I contacted CareCo to report slight damage to my scooter. They responded very quickly, confirming that it was still covered by guarantee and checking with the insurers to confirm that they would accept the claim. They then concluded the matter very speedily and efficiently, keeping me informed at all times, even arranging for their engineer to come to my home to undertake the repair. I would not hesitate in recommending CareCo for both their advice at the time of my purchase and the way in which they conducted my repair.

Fault code beeps on I-Go Vertex disability scooter indicated control paddle u/s. CareCo technician tested, diagnosed bad connections, corrected and overstrapped with cable ties to assure circuit. Fully debriefed on actions before requesting sign-of of work.

I bought a battery operated bath lift from Care Co.Ltd on line. Two men came to fit it for me .They were about an hour and also gave me a demonstration and left everywhere tidy.I am very pleased with the bath lift and thoroughly enjoy being able to have a bath again
