Carroll’s did my neighbours windows and doors and I watched them working. My neighbour recommended the firm. We needed five new windows and a back door. The tradesmen arrived at 9.00 and worked until 4.30. There was a joiner at every window. They were polite and friendly and helped each other at different times. The house was left neat and tidy. We are delighted with our new windows and door. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Replaced our polycarbonate roof with a lightweight tiled roof a superb job. The four guys Ian,Norbet,Alan and Ronnie who fitted it are absolutely brilliant workers also pleasant civil and polite. A credit to the company. If your looking for the same as us look no further than this company. Well worth it.

I needed a new bedroom window but also needed sealant replaced on bathroom window and around front door entrance. They suggested a new surround for bathroom window as it was worn. The windows and door look brand new again. Totally delighted with the work and exceptional value for money. Very professional, arrived on time. Thank you

We were recommended Carroll’s by our kitchen fitter, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. The full door, including framing, was replaced with no mess or fuss, including turning the door around. The two members of staff were friendly and professional, as was Nicholas who came out initially to measure up. We’ll definitely be back when we need other doors or windows replaced.

Would 100% recommend these guys. I had 4 windows , 2 French Doors and 2 single doors fitted, all within a matter of hours. Workmanship was first class and a really good price. Great communication with their office, the whole experience was very satisfying. Couldn't be happier.

We have previously used Carroll's to replace our windows and front door at the house. They were excellent previously, and we chose to use them again. From start to finish they provided a fantastic service when replacing our back door, from the surveyor Phil, to the interim communication from Jayne, to the installation of the door, and the quality of the work of the tradesmen. We were recommended by a neighbour to use Carroll's windows and have found them to be very reliable from our very first meeting with surveyor he came when arranged then after several emails and going to showroom we agreed on work to be done. Surveyor came back again got all measurement ect. and when fitters came they worked hard all day fitting our 5 new windows. The team were very friendly . Cleaned up before the left. Carroll's W&DS Ltd replaced all 8 or my windows yesterday and I cannot rate them highly enough. From start to finish the process was faultless. After receiving a couple of quotes from other companies I was beginning to lose faith in the process but a friend recommended Carrrol's, what a breath of fresh air. The surveyor, background staff and installers were first class - friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Not forgetting the significant detail that my new windows are beautiful and so perfectly fitted. This is a very professional outfit and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. After seeing a 'Rock' door online . I searched for suppliers. Carrolls had previously did work for my daughter. She highly recommended them so we arranged to get a quote. The customer service from this company was excellent from the person who answers their phone, sales person who came to our house and the 2 work men who completed a great job. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Having recently had all of our windows and our front, back and patio doors replaced I can say that we are absolutely delighted with the transformation Carroll’s have made to our house. Paul and his team have been great to deal with at all stages from showroom and surveyor visits through to fitting. We were able to choose with the benefit of very knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer all our questions without any sales pressure. We initially heard of Carroll’s through a friends recommendation and we can now see for ourselves why the many reviews are glowing. The quality of the work carried out has been of the highest quality and all at a very reasonable price. Customer service has been great throughout and it was great to be confident that we would be happy with new doors and windows and this has clearly been the case. The fitting was very efficient and it was clear that everyone was very keen to deliver the highest standards of workmanship. Windows and doors were completed last Friday. So pleased with the work and the finish. The team were all super friendly and professional. Work was completed in time, as discussed, and the team were extremely helpful and tidy. Highly professional and I will definitely use it in future. What a team, thank you.

We phoned Carroll’s and spoke to the man himself. Very helpful. We arranged for someone to come and assess things. He was also extremely helpful. The details were emailed shortly after with the cost, which was good value. On the day the two fitters were 100% on the ball and fitted the doors with absolutely no problems at all. I was expecting at least some mess and to have to tidy up or repaint the surrounding a little bit but there was zero needed. Amazing. Definitely recommended. Fast, friendly and efficient.

The team did superb work on our recent installation. The installation was completed in good time, even with poor weather moving in. The team left the house and garden in a very clean state, removing all the waste materials etc after the work was completed. In advance of the work the support team were really helpful in answering questions and helping to make sure everything was scheduled, even accommodating our vacation time.

The job was to properly refit a living room bay window which had been very poorly fitted by someone else. At the quote stage, we were recommended to go for a refit rather than the additional expense of a new window. The refit of the window was carried out to the highest standard and both fitters where not only highly skilled and professional but also extremely friendly. Any mess was minimal and was thoroughly cleaned on completion, and the care taken to get the final finish as close to perfection as possible did not go unnoticed. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Carroll's Window & Door Solutions to anyone. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out and would be more than happy to use them again for any future window or door work we require.
