Mike made new cupboard doors for loft cupboards in our bedroom and a set of drawers to go inside a built in wardrobe, as well as tidying up various elements of the wardrobe such as boxing in pipework. He was very thorough and professional, taking the time to get everything perfect. He consulted us on various aspects as he went along and had helpful suggestions at to what would work best and to make sure we were happy with everything. He was polite and courteous to have in the house and tidied up after his work. We are extremely pleased with the work, which was completed to a very high standard.

Mike fitted a wall of built in shelving and cupboards in our living room and a set of shelves in our kitchen. He took the time to walk us through options on materials and finishes and the different options for a slightly tricky space. Great care taken throughout the work to ensure everything was kept clean and tidy. Standard of work is very high and Mike went the extra mile to ensure everything is right (including patching paintwork for us!). Would highly recommend Mike - and I have to all the people who've admired his work!

I have previously used Mr Crosby for carpentry work on both rental properties and my own and his work has always been of the highest standard, I'm very fussy. The work has ranged from bespoke carpentry to hanging preformed doors and painting exterior facia and soffit and repairing rotten wooden windows He's tidy and on time plus any variation outside of the original quote is explained before the work continues so you always feel in control.

Carpenta remodelled my kitchen. The workmanship was superb, the quality was exceptional and well up to my expectations. I have subsequently asked Carpenta to do more work for me.

Carpenta designed and built custom fitted furniture for the two bedrooms at my in-laws. Their requirements were extensive as they wished to maximise the available storage. So the final design incorporated wardrobes (some of which had internal drawer units) drawer units, bedside units and overhead cupboards above the beds in each room. It was great dealing with Mike. He took the time to fully understand my in-laws requirements and came up with creative solutions and tweaks to ensure the final design was both practical and beautiful. All the units were built in the workshop then brought to my in-laws for final assembly and fitting. The quality is superb and the fitting is flawless, with end panels perfectly scribed to meet the uneven walls and ceilings. The resultant fit is millimetre perfect! Quality drawer runners, hinges and fittings and a perfect spray finish mean the end result looks fantastic and I am sure will last a very long time. Overall, we cannot fault the end result and felt it was very good value.
