The 2 chaps who delivered the Scooter were very caring lads and they gave us time to chat about things. (A bit different from Amazon who normally just bang the door and leave stuff outside). I would 100% recommend CareCo for any Mobility equipment etc.

Rise/recliner chair was delivered yesterday by Jason and Stuart. Very professional and friendly. Arrived at the time that they previously informed us about. We recently bought two power wheelchairs from Careco and the delivery and service was also excellent. This year is the first time we have used Careco but will definitely use them again as it has been an excellent experience all round. The staff at the showroom in Coventry also gave great customer service.

An excellent service from time of order to delivery and installation of my new chair. The team took care of the surrounding furniture and gave a demonstration on how to use the controls.

I visited the York branch and was looked after by Simon and with his guidance I chose the Richmond recliner. I received my chair yesterday and the lovely Dale and Kash installed the chair and took away my old chair. I can honestly say the level of care and communication is very impressive. Excellent experience all round! It was really useful going to the showroom in York and trying out some chairs before placing the order, then just a two-week wait before it was delivered. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the delivery and installation went very smoothly. Loved the fact that there was no wasteful packaging - the chair arrived in two padded bags which were taken away to be reused. The chair itself is very comfortable too!

Bought 2 recliners from the CareCo shop in Preston. The sales assistants David and Jolie were very helpful and went through everything with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The chairs were ready well within the 6 weeks time frame and the 2 delivery people Rich and Caroline fitted them quickly and efficiently and went through all the controls with us. Very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them. The chairs are amazing. So comfortable it’s hard to leave them!

Looked at several companies for Riser Recliner chairs. Found the ideal chair at CareCo. I found the Chair was very competitively priced. Tried to purchase on the website but it would not confirm payment. Received a call the following morning from the CareCo team member, knowing I had tried to purchase one. The caller was not pushy, but asking questions and seeking clarification on what I wanted and if this was available. I was advised of the correct size chair for my size and the costs of the additional Guardsman Cover, Delivery & Installation. Received an email confirming everything. Chair was initially out of stock, but after a couple of days received a call stating the Chair was now in stock and delivery was in a couple of days. Chair delivered as advised. Two gentlemen installed the chair and gave me a demonstration of how the chair worked. All the packaging was removed and a receipt was left. Everything was perfect. We purchased a fabulous double action chair to make life more comfortable for mum. It us so comfortable,sturdy and perfect colour. The 2 people delivered it on time and assembled it in the front room. They made sure the remote control worked and we were happy with everything. A very happy mum

Great delivery service, Kevin was kind and very helpful. Carefully delivering the chair (ensuring the floor was suitable) and setting it up while going over the operation with me. He ensured everything was in working order and that I could operate it effectively/easily. He also went through the paperwork and made sure I knew all the details should I need any extra help. The chair is working perfectly and I has already helped me (due to mobility issues). I would be happy to buy from Careco in the future.

Kevin delivered a rise and recline chair to me today.He was very helpful ,took great care to explain fully how to use the controls,and set up the chair in exactly the right place for my use. He also removed my old chair which was quite heavy,on his own. I was very grateful for his expertise and I was left with full knowledge of how to use my chair to the best of its abilities. My only concern was that with the weight of the chairs that Kevin was on his own and I was unable to help him ,it seemed too much for one person to safely handle.

Great service, from entering shop to ordering and delivery of chair. Staff very helpful in choosing style of chair, encouraged us to try different style back to get right feel, and the choice of fabric was tremendous, staff very helpful throughout the whole process. Advised delivery was 6-8 wks arrived in 3 wks. Dave and Sol, were brilliant , received txt of timings expected to arrive, placed chair where wanted and did not leave until satisfied with everything. Placed an order online for the Cromwell Recliner in chocolate, very easy to order online. Once ordered Care Co called me later the same day to confirm my order and explain the delivery information. Having used the company before for other items we knew what to expect. Delivery was confirmed a few days later and during that time we rang Care Co twice to order two additional items to go with the chair, this included adding the removal of the old recliner we had. Delivery was a smooth process, with us being kept informed when item was on the road and due with a call telling us when they were expected and the two drivers literally turned up at the time they said they would. The two delivery drivers Paul and Paddy were so efficient and friendly, as well as very professional. They arrived and dis-assembled the old recliner and took it away and then brought in the new one and assembled it. They gave us a full demonstration of the chair and explained the information booklet and who to call if we had any problems. All in all an excellent service as always.

