Expert knowledge
Due to ongoing roadworks relating to the Gallows Flyover , finding CareCo. Romford is no easy task at the moment. Nevertheless we arrived and was met by Luke, who gave us a warm welcome and asked what I was looking for. Luke quickly assessed what products were the most suitable and took the time to select a product and then instructed me how they worked and let me try them out. Luke was calm, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me. I would highly recommend CareCo Romford.

Outstanding customer service
Visited the Romford show room with my parents last week. A very warm welcome from the very start. Luke was fantastic, He listened to their requirements took time to explain the options, was extremely patient & friendly. Gave them time to make a decision. I would not hesitate in recommending & wish there was more of this type of service in the world . Thank you Luke.
