Work carried out was new patio doors and window. Worked was carried out to a high standard with excellent service from measure up to completion. Very professional and staff knowledgeable, and helpful. They tidied up after themselves and completed work to a high standard. I would recommend this company.

I was given the number of this company by a neighbour, after having asked and tried several companies which had let me down. I contacted them originally to reseal the outside of my living room window as I had water infiltration. I had contacted my house insurance who had sent a surveyor to check the damage and had concluded it was a joiner's job. My experience from my initial call to Carroll's Window to the completion of the job has been nothing but exceptional. They have been friendly and very professional every step of the way. When the surveyor came to check the windows to be resealed, I asked if they did work on windows with condensation and other repairs, replacing the timber window boards in 2 areas, replacing the hinge of one window and the front door gasket. The surveyor came over 2 days after my phone call and I received the quote 4 days later. I was impressed by the details and that what I had asked for was captured. There was only 1 window pane with condensation not recorded and the surveyor came back straight away to take the dimensions. I was informed of the next steps, ordering the materials and I would hear back within 4 weeks, I did. Two tradesmen came on Wednesday 17th April to do the jobs and they were very friendly and so professional. I can tell that they take pride in their work and they cleaned after they finished. I am over the moon with the repairs and how good everything looks. I am so happy. I wish I had contacted them sooner to fix the issues.

As above, the work was done with care and with great attention to detail. I cannot fault the work in any way. The 2 men, Alan and Brian just got on with it. The finish is exquisite. They cleaned the path outside and vacuumed inside to such a standard I did not have to do a thing. The quality of both the product and of the workmen is fantastic. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After much research, decided on a Rockdoor for the front of the house. Rockdoor provided list of accredited installers. Carrolls windows and doors were the most competitive estimated price. Paul was in touch and a survey was done and price was confirmed. Four weeks later door was installed. Workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We are delighted with the finished job. The installers were professional, efficient and tidy. Paul was in touch all through the process and we would thoroughly recommend using Carrolls.

Having already had all my windows, front door and a stable back door installed at my home by Carroll's beautifully, I had no hesitation in recommending them to my church to install new doors and surrounding glass panels. The church felt the price was good value for money. The work was completed beautifully. The workers cleaned up well as they had done in my house and everyone who has seen the doors, thinks they look fabulous, including myself. Getting the text to say they would be coming out to fit the doors on 8/2/2024, was an answer to prayer as we are having a big celebration this Sunday 11/2/2024, with outside guests who will now be welcomed through a beautiful new door rather than one with cellophane covered, cracked panes.

I contacted McCarroll's on 9th January to get a quote for a new front door, I received a quick response and a visit was arrange for next day to attend to see me. I was very happy with service I received from Phil the surveyor who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. Quote was received later that day and I accepted. I was told it would 5-6 weeks until door was built and fitted. I was happy and surprised when I received a phone call to arrange the fitting of my new door after 3 weeks from when I accepted the quote. The work was done and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I cant thank Paul and his team enough for the quick and stress free process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a new door.

First class service from start to finish. Workmanship cannot be faulted. Great communication with company. I purchased my Rockdoor from Carroll’s because of the excellent customer service workmanship and professionalism of this company. I contacted Paul Carroll on a Saturday afternoon at the beginning of November along with other suppliers recommended by Rockdoor. Paul responded almost immediately to advise he would provide a quote on the Monday when the office was open. This quote arrived promptly on the Monday. I received three other quotes but Carroll’s outshone the others with the professional way it was produced and the speed of delivery. A surveyor visit was arranged and he arrived at the agreed time to take measurements. Phil is an asset to the company answering my questions of which there were many and assuring me I’d made an excellent choice of door. He advised if I chose to go ahead the lead time for the door would be around four weeks. The detailed quote arrived the next day from Nick in the office and I chose to proceed. Just short of four weeks my door was fitted by Brian and Alan who arrived promptly at the given time. They did a fantastic job and were neat and tidy workers. It is always difficult to choose a company when you have had no recommendations or evidence of their work apart from some social media pictures. I followed my instincts on this one and can only say I absolutely made the right choice. Would I recommend Carroll’s or use them again? I most definitely would. Paul and his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and are true professionals.