Purchased a rise and recline chair made to order. It was delivered today by friendly chaps who put it together for me and removed my old chair with out any fuss. The shopping experience in the Lincoln store was second to none. Everyone is so helpful helping me to choose the correct chair. I will continue to shop there in the future without looking elsewhere as i can be sure of excellent service. I was kept informed all the way to my chair being delivered with text updates. Tim and Paul delivered my ETERNITI. 5. motor Riser Recliner chair. Yesterday they were very friendly and polite listen. They showed my how to work the remote to the chair explaining what buttons to use on my silver remote and on the black remote contained the heat and massage . They took all the rubbish away .I would buy from this firm again 100% Well done . 5 star rating

I purchased two maxi comfort aspire riser recliner chairs from the Coventry showroom. The salesperson, Lesley, was very polite & helpful and did not pressurise me. The chairs were delivered within 14 days as promised and the installation team, Tim and Paul, were polite and did a great job. They demonstrated all the functions of the chairs and answered all my questions. Both my partner & I are loving the chairs and all the things they can do. The massage function is great for our backs, the storage in the arm rests is great and the two USB ports come in handy - it's great to have two cup holders per chair too & the heat option. I have a rare condition called cerebellar ataxia which badly affects my balance and coordination so it is terrific to have a riser recliner and one that is really comfortable to sit and relax. All in all both my partner & I are delighted with the chairs & the service received.

After being involved in a serious road traffic collision, I needed a specialist bed. Natasha in the showroom in Leicester was extremely helpful and helped with picking out a mattress and bed for me. We’ve received really fantastic from the CareCo team when ordering a riser recliner for my mother. Bought a Mocha Luxbury Dual Motor Heat and Massage riser recliner and it's fantastic. The customer service I dealt with was polite and very helpful. I opted for home installation, Tim and Stuart came and assembled her chair then they examined and showed her how to use it. Once shown, they told my mom to try it while they waited and watched. They were friendly and polite throughout the visit. The chair is of very good quality and my mom said it has helped her.

Shaun and Paul arrived with my new mobility scooter at almost the exact time they said they would arrive. They were uniformed, smart and polite. They went through all the scooter controls and showed me all the adjustments I could make to the seat and tiller controls. Whilst with me, they also fitted a new alarm I had purchased for the scooter and then helpfully went through all the alarm controls. Once all the paperwork was done, not much more than a signature on a phone and an explanation of all the booklets etc I had been left with, they left me, satisfied that I had no further questions and was completely happy with my new scooter. My wife recently bought a new mobility scooter at the CareCo Warrington showroom with some accessories and the home installation package. The operation and breakdown/re-build for transport of the scooter was explained at both the showroom and during the home installation visit. She was able to try out the scooter before buying to make sure it was suitable for her. Both members of staff were very helpful and took the time to explain the operation and charging of the unit to us, without rushing. My wife is over the moon with her scooter.

The delivery driver Kevin came by himself but was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. He quickly took away my old chair before assembling my new one and then showed me how to use the instructions clearly. The chair is comfortable, the heat and massage is very useful through the winter. It also takes up less space than the previous one. When I rang up to arrange repairs for my previous chair, although CareCo were very helpful in trying to get it fixed, when it became obvious that this wasn't going be feasible, they were very helpful in directing me to a new chair that was almost 50% off in their sale.

