Our experience of the service delivered from start to finish was excellent with Carrol’s windows and doors solutions. I am sorry it has taken me so long to write a review. We had our work completed on 5 new windows on our old property at the of September and three months on we are still delighted with the quality of the work and the windows. I would highly recommend this company, especially after we engaged with a few who were overpriced and highly pressurised for the sell. We will be using Carrol’s windows and doors again in the future. I sent an email asking if the company could make an assessment of the condition of my double glazing as drafts were apparent and we had problems opening & closing a couple of the windows. Assessor (Phil) was with us a couple of days later and told us that the only issues were with our hinges. He suggested that we replace these + retrofit trickle vents to prevent the condensation we were experiencing. I thought I might be in for a hard sell, but not the case at all. 2 weeks later work carried out by a couple of very friendly efficient chaps who hoovered and tidied up after themselves. Entirely satisfied with the whole experience. Quick initial response, friendly advice, professional job, I’m delighted.

I’ve used this company a few times and I have been really impressed with the service, prices and quality. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

Our second order with this superb company. They patiently helped me whilst I changed my design several times (sorry!) and we are very happy with the final result. I ordered replacement windows for our home and conservatory. This company was recommended to me by a friend. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent, keeping us fully informed of installation dates. The men who carried out the work done so to a high standard. They also tidied up as they went along. This was a very easy process and I would recommend Carroll's Windows and Doors to anyone without hesitation.

Front & back work carried out to detail from outset. Guys got stuck into the job, from laying out the dust sheets, to tidying up at the finish. Excellent finish inside and out.

From the beginning choosing doors and then having the survey done every last detail was carried out perfectly. The workmen were very very tidy I am so happy with the quality of both doors and would 100% recommend Carroll’s. The doors are of excellent quality and fitted expertly.

We were looking to replace 10 double glazed windows (quote for both double and triple glazing), replace 7 'Everest' aluminium patio door panels with triple glazed units, replace three 'Everest' front door glass panels with triple glazed units on the condition that the handle could also be repaired/replaced. Prior to agreeing the go ahead with Carroll's I obtained two additional quotes. Neither of these suppliers could repair our front door handle due to obsolete spares and both quotes were higher. The standout with Carroll's quote was the relatively low mark up for the triple glazing which we went for throughout. All discussions, measurements etc prior to order placement were handled very professionally with absolutely no sales pressure. Paul suggested a 'third party' handle replacement with a slight redrill requirement for the front door. Amazingly, however, he managed to source the exact Everest handle we required and was able to salvage the door. This saved me significant outlay on a new door! The windows were replaced in one day (two had been allocated) and the patio doors/front door were replaced on a second day two weeks later - all as agreed. The fitters turned up on time and completed both jobs with as little disruption as could be expected. There was zero damage to internal decoration and they cleaned up beautifully both days. Our experience with Paul and his team was first class from start to finish. Delighted with the results too!

From the day they came out Paul gave us options on what we were looking for no hard sale, received a quote a few days later which we accepted and estimated date to be installed. Having been strung along by a local tradesperson for three years, my tenant finally lost patience. I found Carroll's through Which? They had a surveyor in the area the next week, measured up, sent me brochures to choose a door from and answered my questions promptly. After the order was placed I was given a date for installation and that was the date that they came. At the same time glass in a window in the garage was replaced as well as toughened glass put in an interior glazed door. My tenant commented "The men were excellent, so nice and friendly and very tidy."

We have used this company many times and never been disappointed. We would never use another installation company due to the excellent, hassle free Job which we experienced. Carrolls replaced my front and back doors and all the windows in my home. My windows were badly needing replaced so I had been looking for recommendations for the past few months. Carrolls regularly came up as being highly recommended by people and I have a few friends who had used them previously so I contacted them for a quote. Phil came out, measured up and sent out a detailed quotation, no sales pitch and no pressure at all. Five vans turned up on the Monday morning and they tore through the work in no time at all, everything was finished by the Tuesday afternoon. The guys did a great job, everything was left clean and tidy and I was delighted with my new windows and doors. This company have an excellent reputation in Cumbernauld, not just for their work but for their aftercare and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

I recently had the door and window to my front porch replaced by Carroll’s. From the survey to installation on the day, the service and work carried out was first class. The workmen arrived early morning and worked non stop all day, tidying up after the job was completed. The installer was very friendly, he arrived on time and after introducing himself he went straight to work. He was efficient, professional and was accurate in every detail. The finish is as beautiful as the door.

