The service in the shop was excellent, able to try out various options and helped to find chairs that are perfect to meet our needs. Dave & Caroline who delivered and installed them were very helpful, took my wishes into account, and were very patient in explaining how everything worked.

From going to the showroom in Chester to yesterday’s delivery and installation, everything went like clockwork. I would certainly recommend Careco to others. Stuart and Jason were brilliant with the delivery, and the 2 ladies in Chester ( sorry, can’t remember their names) were so helpful and knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble, and the coffee wasn’t too bad either. All involved were a credit to your organisation. Thank you.

From the moment we went to the Braintree showroom to ordering and final delivery was faultless. All questions and concerns I had were answered pretty much straight away. They had very good product knowledge, and I felt safe as it was a mobility product. Phone centre customer service was very good. I felt safe when discussing the product. The operations team were excellent. Delivery was on the button, and David and Josh couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They were brilliant. Totally recommend the company. Will be buying the table.

We had our installation done today by Dave & Caroline from the Leeds Depot who did a fantastic job, they phoned to let us know they were only 15 minutes away and when they arrived they made sure they did no damage to our property whilst bringing the two chairs in. Once both chairs were fully connected they then went on to make sure all operations on the remotes were working correctly then Dave went on to explain the workings of the remote and made sure I understood, but did say if I had any problems just to give CareCo a call. Exceptional service

I initially went into the Norwich store on 13th May, having seen a riser recliner chair online, but didn’t want to buy unseen and untried. The assistant explained about measurements as applicable to me. She also explained the difference between two & four motor chairs. The chair I had chosen online was fairly basic (£699) and was not comfortable. I was shown another chair which fitted well and was immediately comfortable. I explained I would need to take funds out of my deposit account which needed 7 days notice. The assistant took all my details and gave me a copy of the chair I wanted. I went back in about 10 days later and the chair was ordered. It was delivered, set up and I was shown how to use the remote for all actions of the chair. Since receiving it on 25/6/2026 I have never had such a comfortable seat.

From choosing the appropriate size and model of riser/recliner chair in the showroom to delivery and removal of my old chair I have had first class service from CareCo. My chair is a heavy piece of furniture and I would recommend the service provided by, in this case, Jason and Stuart who carried in and assembled the chair. I definitely could not have done it on my own. I’m now discovering just how comfortable it is and I think it will give me great comfort in the future. Thanks again CareCo.

I am very happy with my new recliner chair. Kevin and Justin B arrived on time and put my new electric recliner chair together before explaining to me carefully how to use it. They were cheerful, professional and very strong as I have stairs up to my flat. I was also delighted that for a small fee the old chair was taken away as well as all the extraneous packaging for the new chair.