Having purchased two chairs, only one arrived on the Monday. The issue was resolved quickly and missing chair delivered the following Thursday satisfactorily. Luke & Stuart installed the chair efficiently and were very helpful, patiently explaining how to operate the chair and ensuring everything was understood and fine before leaving.

We decided to use care co for are new mobility scooter as there had a good range of scooter. We thought the price was very reasonable and you could have it delivered and built. After ordering we got a call for customer service to go through more information. There call within a week to arrange delivery and the deliver driver call on route and when they arrive the team took photo and explained everything about the product and how to use it. I would definitely buy another product for them.

I found the process of buying my Riser/recliner chair really easy. From Alicia at Careco Coventry to Tim and Paul who delivered the chair and set it all up. Alicia was very knowledgeable regarding the chair I was looking for, testing the chairs on sale regarding the correct size and type of chair required. I had a telephone call 30 minutes before delivery to say that Tim and Paul were on their way. Both were very efficient and pleasant with regards to putting the chair together and demonstrating how it all worked. In all, I would recommend CareCo and would return again for anything I would need in the future.

From ordering the chair the staff at Careco have been friendly and helpful, we were informed when the chair was due to be delivered and we had a call 30 minutes before to see if this was convenient. The delivery team were pleasant and on time, even put shoe covers on to protect the cream carpet due to the rain. They set the riser recliner up and tested this to ensure it was all in working order, they also advised how to use the remote and explained where the back up batteries were incase of a power cut, and advised where the customer services number was just incase we needed to contact them. Overall Careco is a great company to use, very helpful and attentive to needs which some people rely on.

Despite the fact that the delivery note had somehow missed the fact that there were a: stairs involved and b: there was an old armchair for collection, Kevin quickly and cheerfully installed the new chair and removed the old one. He fully tested the new chair and explained all its features. Very satisfied with this service.

I ordered 2 Burlington Fireside chairs on behalf of my parents. The people who delivered my rise and recline chair arrived on time and had called me thirty minutes beforehand if it was convenient, allowing time to remove my armchair to make place for the new one. They were quick and competent bringing the chair through the front door and living room door which is a very tight corner to make. They placed it neatly where I needed it and assembled carefully and thoroughly checking that all mechanics were working proficiently. I was then invited to sit down to ensure I could work the chair to my satisfaction. They were very professional in their handling and manners were perfect, polite to the core. This was the most pleasant and jolliest delivery I have ever experienced! Plus the chair is great for relaxing especially when in the reclining position. bought sight unseen from description and internet. what i thought i wanted was more then required. the careco team was outstanding from call to final delivery. paid for assembly THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED assembly instructions easy to follow. but could see where infirm/ limited might have a problem. Richard who delivered assembled was fantastic. very helpful. Now not careco fault that item was a lot larger then expected, and if i could have seen before buying would have chosen smaller model. but again down to the idiot sitting down writing this. overall purchase/ delivery / hand over............. fantastic will recommend but advise on personal visit to showroom

Was kept informed of delivery time. Jason and Paul were friendly and helpful, answered all questions and showed how to dismantle and put together again. They made sure we were happy before leaving.

Aaron the engineer arrived within the slotted time. He examined the scooter and proceeded to remove the battery casing and after removing a number of screws exposed the batteries. With great care he removed the old batteries and installed the new ones replaced the casing and reinstalled it into the scooter. Having watched him l concluded l wouldn't have been able to install the new batteries. The number of screws to remove would have taken me a long time and the weight of the batteries would have been too much. Aaron took just about 30 mins to carry out the installation if l could have done it it would have been a mornings work. Before leaving he advised me on regular battery charging.

