Our second order with this superb company. They patiently helped me whilst I changed my design several times (sorry!) and we are very happy with the final result. The team are terrific - the two fitters did a careful and excellent job - thank you guys. When we need any more work, we'll come straight to Carroll's.

I ordered replacement windows for our home and conservatory. This company was recommended to me by a friend. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent, keeping us fully informed of installation dates. The men who carried out the work done so to a high standard. They also tidied up as they went along. This was a very easy process and I would recommend Carroll's Windows and Doors to anyone without hesitation.

Front & back work carried out to detail from outset. Guys got stuck into the job, from laying out the dust sheets, to tidying up at the finish. Excellent finish inside and out.

From the beginning choosing doors and then having the survey done every last detail was carried out perfectly. The workmen were very very tidy I am so happy with the quality of both doors and would 100% recommend Carroll’s. The doors are of excellent quality and fitted expertly.

We were looking to replace 10 double glazed windows (quote for both double and triple glazing), replace 7 'Everest' aluminium patio door panels with triple glazed units, replace three 'Everest' front door glass panels with triple glazed units on the condition that the handle could also be repaired/replaced. Prior to agreeing the go ahead with Carroll's I obtained two additional quotes. Neither of these suppliers could repair our front door handle due to obsolete spares and both quotes were higher. The standout with Carroll's quote was the relatively low mark up for the triple glazing which we went for throughout. All discussions, measurements etc prior to order placement were handled very professionally with absolutely no sales pressure. Paul suggested a 'third party' handle replacement with a slight redrill requirement for the front door. Amazingly, however, he managed to source the exact Everest handle we required and was able to salvage the door. This saved me significant outlay on a new door! The windows were replaced in one day (two had been allocated) and the patio doors/front door were replaced on a second day two weeks later - all as agreed. The fitters turned up on time and completed both jobs with as little disruption as could be expected. There was zero damage to internal decoration and they cleaned up beautifully both days. Our experience with Paul and his team was first class from start to finish. Delighted with the results too!

From the day they came out Paul gave us options on what we were looking for no hard sale, received a quote a few days later which we accepted and estimated date to be installed. On the day of the installation the guys were great, 5 windows, new front door and a canopy above my front door were all installed in 1 day, 1st Class Service from these guys and would highly recommend this company, Thanks again

100% positive experience using Carrolls Windows and Doors. We had 9 windows, front door and patio doors fitted. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Phil came out and measured up and talked us through our options and said Paul would email us in a few days with a price. We never felt pressured at any point and very happy with the price. Paul phoned us with a time and date for the job and guys turned up on time and worked away for 2 days with the least bit of hassle, place was spotless after 2 days. Having been strung along by a local tradesperson for three years, my tenant finally lost patience. I found Carroll's through Which? They had a surveyor in the area the next week, measured up, sent me brochures to choose a door from and answered my questions promptly. After the order was placed I was given a date for installation and that was the date that they came. At the same time glass in a window in the garage was replaced as well as toughened glass put in an interior glazed door. My tenant commented "The men were excellent, so nice and friendly and very tidy."
