Can’t recommend Carroll’s windows highly enough from start to finish. Had all windows and front door replaced in-house and the team arrived promptly on the day as expected and worked till the job was complete. A team of six workers and were all professional and courteous and their standard of work was second to none even down to clearing up after the job was done. The finishing of their work is to a high standard and the windows and door look fabulous. I couldn’t find fault with anything they did. Would highly recommend.

I chose Paul Carroll for my new bi-fold doors on the recommendation of a family member familiar with the industry. From the get go, Paul and his team were helpful and knowledgeable, advising me on the right aspects of the product for my needs. I'd priced many door options. Paul offered a quality aluminium system option with integral blinds and fitting for a good price, along with a 10 year guarantee. On installation day, Paul and his colleague were friendly and professional and took time and care to make sure the structural opening we had in place was fully prepared and ready to accept the new doors. Minor challenges were overcome with ease and the resulting product, fit and finish is excellent. We are extremely pleased with our new doors, the workmanship of the team and the overall experience. Full house windows installed and 2 doors. From quote to completion, excellent service. Surveyor arrived, very polite and friendly. Spent time explaining what would be done should we wish to go ahead with the works, no sales pitch which was refreshing. Agreed to have works carried out on receipt of quotation. The team of fitters arrived on agreed date and time. Very polite and friendly. Carpets covered in all rooms. Minimal disruption, just got on with the job. High quality workmanship, so pleased with the job. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had work done on our conservatory roof and house roof all of which was first class. The workers were excellent civil polite and knew exactly what they were doing. I had a front door fitted after ours decided it would no longer open. Due to a cancellation, the door was fitted 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant timing for us. Brian turned up when he said he would said he didn't need anything and proceeded to get on with fitting the door. The door took about 2 hours to fit and I honestly wouldn't even have known Brian was in the house. The next time I saw him I had a lovely new front door. The fitting was quick, professional and completely hassle free. I'd proceeded a few doors prior to purchasing from Carrolls. Nick came out to measure and talk us through pricing (which was really reasonable compared with competitors). I'm delighted with the quality of service from start to finish

Recently had two new doors fitted by Carroll’s Window and Door Solutions and we are absolutely over the moon with the finish. They were very professional and helpful right from the start of the process, with the surveyor visit and quotation, through to installation. Very good level of communication throughout and kept us informed of minor delays to delivery. The fitting was carried out to an extremely high standard, everything left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to use Carroll’s again and would highly recommend.

We had new windows and doors in the entire house. The workers arrived on time both days and were clean, tidy and courteous. There was no damage to our existing paintwork and decoration which pleased us. I had taken the following week off to tidy up around the new windows but there was nothing that needed to be done. Couldn’t recommend Carroll’s more. They have completed 3 windows, a front door and 1 set of French doors for us so far - we are booked in for the remainder of the house - and each time they deliver excellence and quality. You wouldn’t even know they had been there, they are so tidy upon finishing. The guys are really friendly and take you through all the do’s and don’ts once they’re finished, as well as answering any questions. Paul and his team go above and beyond - a really excellent company.

I had a large window removed and patio doors installed. The work was a really high standard and the workers were very professional throughout. Highly recommended and would use the company again. Really pleased with the new doors. The work was carried out on the one day and a small issue with the lock was resolved promptly the next day.

This is a fantastic company. This is the second time I have used them and I can not fault anything. From the quote to the installation no issues whatsoever. I really like the way there is no salesman pressure Paul provides the quote without any pressure to buy and waits till you get back to him. It’s a breath of fresh air. I can’t recommend this company enough the team that came to my house on the two occasions where professional, well qualified who’s workmanship is outstanding. They were so helpful even took my blinds down and put them back up when the windows were finished. The team always go above and beyond making sure you are happy with the product and the end results. I had the guys out to fit front door screen and back door the guys done high quality work and left a great job, they cleaned up after they were finished and I would definitely recommend them for quality of work and price

New back door fitted way before schedule. Workman fitted the door to a high standard and also fitted a cat flap in it, and cleaned up everything behind them. Very happy with the service and have now ordered some windows.

I had new windows and doors installed by Carroll's Window & Door Solutions Ltd. The service from start to finish was excellent. The initial measuring and quote went really well with a detailed account of what I would be getting and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or follow up calls pestering me. I was left to make my own decision. The guys who fitted the windows and doors were brilliant a really friendly bunch and boy did they graft. They even helped me to get my new fridge freezer through the door. From start to finish I was impressed throughout. The windows and doors are just beautiful and I'm really happy with them. We recently had Paul and his team fit replacement new Anthracite Grey PVC windows aand a new back door and we are absolutely delighted with the whole job. The windows and door look brilliant, and we have got rid of our old and draughty windows for new draught free ones. The fitting team were great and even put all our blinds back up after they were finished. They cleaned up any mess and hoovered everywhere they had been, when they left you wouldn't have know they had even been there (apart from the great new windows of course). This is the 2nd lot of work we have had done, other members of our family have also used them, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. 1st class Job from quote to install - well done guys.
