Having recently had all of our windows and our front, back and patio doors replaced I can say that we are absolutely delighted with the transformation Carroll’s have made to our house. Paul and his team have been great to deal with at all stages from showroom and surveyor visits through to fitting. We were able to choose with the benefit of very knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer all our questions without any sales pressure. We initially heard of Carroll’s through a friends recommendation and we can now see for ourselves why the many reviews are glowing. The quality of the work carried out has been of the highest quality and all at a very reasonable price. Customer service has been great throughout and it was great to be confident that we would be happy with new doors and windows and this has clearly been the case. The fitting was very efficient and it was clear that everyone was very keen to deliver the highest standards of workmanship. The fitters wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work carried out and the house was left clean and tidy. We phoned Carroll’s and spoke to the man himself. Very helpful. We arranged for someone to come and assess things. He was also extremely helpful. The details were emailed shortly after with the cost, which was good value. On the day the two fitters were 100% on the ball and fitted the doors with absolutely no problems at all. I was expecting at least some mess and to have to tidy up or repaint the surrounding a little bit but there was zero needed. Amazing. Definitely recommended. Fast, friendly and efficient.

The team did superb work on our recent installation. The installation was completed in good time, even with poor weather moving in. The team left the house and garden in a very clean state, removing all the waste materials etc after the work was completed. In advance of the work the support team were really helpful in answering questions and helping to make sure everything was scheduled, even accommodating our vacation time.

The job was to properly refit a living room bay window which had been very poorly fitted by someone else. At the quote stage, we were recommended to go for a refit rather than the additional expense of a new window. The refit of the window was carried out to the highest standard and both fitters where not only highly skilled and professional but also extremely friendly. Any mess was minimal and was thoroughly cleaned on completion, and the care taken to get the final finish as close to perfection as possible did not go unnoticed. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Carroll's Window & Door Solutions to anyone. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out and would be more than happy to use them again for any future window or door work we require.

Used Carroll's to choose and fit the kitchen door. The whole team at Carroll's was excellent to deal with, and the fitting team did an excellent job of fitting the door and were extremely professional, neat, and tidy workers.

From the minute I reached Carroll’s, everything was just straightforward. My wife and I wanted a new front door and decided to look through the brochures first. From what we selected, the team sent me great options and associated pictures, which meant we didn’t need to go to the showroom. From when we picked our door and the bits that come with it, it was really hassle-free. Survey booked at a time of our choice, and on the day the surveyor knew I had another appointment, and he flexed around it. The door was installed yesterday, and we absolutely love it. The team arrived before 9 and we’re done just after lunchtime. We have dogs, and the guys were really flexible, which let me get them in and out. As I say, great service from start to finish and at a reasonable cost for what is a lifetime purchase.

This company was excellant at everything, From day of survey to installation of my nine windows to finish. All the company employee's where great workers they never stopped from the minute arrived till they where finished. They took great care of my property while they where fitting nine windows which are of great quality and have a fantastic finish, with no damage to my property. I would recommend this company to family and friends they are the best work force to use. All the team were polite and courteous and clean and tidy.

Had patio and kitchen windows fitted 2 years ago and returned to Carrolls for bedroom and bathroom windows. Paul visited to measure and found him helpful and you get good feeling from him of a family company who will do a good job. Men arrived on time. Polite and friendly and felt at ease to leave them to work away. Returned later in day. Place had been hoovered and windows cleaned. They look great and I am delighted. I wohld thoroughy recommend Carrolls for a good job at competitive price.

This is by far the best company I have dealt with. From start to finish, they have been very cooperative and gave good advice. By mutual agreement, the job was brought forward 3 weeks. The full squad attended, and all 9 windows were replaced in one day. All the workmen were very polite, and the finished article was first class. Many thanks.

From the quote straight through to installation I received excellent customer care and communication - I am absolutely delighted with the workmanship and the quality of all the products - the installation team arrived on time and were very friendly professional and made sure everything was left tidy throughout the three days - I am so pleased I went with Carrolls, the cost of the project I feel was a great investment - an issue with one widow was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction - I would definitely recommend this company in fact I already have to friends and family - overall a first class company giving a first class service

I have used Carroll's Window and Door solutions on two occasions. After fitting a new front door which I was delighted with, the company were the obvious choice when replacement windows were required. I was impressed from the beginning of the process from the initial contact with the company, the two visits from Phil the surveyor and the fitters who completed both jobs to an extremely high standard. Everyone was courteous and very considerate of my property both in preparation and completion of the job. All materials were removed at the end of the installation and each room was hoovered. The job was completed in one working day. This company is well managed and very experienced. They instilled confidence that I would have a quality product and I have certainly not been disappointed. This included a window above the front door, which was fitted a few days later due to a slight supplier delay. The quality of the installation was excellent, and the end result has noticeably improved the appearance, insulation, and security of our home. Was it done to the agreed schedule and budget? Yes, completely. The main installation took place between 21 and 25 March 2025, and the outstanding window was fitted shortly after it arrived. Everything was completed within the agreed timescale and budget, with no hidden costs or last-minute surprises. Their reliability and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. How did they stand out? From the first point of contact, Carroll’s made a great impression. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Communication throughout the job was excellent—they kept us updated at each stage and were very responsive to any queries.