Contacted them about a new door, explained what we were looking for and Paul sent out various options & styles for us to look at. A quote is sent out in a few days and from there it’s an easy smooth process to get your door fitted within a reasonable timescale. From the first contact with their office, the work carried out for us was first class. We have a large conservatory and everything, but the roof needed replaced. From surveys to support, from good communication to finished article, I could not speak highly enough of this firm. I was completely satisfied with the work carried out by Carroll's Window and Door Solutions. They installed 8 windows and a front and back door and also fitted cladding around two dormer windows. The team who carried out the work were efficient and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I asked if they could help with the refitting of my blinds. No problem, they refitted all my blinds without hesitation. I was worried that I would have to redecorate after installation as all my rooms have wallpaper. But I needn't have worried as there was nothing to do. They also cleaned up any mess each night before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Contacted Paul and his company came out quickly to quote and measure up. Received the quote quickly from them. I paid the deposit and it was only about 3 weeks till installation. The install took 2 days due to number of windows, but the team of installers were great. Quality is perfect. The team also ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. I had 6 windows and a rock door fitted over two days by Carroll’s windows recently. I have used this company before and once again I was not disappointed. I saw various recommendations for Carroll’s Window & Door Solutions when I was looking to get replacement doors. I called and Paul arranged to visit me. He asked me lots of questions about what I preferred the look to be, and did a full measurement at his visit. The quote came through a few days later and we were happy to place the order. Less than 4 weeks later, and the guys came out today to fit my new doors. They were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They left the place tidy and removed all the packaging etc. The doors look fantastic! I was given excellent customer service throughout and I am more than happy to give this company 5 stars.

We needed to replace the locking system in a door that had been in place for at least twenty five years. It was replaced with a new lock and door handles and everything is working perfectly again. No issues at all, tidy work and very pleasant staff

I have just had a new window installed in my bedroom. The service, from quote to installation was great. Paul was really helpful and quick to respond. A fantastic company to deal with. Had doors replaced last year and now windows. Phil who measured up is a pleasure to deal with and there is no hard sell just honest advice and a true understanding of what you need along with a very competitive price. The fitting team turned up on time and carried out the work well, leaving the house clean and tidy. Had a small fault with a windowsill but Paul rectified this quickly with no issue and again the fitter done a great job.

Just had my windows replaced by Carroll’s Windows & Doors and cannot fault their service from start to finish. Every care was taken during the fitting of the windows by the tradesmen to ensure there was no mess left behind once they had finished the job. We had an issue with one of the windows not opening but a quick call to Paul got the window sorted the very next day so their aftercare service cannot be faulted either and with a 10 year guarantee you can’t go wrong really if you do decide to use this Company. PC Carroll designed and built a conservatory of 14 m2 at the rear of our property in East Kilbride. The extension has brick dwarf walls to 600m, with glazing to roof level. The roof is tiled with roof lights. Internally the walls are plaster boarded and skim coated with a heating and lighting provision. The works were undertaken to the very highest standards. Care was taken at each stage to ensure the building looked well and performed to the standards identified - from foundation and slab through to roof tiling and internal finishing. The works were completed to schedule and to the agreed cost plan. Some additions were instructed and priced as the work progressed. Paul Carroll controlled the project personally, ensuring smooth progress at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending P C Carroll for works of the nature where their management and resource are first class.

Carroll’s surveyor came out and identified what windows needed replaced and what windows needed attention. We were then given a quote then a date when job could be done. The work was carried out very professionally by the team of installers. All in all we were very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend the company.

We sought out a few suppliers for new windows, outside doors and conservatory work. Carroll’s were by far the best value for money on paper, and now that the work is complete, I can safely say this is the case for the work too. We had great advice from the company on options, and the company even advised us of options that weren’t the most expensive but had great reputations (such as doors). We then got our installation date, and work was complete in less than two days to a fantastic standard. Not a drop of mess from the team, team had great chat and ensured we were kept up to date on progress. On completion, the work has completely transformed our house. Thank you.