Paul & Kash were very polite, and treat my property with the utmost respect. Everything was unpackaged and taken away, they explained everything to me so I understood how my new chair worked. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about making a purchase

I purchased from you the Sofia riser-recliner chair and I am really, really pleased with it. It is comfortable and easy to use and it looks lovely in my bedroom. The two young men who delivered and assembled the chair were brilliant, well mannered and very pleasant, they explained how to use the controls and that also if I was not satisfied with the chair it could be returned or exchanged for a different model. I had had an email advertising the Evisu power chair. As it was made out of carbon fibre, my interest was piqued! Ginda served me at the Leeds showroom with kindness & immense patience (I had many questions, all were answered), I did not feel rushed & was allowed to 'test drive' the chair in the big car park & on nearby paths. The chair was delivered when stated in messages (unlike FedEx with the spare battery!) & my stupid questions answered in a very understanding way. Just need to get out & about now & learn not to be too rough with the joystick (very sensitive to the touch!)

Shaun & Stuart delivered our new chair, on the agreed date they kept me informed by phone when the would be with me. When the arrived they were polite and pleasant and got on with the job . Even though we already own one of these chairs they still went through the remote with me , and informed me about scanning the QR code to leave a review and have chance to win your money back for your chair . The showroom staff were very knowledgeable about the chairs and went out of their way to help me, giving me the confidence to know that the choices I made were right for me. The payment, manufacture time and other details were all explained well.We were informed of completion of manufacture and delivery within the time we were told. On delivery day the delivery men texted me at first where I was on the delivery list, then later how many minutes away they were. When the delivery men (Paul and Regan) arrived they were polite and friendly and set up the chair and explained its working features simply and clearly. They were very efficient. Leaving me with an instruction manual and contact numbers in case of any problems. The whole experience with Careco was exceptional from start to finish and I have been left feeling a very grateful customer because of them.

JASON & STUART, the Delivery /Installation crew, were both polite and efficient. They very quickly assembled my chair, But took the time to fully demonstrate ALL of the functions and answer my questions. They removed all the packaging and positioned exactly were I wanted it placed. They are both a Credit to Your Company, Very Professional. Overall I was Very pleased and happy with the experience.

We have used this trader on 2 occasions for purchases for my 90 Yr old parents. 1 for a mobility scooter and recent 2 Rise/Recline chairs. We were served on both occasions by Abigail. Abigail was very friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything in detail, my parents were very happy with their purchases. On delivery/installation yesterday, the 2 men were also very friendly and approachable. Installed both chairs and explained to my parents how to operate them. Would give this company a rating of 10/10 across all services. Would definitely use again.

It was a pleasure to shop at CareCo. The sales advisor Amanda was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. There was good communication from the team arranging delivery and installation which was fulfilled very quickly and without any problems by Dave and Mick. When they transported the chair into the room I was very impressed by how it was packed, perfectly protected by a padded fabric covering instead of acres of plastic and cardboard. Perfect.

Due to ongoing medical issues we invested in a CareCo Vorex 8. We visited our local store based in Blackwater, already having a type in mind (we’d already test driven several different brands available). The sales representative was very helpful, answering all our questions, showing us the insurance and warranty options, as well as the accessories available, but was not pushy about getting us to buy them, which made for a pressure free visit. We were able to try out several different mobility scooters available at the width size we needed - both inside the store and in the car park outside, and we were not rushed. The only thing I can say is it’s worth bringing a tape measure, as the sizes stated on the information ticket on each scooter doesn’t always match up to reality. The scooter we bought was marked as being wider than our doorway, but the tape measure said it would fit through with space to spare. We chose the more expensive option for delivery as we would not then have to unbox and put it together ourselves, and if the size turned out to be too wide for the doorways, they could take it back with them straight away instead of having to re-box and arrange collection. There is a cooling off period if we find any issues, or if it doesn’t meet our expectations, and delivery is within two weeks (ours came in 6 days).

Despite an initial issue on day of delivery I was very happy with the service provided by Kevin & Darren. Chair was installed in no time at all. Service received in the croydon branch was also good - wasn't put under any pressure to buy but once I made my Decision the young lady was very obliging.

My old chair was removed neatly and my new chair put in its place. Kevin and Darren were polite and gave me time to try out my new chair. Very impressed.

