Unusual and difficult problem with old UPVC door. Unable to unlock. Lock was ok but something inside the door was broken. managed to fix it for us. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

My mother does not use the internet and had problems with the lock on the back door. I looked up Castle Locks for her after reading the reviews. Excellent service, turned up promptly and fixed everything. They also spotted a fault with another lock and fixed it for a small fee. They were also good and took my payment over the phone and let me know what they had done for my mother. Very impressive!

Phoned mid-morning to request a visit, and was told that I would get a visit before 6pm (same day), for someone to sort out our problem. Charges for any work were clearly explained in the phone call. On arrival, problem was speedily resolved: key not turning in lock. Also, checked out another "door problem" for us, this additional work being done carried out within original charge period at no extra cost. Very pleased with all work done, and definitely be recommending Castle Locks for their friendly and efficient work. Thank you very much Mario.