Carrolls replaced the roof, glass and guttering of our conservatory. They provided a breakdown of costs and the final amount was what I paid. The surveyor was really helpful and provided clear advice on our options. The fitting team was mindful of our privacy and worked methodically over the 2 days to complete the job. They also dealt with any debris and cleaned the working areas. I am more than happy with the products and workmanship Carrolls provided. I have already commissioned them to replace the other windows in my home.

Had all windows and front door replaced in-house and the team arrived promptly on the day as expected and worked till the job was complete. I had a front door fitted after ours decided it would no longer open. Due to a cancellation, the door was fitted 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant timing for us. Brian turned up when he said he would said he didn't need anything and proceeded to get on with fitting the door. The door took about 2 hours to fit and I honestly wouldn't even have known Brian was in the house. The next time I saw him I had a lovely new front door. The fitting was quick, professional and completely hassle free. I'd proceeded a few doors prior to purchasing from Carrolls. Nick came out to measure and talk us through pricing (which was really reasonable compared with competitors). I'm delighted with the quality of service from start to finish

The initial measuring and quote went really well with a detailed account of what I would be getting and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or follow up calls pestering me. I was left to make my own decision. The guys who fitted the windows and doors were brilliant a really friendly bunch and boy did they graft. They even helped me to get my new fridge freezer through the door. From start to finish I was impressed throughout. The windows and doors are just beautiful and I'm really happy with them. We recently had Paul and his team fit replacement new Anthracite Grey PVC windows aand a new back door and we are absolutely delighted with the whole job. The windows and door look brilliant, and we have got rid of our old and draughty windows for new draught free ones. The fitting team were great and even put all our blinds back up after they were finished. They cleaned up any mess and hoovered everywhere they had been, when they left you wouldn't have know they had even been there (apart from the great new windows of course). This is the 2nd lot of work we have had done, other members of our family have also used them, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. 1st class Job from quote to install - well done guys.

Really pleased with the service we've had from Paul and the team from Carroll's recently. A very personal service. From initial contact to the end of the job, they have been a pleasure to work with. No hard sales, everyone in the team has a passion for their product and doing the best job. Installation was so easy over two days, very tidy and the finish is excellent. We were looking for a new front door as the Rosewood on our door was flaking off. My daughter gave me Carroll's Windows & doors number, so gave them a call for a quote. They called and took measurements, and told us we would be sent a catalogue to choose the style of door and glass we wanted. We opted for a Rockwood door which looks fantastic. Wow!!!! the best experience I have had with any company I have used for any job. We had two patio doors and front door replaced. They were on time. There were 6 men. They all had there job and work brilliant together. Extremely clean while and after the job. The quality of the doors and windows are fabulous. My front door is beautiful. So pleased. Very reasonable price too Had a couple of snags and they were at my door the next morning. Amazing. All the guys were polite, good fun and very professional. I will use Carroll’s windows again and I highly recommended them. If I could give them 10⭐️ I would. A very happy customer.

Quotation - Paul send round a highly experienced surveyor who took all the details of what we required. This info was sent back to Paul to compile a formal quotation which he duly provided. Note: We did not have to endure a salesperson throughout the entire process....a breath of fresh air! The quotation was very detailed and links to the products accompanied it so we could see exactly what we were quoted for. We ordered 4 sets of Bi-fold doors and a rear door. There was a manufacturing delay on the order which could not be avoided and Paul communicated this to us. During the install a team of 10 fitters, 8 from Paul's company and 2 from the team that were cutting the stonework. Everything ran like clockwork and the whole install process was carried out with speed, efficiency and above all...care and attention. The team cleared up all of their mess and insisted mopping the floors of the Kitchen and Sunroom! The quotation was 100% accurate with no hidden surprises. The doors have now been in for a week and we are really pleased with them. The quality of the material used is very robust (aluminium) and should last years. If you are considering the Bi-fold doors I would also highly recommend the venetian blinds that are fitted inside the glass unit. Never will we have to clean them! Overall, a top job and I would highly recommend Paul and his team at Carroll's Window and Door Solutions

Recommended solution by Carrol was to replace old glazing units with A Rated units as frames were OK. All works carried out in jig time at a very reasonable price by a Team of excellent workers who were professional, clean and polite Would highly recommend this Company