We were advised that our chair was ready to be delivered and we were offered a choice of days and times. An agreed a delivery day and a.m. time. The lady said we would get a call when the drivers were 30 minutes away. That's exactly what happened, and Dave & Andy were the delivery men. They were on time, very cheery and knowledgeable. They brought in the chair, assembled it and took time to explain all functions to my father. They inspected the chair on completion and invited us to do the same. They asked if there were any questions, collected all rubbish, and left. We were, and are very impressed with both CareCo and their products, as well as all staff. The company were very professional from beginning to end for my recliner chair. I have stage 4 cancer and need to recline for my feet swelling. The staff at Croydon branch Andrea and Jordan were very helpful with the sales. Your delivery men Darren & Kevin were excellent, we were informed of the time they were coming, the registration number, they went above and beyond to put me at ease and even had a laugh with them. I ordered a rise and recline chair for my father in law. Order was fulfilled over the telephone and chair was delivered and installed within a week. Received by email and text expected delivery time and an update when the driver was on his way. Kevin, arrived at the expected time, installed the chair and advised how to use the controls, he was very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleasantly surprised that my chair arrived so quickly and considering it was the Christmas period. From ordering the chair to delivery was a very efficient process. I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery team told me they were on the way, set it up and demonstrated it clearly. This company firstly went against the law with me returning a faultly item and only corrected it when i posted on trust pilot. They then immediately offered bribes repeatedly to get me to improve and remove my review on trust pilot. They used many other tactics to pressurise me. There customer support email address is also wrong on all paperwork and online it was only on phoning that that i found this out in time for my 28 days to not have expired. Etc i have attached first my emails requesting refund and their replies. Then, in backwards order, my emails with the managing director.

We called into the Blaydon careco store and had a vast range of recliner chairs to choose from. The store assistant helped us choose the one which best suited our needs. We were kept up to date throughout on the date and time of delivery. The chair was delivered on time this morning and installed by Kieran. My wife bought a lightweight carbon fibre powered wheelchair about a year ago. In the last month it developed a fault where it would unpredictability cut out and stop dead. This was worrying and potentially dangerous. When we contacted CareCo to report this, it turns out that other people with the same wheel chair were having the same issues as us. To resolve the situation, CareCo offered to replace the chair free or we could wait until the manufacturer sorted out the problem. We opted to replace the chair. The replacement chair was delivered yesterday (in the pouring rain!) CareCo kept us updated through the whole process and the delivery guys kept us informed when they were coming. All in all, we were really happy with the way CareCo handled the process. We have bought quite a lot of things from them and have always been happy with the whole experience

The delivery arrived within ten minutes of the estimated arrival time quoted. I had selected my scooter myself so was very anxious that I had made the right decision. I have done up to now but it would have been worth my while calling for advice as every member of staff I have dealt with by email or in person have been more than helpful, friendly & nothing is deemed a daft question ~ it’s a huge purchase after all! Tom & Paul arrived promptly and called 20 minutes ahead as promised when demonstration & delivery were arranged. Delivery day was within the 14 days quoted & couldn't have run more smoothly. Both gentlemen were friendly, thorough without being patronising & left myself and my family confident going forward. All my questions about inclined in & around where I live were answered honestly & how to troubleshoot any issues this may cause. I really appreciated this as I would panic should there be any un forewarned hiccups. It’s very reassuring that I will most likely know what’s going on & how to remedy it. The manual left is written in understandable language with images to back it all up. I’m yet to take my ‘maiden voyage’ but feel confident in calling CareCo to ask any questions I may have. I didn’t buy a cover as I wasn’t sure if my scooter could be kept outside. All my questions about this were answered including the weight of the battery when bringing it inside. I won’t be able to lift it due to my limitations but another good factor to know sooner rather than later. I need a cover so my scooter won’t be taking up space inside THANK YOU

