Before ordering this chair I went to the showroom and sat on all the riser/recliner chairs before deciding on this one. For me, it stood out as being the most comfortable, mainly due to the structure of the chair and the lovely feel of the fabric. I ordered the chair there and then and was advised my delivery date would be about 2 weeks and the warehouse would be in touch to arrange a date. This is because as a 90-year old female, I also ordered home installation and the removal of my very old, now defunct, recliner chair. I was contacted by text message by the warehouse to advise my delivery date, which turned out to be 2.5 weeks from ordering. I was advised of my delivery time about an hour before my chair arrived, having been advised it could be any time from 8am to 2pm. The call came at 8am and so the chair arrived at 9am. The installer took away the old chair as required and unpacked the new, then took about 30 minutes to make sure I knew how it all worked, whilst I was sitting in it! They took away all the packaging, and within an hour of them arriving, they were gone, leaving me with my lovely new chair, in a room looking like nothing had happened! I was very impressed by the delivery and installation; it was seamless. My lovely chair is living up to its expectations; having had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago, it has been a godsend to be able to change my seating position, have a little massage and just generally enjoy such comfort. I had my new mobility scooter delivered today. A1 service. Bailey and Phill very courteous and professional employees of Careco. Excellent knowledge of the product and a very informative demonstration of use and all its features. Within the budget. Highly recommended.

Phil and James were very kind and helpful. They were very patient, explaining everything twice over. There was a minor fault which they instantly sorted. And I am extremely happy with the end product.

Sean and Josh got here earlier than expected and were literally done before I blinked. They were quick and friendly, they didn't even have time for a cuppa! I got a quick demo, and tips on how to use the controls (clockwise!) and they gave me the paper work and explained about support and covered everything I think. Really nice lads, a great pair of assets (get yer mind out of the gutter!) to CareCo!

Had my new scooter delivered today by James and Phil and was very pleased. They were both friendly and most professional and explained the operation and controls in full. I would definitely recommend CareCo to anyone needing mobility needs. Well done guys keep up the good work.

Was meant to be a 2 man job, but the delivery driver Kevin was alone. He did not complain and was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and personable. He set up 2 chairs and ensured the chairs were working as expected and gave us a demonstration. He also took all the product wrapping away and we feel we got a 1st class service off him.

Kevin Smith from CareCo delivered an electric wheelchair for my mother today. He was on time and very professional and went through a full demonstration for my aged mother and me. Unfortunately, not the delivery man's fault, part of the order has been delayed, but I spoke to the office, and they assured me that it should arrive by the end of the week

Purchased a Daytona xlr scooter. It arrived well within the time and already assembled. Right from my first visit to my local (Worthing) showroom where Vicky and Chloe were friendly and well informed, to the arrival of the Engineer who competently described the working/charging and general use of the scooter, the while experience was totally trouble free and very easy. I have only just got my scooter so am unable to report on aftercare, servicing etc. I would thoroughly recommend Careco as a specialist disability company.

The service my wife and I received from the staff at the Coventry Care Co was brilliant, very obliging, caring, and helpful from the time we walked into the premises until we left to the time our chair was delivered and assembled in our house by Tim and Paul; 2 very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable young men. Thank you Care Co and Staff for everything.

From our very first visit to CareCo showrooms at Brierley Hill in the West Midlands we were treated with courtesy and kindness. We were helped by Adele originally and then Shaun. The ordering process was easy and the paperwork efficiently done. We were notified about the delivery in good time and when the delivery men came (Stuart and Jason) they were exemplary. Taking care to ensure that our property was undamaged when bringing in the chairs and fitting them in place and explaining how they worked. They cleared away all the packaging and took it away, leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy our new Chairs. Thank you everyone at Careco Brierley Hill. If we need more aids in the future, we know where to go.

Showroom staff were really helpful and quoted 6 weeks delivery. I explained it was needed quickly and it was delivered in less than 4 weeks. I was kept up to date and given a choice of delivery dates. Clark Harvey contacted me 20mins before arrival and could not have been more helpful during the installation. He explained all about the chair and made sure I was happy with the positioning. I bought the Petite Waterfall Back Luxe Chair in Zinc SR19236 Aquavelvet and it looks great, fitting in well with our modern sofa. The chair enables me to elevate my legs comfortably even with my back and hip issues. Using the chair is helping to reduce leg swelling and improve my overnight sleep. Everyone at Careco was friendly, helpful and knew about the products. Thank you, this is going to make a huge difference to my quality of life.

Phoned to advise re-delivery time and arrived when said. Work completed quickly and cleanly. Very friendly driver/assembler. talked me through use of item without patronising me. Only problem was I forgot to ask if he would like a cup of tea.

David and Phill came today to install my oasis riser/recliner they were efficient, polite and friendly and a credit to your business

The service in the shop was excellent, able to try out various options and helped to find chairs that are perfect to meet our needs. Dave & Caroline who delivered and installed them were very helpful, took my wishes into account, and were very patient in explaining how everything worked.

From going to the showroom in Chester to yesterday’s delivery and installation, everything went like clockwork. I would certainly recommend Careco to others. Stuart and Jason were brilliant with the delivery, and the 2 ladies in Chester ( sorry, can’t remember their names) were so helpful and knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble, and the coffee wasn’t too bad either. From the moment we went to the Braintree showroom to ordering and final delivery was faultless. All questions and concerns I had were answered pretty much straight away. They had very good product knowledge, and I felt safe as it was a mobility product. Phone centre customer service was very good. I felt safe when discussing the product. The operations team were excellent. Delivery was on the button, and David and Josh couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They were brilliant. Totally recommend the company. Will be buying the table.

We had our installation done today by Dave & Caroline from the Leeds Depot who did a fantastic job, they phoned to let us know they were only 15 minutes away and when they arrived they made sure they did no damage to our property whilst bringing the two chairs in. Once both chairs were fully connected they then went on to make sure all operations on the remotes were working correctly then Dave went on to explain the workings of the remote and made sure I understood, but did say if I had any problems just to give CareCo a call. Exceptional service

I ordered by telephone which was very easy and went very well. The delivery also went well with plenty of time given for arrival. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful and showed me how to use the chair. It is very comfortable and I love the massage and heat. It is very relaxing. I am very satisfied with the product and the service

We had great help choosing our armchairs at the showroom. We were kept well informed of the progress of our order. We had our armchairs delivered today, the installation team were so friendly and helpful. We're really pleased with quality and design of our chairs, there was a slight problem with one of them and it was easily rectified. Feel we have great aftercare in place
