We had 4 windows of various sizes and types and two doors replaced by Carrolls and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first contact with the surveyor who came to discuss our requirements and take measurements to the cheerful and efficient installation team who had the old windows out and new ones installed in a very short time, everyone we dealt with in the company was helpful, communicative and very obviously cared about the customer's experience. Having gathered quotes from several companies, we appreciated Carrolls' no sales pressure approach and were pleased to find the price quoted to be competitive. The company was recommended to me by a friend and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone I know who is replacing windows/doors.

This firm stood out from the outset compared to the other two firms I had invited to quote for the window installation. The Sales/Surveyor suggested options available to us that the others didn’t. Their submitted price was very competitive and came with an insurance backed guarantee. Communications were excellent throughout and the installation was completed professionally on the day. The workers were courteous and tidy, a credit to their company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.

The door was supplied and fitted on time. Workmanship was great. Door with 2 side glass panels were fitted the job was tricky as levels for floor and top opening were not straight neither were walls! The fitters did a very tidy and clean job , were polite and Friendly. The door was a Rockdoor and is great quality.

I would highly recommend Carroll's Windows & Door's to anyone. We recently used this company to supply and fit our brand new front door. The process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. The pricing was fair and reasonable first time round, no need to go back and forth with the usual 'let me speak to the manager' discount patter which was great! The installation was booked in very quickly given the time of year and the work was carried out expertly. I cannot fault this company at all, 10/10!

Initial phone call to Paul, visit from Phil the surveyor, giving options available and advice, had 7 windows & 2 doors replaced, which I am delighted with quality and price, installation team Brian, Robert & Robbie arrived on the agreed date and time. We have had positive experiences over 10 years ago with Paul and had them back again to fit the front PVC door recently. Went to the showroom to see the sample, had emails, phone calls communications, and surveys. All very professionally done and staffs were very polite and helpful. Job was done properly, arrived on time, went smoothly with the schedule and suited our budget. Any issues were resolved satisfactorily as well before we made the final payment. From start to finish, the team at Carroll's were absolutely fantastic! We recently had our old conservatory replaced, and I can honestly say the entire experience was relatively stress-free. From the initial consultation, their customer care was exceptional. They listened carefully to our needs and offered helpful, practical and advice. The quote was clear and competitive. The installation team were punctual, polite, and well organised even in the sub-zero temperatures! They clearly took pride in their work, and the quality of their work was excellent. They were also very respectful of our home, keeping the work area, inside & outside of the house, tidy. There was a seamless coordination of the other trades too. Everything happened like clockwork, with the electrician & plasterers, all working together efficiently and professionally. It was clear that Carroll's had put a lot of effort into planning and managing the project. Even the final snagging was handled with care and attention to detail. They addressed the minor issues promptly and without fuss. The end result is a stunning new conservatory that has completely transformed our home. We had all our windows replaced after recently moving house. From the initial phone call to Paul and the visit by Phil the surveyor I cannot rate the company high enough for customer care. The windows were installed in one day the workers did not stop fantastic teamwork. The workers really cared about their work and spoke highly of the company they worked for. We did a bit of research and knew roughly what type of front door we wanted. Carroll's had been recommended to us after being warned off another company who had installed at a friend's. I arranged a booking to get a survey, quote and discuss options. All straightforward, the quote was what I expected for a higher-end door. The representative was great and when we visited the showroom, just to make sure we made the right choice, it was equally fantastic. Our experience of the service delivered from start to finish was excellent with Carrol’s windows and doors solutions. I am sorry it has taken me so long to write a review. We had our work completed on 5 new windows on our old property at the of September and three months on we are still delighted with the quality of the work and the windows. I would highly recommend this company, especially after we engaged with a few who were overpriced and highly pressurised for the sell. We will be using Carrol’s windows and doors again in the future. I sent an email asking if the company could make an assessment of the condition of my double glazing as drafts were apparent and we had problems opening & closing a couple of the windows. Assessor (Phil) was with us a couple of days later and told us that the only issues were with our hinges. He suggested that we replace these + retrofit trickle vents to prevent the condensation we were experiencing. I thought I might be in for a hard sell, but not the case at all. 2 weeks later work carried out by a couple of very friendly efficient chaps who hoovered and tidied up after themselves. Entirely satisfied with the whole experience. Quick initial response, friendly advice, professional job, I’m delighted.

Our second order with this superb company. They patiently helped me whilst I changed my design several times (sorry!) and we are very happy with the final result. I ordered replacement windows for our home and conservatory. This company was recommended to me by a friend. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent, keeping us fully informed of installation dates. The men who carried out the work done so to a high standard. Front & back work carried out to detail from outset. Guys got stuck into the job, from laying out the dust sheets, to tidying up at the finish. Excellent finish inside and out.

From the beginning choosing doors and then having the survey done every last detail was carried out perfectly. The workmen were very very tidy I am so happy with the quality of both doors and would 100% recommend Carroll’s. The doors are of excellent quality and fitted expertly.