I had 9 windows, 2 main and patio doors replaced with french doors. So impressed from the 1st visit of Phil. Felt no pressure for hard sales, very relaxed. Told about all steps of the work and if happy with initial estimate a fuller survey would be carried out. Again no pressure. Made aware of all the work the fitters would do and how they would take care whilst fitting. On the day, we had so many fitters that a job initially estimated for 2 days was completed in 1 day, they arrived at 9 and were done by 4! On arrival 1st job was to cover all flooring to protect carpets, fitters were brilliant, efficient and very tidy. Guys kept us fully informed on each room being done around the house. The end finish was superb. I work at home and happy to say the disruption with the install was minimum! Had issue with front door which was damaged in transit to Carrolls but a new door was reordered and installed and I was kept up to date with that install. Delighted with quality, cost, and finish of work. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

They are a local and very responsible, reliable and efficient company... We recently got all the windows and doors replaced in our house and what a great investment it was. Paul and the team were easy to work with, and answered all of our many questions. Carrolls Windows and Doors has been great from start to finish. I got a quote for a door easily and when they visited me they were not pushy or trying to sell me extras. I got all the advice needed and then ordered my door. It didn't take long to fit my door and it was fitted to a very high standard (time was take by the fitter to do so well). The communication was excellent throughout and I was very happy with the price. I would recommend this company to others and I will definitely use them again.

From start to finish an excellent company to deal with. They started and finished on the agreed schedule prior to installation of doors and windows.The team turned up on time every day and basically got on the the tasks scheduled for that day. the finishings were to a very high standard and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves they obviously take pride in their work. Just had my windows and doors done by this company. What can I say a great service from start to Finnish! I had originally got them out to see if 2 windows could be fixed then asked if they could quote me for everything, nothing was a problem for them and I did not get pressured into buying anything unnecessary. The guys who came to fit them worked non stop! And were a great bunch of guys, polite, respectful and very hard working! Not one bit of mess was left, considering the huge job they had! We had booked with Carroll's to replace our front and back doors. They came round and were really attentive and informative, in helping us to choose the best doors for our house. Once chosen, gave us an instal date but then contacted us to say that they had had a cancellation and could bring forward if we wished. On the dy, the guys arrived on time and worked really quickly and efficiently to install the doors. on completion, they tidied up completely to the extent taht you would never have know they had been. then took the time to talk us through all the mechanisms to make sure we were happy with what what had been done. I was given the number of this company by a neighbour, after having asked and tried several companies which had let me down. I contacted them originally to reseal the outside of my living room window as I had water infiltration. I had contacted my house insurance who had sent a surveyor to check the damage and had concluded it was a joiner's job. My experience from my initial call to Carroll's Window to the completion of the job has been nothing but exceptional. They have been friendly and very professional every step of the way. When the surveyor came to check the windows to be resealed, I asked if they did work on windows with condensation and other repairs, replacing the timber window boards in 2 areas, replacing the hinge of one window and the front door gasket. The surveyor came over 2 days after my phone call and I received the quote 4 days later. I was impressed by the details and that what I had asked for was captured. There was only 1 window pane with condensation not recorded and the surveyor came back straight away to take the dimensions. I was informed of the next steps, ordering the materials and I would hear back within 4 weeks, I did. Two tradesmen came on Wednesday 17th April to do the jobs and they were very friendly and so professional. I can tell that they take pride in their work and they cleaned after they finished. I am over the moon with the repairs and how good everything looks. I am so happy. I wish I had contacted them sooner to fix the issues.

As above, the work was done with care and with great attention to detail. I cannot fault the work in any way. The 2 men, Alan and Brian just got on with it. The finish is exquisite. They cleaned the path outside and vacuumed inside to such a standard I did not have to do a thing. The quality of both the product and of the workmen is fantastic. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After much research, decided on a Rockdoor for the front of the house. Rockdoor provided list of accredited installers. Carrolls windows and doors were the most competitive estimated price. Paul was in touch and a survey was done and price was confirmed. Four weeks later door was installed. Workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We are delighted with the finished job. The installers were professional, efficient and tidy. Paul was in touch all through the process and we would thoroughly recommend using Carrolls.

Having already had all my windows, front door and a stable back door installed at my home by Carroll's beautifully, I had no hesitation in recommending them to my church to install new doors and surrounding glass panels. The church felt the price was good value for money. The work was completed beautifully. The workers cleaned up well as they had done in my house and everyone who has seen the doors, thinks they look fabulous, including myself. Getting the text to say they would be coming out to fit the doors on 8/2/2024, was an answer to prayer as we are having a big celebration this Sunday 11/2/2024, with outside guests who will now be welcomed through a beautiful new door rather than one with cellophane covered, cracked panes.

I contacted McCarroll's on 9th January to get a quote for a new front door, I received a quick response and a visit was arrange for next day to attend to see me. I was very happy with service I received from Phil the surveyor who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. Quote was received later that day and I accepted. I was told it would 5-6 weeks until door was built and fitted. I was happy and surprised when I received a phone call to arrange the fitting of my new door after 3 weeks from when I accepted the quote. The work was done and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I cant thank Paul and his team enough for the quick and stress free process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a new door.

