Carpets 4u have been providing high quality carpets, vinyl and laminate flooring and installation for domestic and commercial customers in Surrey, and SW London for more than 40 years.
What sets us apart from other carpet retailers is that we offer a completely mobile service whereby we bring the whole shop to you at home. The advantages of our service are enormous. Our entire service is tailored to your convenience. We are able to give you expert advice in your own home and can also provide an accurate on the spot estimate for different types and costs of carpet. Another advantage of being on-site is that we are also able to see whether the carpet you choose will be suitable for the location required.

Excellent service from start to finish. Estimate given clearly and concisely with everything detailed. Fitters arrived promptly and installed large lounge carpet without a problem including shifting of heavy furniture and removal of existing carpet and underlay. Would certainly approach Carpets4U again for future installations.

The service was excellent, as were the fitters who arrived within the time slot and did an excellent job. The only thing I would like to see with the quotes that are given is a breakdown of: Carpet/Sq metre. Area to be laid. Labour Charge. Underlay - included in the price? Grippers - included in the price. Discounts, if applicable, shown.

Can’t praise Holly and her fitters enough, from start to finish everything went to plan. We had Stairs, landing and a bedroom carpeted. Fitters on time, very friendly and very tidy workers. Will definitely be recommending Carpets4U.

Can highly recommend, Carpets4U. Holly comes to your home with samples and measures up to be able to advise on the most cost effective use of the carpet sizes and gives you all the various options. Due to our phases building works, our carpets were installed in two visits. Holly was very accommodating with the dates and both fitting teams very friendly, efficient and tidy. Carpets looks great and are the correct quality & value that we needed in our family home.

About a month ago contacted Carpets4U for a quote and was so impressed with their customer service that we went ahead and arranged for 4 rooms and stairs and landing to be done. Throughout the whole process we were kept updated and even when I changed my mind on the stairs and landing carpet I was not made to feel that it was any problem.The carpet fitters were so professional and cleaned up after themselves. We are so impressed with their workmanship and the quality of the carpet that we have arranged for Holly to come round and measure up for the one remaining room to be fitted, which wasn’t in our original plans! If you want great quality carpet, professional service, fantastic customer care then look no further to Holly and her Dad.

I had 2 bedroom carpets fitted and thoroughly happy with the result. Holly visited earlier than anticipated. By that I mean on time as so use to being kept waiting. The fitters arrived shortly after the start of the 2 hour time slot and due to reliability of this company I was able to do some shopping prior to arrival. Both carpets fitted in less than 1 hour to a high standard. I particularly liked the high quality underlay. I've been so use to the ones from the high street that disintegrate. For the price I paid I would definitely recommend this company to others. I found the advert in the Your Neighbourhood Directory

We chose Carpets4U as they provided a home service. Holly arrived when expected, reviewed the space and discussed the types of carpet for the areas, brought in samples and the whole process for two properties was completed in less than two hours. Fitting was set for less than 2 weeks from date of signing and the work completed in the date / time slots given. The work was done to a high standard, minimum disruption and clearing up was done as the work progressed, so very little mess / offcuts laying around to get in the way. The fitters were very efficient, knowing what had to be done and using offcuts to do the stairs, thus reducing waste to a minimum.

Decided on Carpets4u after recommendation from a friend. Holly came to our house & was very helpful & friendly in helping us to choose the right carpet for us bringing along samples for us to compare. A provisional date was agreed but we needed to alter later, this was accommodated without any problems, we were contacted the day before with a time frame of when the fitters would arrive, this was spot on and the whole job was carried out to the highest standard even though the fitters had to work with a heavy three piece suite in the room. We would definitely use this company again in the future & have no hesitation in recommending them.