What a team! Arrived at exactly the time we were advised they wood, parked the van sensibly out of the way of other road users, delivery men, Tim & Stuart introduced themselves ‘ confirmed the item to be delivered. Assembled chair including the extra covers ordered and care kit. Demonstrated how to use the chairs remote control and then cleared all the packaging away, leaving the property exactly as it was prior to arrival but ensuring chair was located in the correct position for use. First delivery was chair installed with utmost care and drivers very pleasant then went back on 17thOctober to order settee to match. This was delivered within the time specified. the drivers who installed (Shaun and Paul) were very careful, tested everything and were very efficient. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone. Also on visiting the Store Hannah and Shai were very helpful, you were made to feel very comfortable.

I bought an Abilize Ranger Li to enable me to give our border terrier, Rosie, long walks. Osteoarthritis prevents that otherwise. I am absolutely delighted with the scooter. It gives a smooth ride on our uneven pavements and the mirrors give me a very clear rear view to avoid Rosie being surprised by other dogs coming up behind us. Controlling the scooter is very simple and it is really comfortable. I was also delighted with the home delivery and set-up process. It was done by very helpful people, at the expected time, and no packaging was left behind. It's also worth pointing out that I had gone to CareCo's nearest showroom (on a Sunday) and was given plenty of time to test drive 3 different models of scooter that met my needs. That included driving outside. The staff were very helpful and I was able to make my own choice.

On 5th November 2025 we stepped into Care Co's showroom in Bristol and found to our delight a wide range of riser recliner chairs. Gareth greeted us and established what we were looking for. He showed us those in the range that would suit our needs and left us to try them out in our own time. He came back and answered all our questions, in a thoroughly knowledgeable way. We were with him for about two hours. When we left to go for lunch he was not pushy in any way and expected us to take time to think about our purchase. Returning an hour so later we were greeted like old friends and again told to take our time making up our minds, choosing colours and that which fitted each of us correctly. Another hour or so and we ordered two different chairs, one for each of our needs... Upon delivery of the first chair, Jack and Stevan carefully unloaded it from the van and put it on a trolley to transport it down the sideway to the rear of the house and then lifted through the patio door and unwrapped it from its "raincoat".(very well covered and protected) They assembled the chair and Stevan demonstrated how it all works and put it in its new home, whilst Jack gathered up all the wrapping and put it in the van. Both of them were very happy in their work and answered all our questions. As a company Care Co. appears to excel in their customer service.

We ordered my mobility scooter from your Lancing shop. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, especially Piers who served us. The scooter was delivered this morning by Sonny who was on time and very helpful. My first experience with CareCo was when visiting their showroom a few weeks ago. It was a totally different experience to my visit to their main competitors and has cemented my choice of suppliers. I visited their showroom twice before deciding on the type and style of riser / recliner chair and the staff on both occasions could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of delivery I was pleasantly surprised to see it was delivered in two specially made carry bags and assembled inside the house. Once assembled, it was maneuvered to the desired locations and I was given detailed instruction on the use of the chair. I could not have asked for more from the delivery guys. Since using it for a few days I have become very comfortable with the chair and am delighted with the features.

This is my first purchase from careco and my first (and hopefully last) riser recliner. We visited our local showroom after visiting the website to test the chairs out and Natasha was there to greet us and help us with all our needs. Grey plaid Blenheim Dual motor riser, ordered for my elderly Mum. She is really happy with it and it is far superior to her previous one. The back support is firm but not too firm. Easy to use controls and the rise function is excellent as she has been struggling to get up and down now to being frail. My older sister has her eye on one now as well! Delivery was simple and efficient with friendly delivery staff Paul and Sahib who went through the controls etc.

I’ve bought a two seater sofa and two matching petite armchairs. Delivery men (Paul & Sul) called 20 minutes before arrival, were courteous and pleasant. Sofas were put together and arranged exactly as I wanted, the paperwork was explained and all rubbish removed.