I purchased my Rockdoor from Carroll’s because of the excellent customer service workmanship and professionalism of this company. I contacted Paul Carroll on a Saturday afternoon at the beginning of November along with other suppliers recommended by Rockdoor. Paul responded almost immediately to advise he would provide a quote on the Monday when the office was open. This quote arrived promptly on the Monday. I received three other quotes but Carroll’s outshone the others with the professional way it was produced and the speed of delivery. A surveyor visit was arranged and he arrived at the agreed time to take measurements. Phil is an asset to the company answering my questions of which there were many and assuring me I’d made an excellent choice of door. He advised if I chose to go ahead the lead time for the door would be around four weeks. The detailed quote arrived the next day from Nick in the office and I chose to proceed. Just short of four weeks my door was fitted by Brian and Alan who arrived promptly at the given time. They did a fantastic job and were neat and tidy workers. It is always difficult to choose a company when you have had no recommendations or evidence of their work apart from some social media pictures. I followed my instincts on this one and can only say I absolutely made the right choice. Would I recommend Carroll’s or use them again? I most definitely would. Paul and his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and are true professionals.

Delighted with our new front door, really good quality door and expertly fitted. Contacted them about a new door, explained what we were looking for and Paul sent out various options & styles for us to look at. Appointment made to visit to measure up and check we were happy with the style, colour etc of the door. A quote is sent out in a few days and from there it’s an easy smooth process to get your door fitted within a reasonable timescale. Excellent response from initial enquiry to completed work. Initial quotation clear and detailed. Installers took time to cover floors and furniture around work area and cleaned up afterwards, including vacuum floors. Windows installed with no disruption to existing decorations. At first glance, the title of this review might seem a little flippant, but there is nothing flippant about Carroll's Window & Door Solutions. From the first contact with their office, the work carried out for us was first class. We have a large conservatory and everything, but the roof needed replaced. From surveys to support, from good communication to finished article, I could not speak highly enough of this firm. Paul Carrol's firm was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I will be forever grateful. I have a special word of thanks for Iain and his team of workmen who carried out this job in two days. If I had to pick out something personal for me, it was that I felt I could trust everyone I dealt with. No anxiety around the job and, most importantly, value for money. I was completely satisfied with the work carried out by Carroll's Window and Door Solutions. They installed 8 windows and a front and back door and also fitted cladding around two dormer windows. The team who carried out the work were efficient and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I asked if they could help with the refitting of my blinds. No problem, they refitted all my blinds without hesitation. I was worried that I would have to redecorate after installation as all my rooms have wallpaper. But I needn't have worried as there was nothing to do. They also cleaned up any mess each night before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I also have the reassurance of knowing that should I have any issues in the future I can phone Paul and the problem will be dealt with immediately. A first class company from beginning to end.

I had seen an example of the work of this company through a family member. I was impressed by their response to my initial enquiry. Everything was explained by Phil on his survey visit. Estimated time for order to be completed was as expected and I was given time to view the options. Nik kept me informed and the cost was explained . Contacted Paul and his company came out quickly to quote and measure up. Received the quote quickly from them. I paid the deposit and it was only about 3 weeks till installation. The install took 2 days due to number of windows, but the team of installers were great. Quality is perfect. The team also ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. I had 6 windows and a rock door fitted over two days by Carroll’s windows recently. I have used this company before and once again I was not disappointed. The service is fantastic the quality of the work could not be faulted. The staff are professional, hard working and the standard of installation was excellent. The door and windows are perfect. I saw various recommendations for Carroll’s Window & Door Solutions when I was looking to get replacement doors. I called and Paul arranged to visit me. He asked me lots of questions about what I preferred the look to be, and did a full measurement at his visit. The quote came through a few days later and we were happy to place the order. Less than 4 weeks later, and the guys came out today to fit my new doors. They were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They left the place tidy and removed all the packaging etc. The doors look fantastic! I was given excellent customer service throughout and I am more than happy to give this company 5 stars.

We were very pleased with all of the dealings we had with the company. Nick was very friendly and helpful from first contact to completion of the work. The surveyor, Phil, was very informative and provided us with all the details we needed. On the day of installation the two fitters, Ian and Robbie, were both friendly, polite and hard working. They carried out the work efficiently and thoroughly and ensured everything was left tidy. We were delighted as was our daughter with the end result.

We needed to replace the locking system in a door that had been in place for at least twenty five years. It was replaced with a new lock and door handles and everything is working perfectly again. No issues at all, tidy work and very pleasant staff

A fantastic company to deal with. Had doors replaced last year and now windows. Phil who measured up is a pleasure to deal with and there is no hard sell just honest advice and a true understanding of what you need along with a very competitive price. The fitting team turned up on time and carried out the work well, leaving the house clean and tidy. Had a small fault with a windowsill but Paul rectified this quickly with no issue and again the fitter done a great job.

