Back in September 2020, my father who was 90 needed his boiler replacing. He had installed the whole central system himself including the pipework and radiators many years ago. Approaching other companies, they advised all the pipework and radiators were non-standard and would have to be replaced along with the boiler. This would have meant a lot of disruption and angst for my father, seeing all the equipment he installed and had lived with for many years being ripped out. My father also has dementia. Les and the team though listened to our requests and worked through a solution which enabled the new boiler to be fitted to the existing pipework and radiators. It was a bit fiddly but they succeeded and gave us exactly what we wanted rather than just a standard installation. Les and the team were very professional and very pleasant throughout. They also talked to my elderly father in a very respectful way. My father, who is very hard to please, was very pleased with the overall result and so it was a no brainer to invite Les back when one of the old radiators started leaking earlier this year. Again Les was able to calmly fit a new radiator to the existing pipework, a second job my father has been very pleased with.

They came to my rescue many years ago and fixed my old boiler. As a result of their honesty and quality of work completed and having saved the money for a replacement system I contacted castle heating to supply and fit new combi boiler also the boiler was moved to a more appropriate place. The quality of works and the time it took was very impressive. Due to my positive experience with this company I have happily recommended them to others and had other work completed since including the replacement of shower and cubicle and sink taps.