Just had my windows replaced by Carroll’s Windows & Doors and cannot fault their service from start to finish. Every care was taken during the fitting of the windows by the tradesmen to ensure there was no mess left behind once they had finished the job. PC Carroll designed and built a conservatory of 14 m2 at the rear of our property in East Kilbride. The extension has brick dwarf walls to 600m, with glazing to roof level. The roof is tiled with roof lights. Internally the walls are plaster boarded and skim coated with a heating and lighting provision. The works were undertaken to the very highest standards. Care was taken at each stage to ensure the building looked well and performed to the standards identified - from foundation and slab through to roof tiling and internal finishing. The works were completed to schedule and to the agreed cost plan. Some additions were instructed and priced as the work progressed. Paul Carroll controlled the project personally, ensuring smooth progress at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending P C Carroll for works of the nature where their management and resource are first class.

Carroll’s surveyor came out and identified what windows needed replaced and what windows needed attention. We were then given a quote then a date when job could be done. The work was carried out very professionally by the team of installers. All in all we were very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend the company.

Carroll’s were by far the best value for money on paper, and now that the work is complete, I can safely say this is the case for the work too. Carrolls replaced the roof, glass and guttering of our conservatory. They provided a breakdown of costs and the final amount was what I paid. The surveyor was really helpful and provided clear advice on our options. The fitting team was mindful of our privacy and worked methodically over the 2 days to complete the job. They also dealt with any debris and cleaned the working areas. I am more than happy with the products and workmanship Carrolls provided. I have already commissioned them to replace the other windows in my home.

Can’t recommend Carroll’s windows highly enough from start to finish. Had all windows and front door replaced in-house and the team arrived promptly on the day as expected and worked till the job was complete. A team of six workers and were all professional and courteous and their standard of work was second to none even down to clearing up after the job was done. I had a front door fitted after ours decided it would no longer open. Due to a cancellation, the door was fitted 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant timing for us. Brian turned up when he said he would said he didn't need anything and proceeded to get on with fitting the door. The door took about 2 hours to fit and I honestly wouldn't even have known Brian was in the house. The next time I saw him I had a lovely new front door. The fitting was quick, professional and completely hassle free. I'd proceeded a few doors prior to purchasing from Carrolls. The initial measuring and quote went really well with a detailed account of what I would be getting and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or follow up calls pestering me. We recently had Paul and his team fit replacement new Anthracite Grey PVC windows aand a new back door and we are absolutely delighted with the whole job. The windows and door look brilliant, and we have got rid of our old and draughty windows for new draught free ones. The fitting team were great and even put all our blinds back up after they were finished. They cleaned up any mess and hoovered everywhere they had been, when they left you wouldn't have know they had even been there (apart from the great new windows of course). This is the 2nd lot of work we have had done, other members of our family have also used them, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. 1st class Job from quote to install - well done guys.

We were looking for a new front door as the Rosewood on our door was flaking off. My daughter gave me Carroll's Windows & doors number, so gave them a call for a quote. They called and took measurements, and told us we would be sent a catalogue to choose the style of door and glass we wanted. We opted for a Rockwood door which looks fantastic. Wow!!!! the best experience I have had with any company I have used for any job. We had two patio doors and front door replaced. They were on time. There were 6 men. They all had there job and work brilliant together. Extremely clean while and after the job. The quality of the doors and windows are fabulous. My front door is beautiful. So pleased. Very reasonable price too Had a couple of snags and they were at my door the next morning. Amazing. All the guys were polite, good fun and very professional. Quotation - Paul send round a highly experienced surveyor who took all the details of what we required. This info was sent back to Paul to compile a formal quotation which he duly provided. Note: We did not have to endure a salesperson throughout the entire process....a breath of fresh air! The quotation was very detailed and links to the products accompanied it so we could see exactly what we were quoted for. We ordered 4 sets of Bi-fold doors and a rear door. There was a manufacturing delay on the order which could not be avoided and Paul communicated this to us. During the install a team of 10 fitters, 8 from Paul's company and 2 from the team that were cutting the stonework. Everything ran like clockwork and the whole install process was carried out with speed, efficiency and above all...care and attention. The team cleared up all of their mess and insisted mopping the floors of the Kitchen and Sunroom! The quotation was 100% accurate with no hidden surprises. The doors have now been in for a week and we are really pleased with them. The quality of the material used is very robust (aluminium) and should last years. If you are considering the Bi-fold doors I would also highly recommend the venetian blinds that are fitted inside the glass unit. Never will we have to clean them! Overall, a top job and I would highly recommend Paul and his team at Carroll's Window and Door Solutions
