I have been using Castle Motors for a few years now, and their service truly is exemplary. Any work they've undertaken has always been carried out to an impeccable standard and I've always found them to be extremely helpful whenever I've had an issue with my car. Andy is always so helpful, nothing is to to much trouble for him, and he always goes the extra mile to give excellent service. I had a puncture in one of my tyres, and just popped in to see if he could assist, I wasn’t booked in, but even though he was busy he still accommodated me. Very friendly and efficient, and a great garage to have for the local community of Heswall.

Andrew and Dave are absolutely fantastic. I would trust them with any car I had. They always do their best to fit you in even when busy and they completed my work very fast and efficiently. If anyone knows about cars, they do! They always give me excellent advice and have always done a fabulous job on all my cars and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They always go out of their way for you and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Found this garage on Trusted Traders and was not disappointed. Following problems, I thought my car would need a new clutch or gear box but they identified the problem straight away and fixed it promptly at an extremely reasonable price. I will certainly be using them in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of Andy and Dave at Castle Motors, I would never go anywhere else. They are obliging and a pleasure to deal with - excellent service, the work is of a very high standard and always at a very reasonable price. Having courtesy cars to use is an added bonus. Most recently, Andy sourced and ordered a secondhand tailgate for my car, which was fitted within a day - I had left a car with a mangled boot and arrived to find a car that looked as good as new and had been cleaned inside and out, all at a fraction of the cost I had expected. Nothing is too much trouble and Andy really looks after his customers and their cars! Highly recommended.

I've had my car fixed by Andy since he opened (and before) so I trust that him and his team won't tell me parts need replacing that don't. They will always ring with a price before doing any work. I've also rang with a problem and although some can't be fixed on the day they will look to see what part is needed and to try and keep me on the road as safely as can. A garage that I trust and highly recommend

I stumbled across Castle Motors on Google when looking for a garage to help me out with a disturbing rattling noise (as I was half way from Eastbourne to Scotland and desperate to get home). They quickly found the problem was with a rear wheel bearing and within 4 hours it was all fixed and I was back on the road. Fantastic service, especially on a busy Monday and when I hadn't booked in and I was also pleasantly surprised with the price too! Would highly recommend!

After moving to the area 3 years ago I tried a number of garages for service, MOT and faults on my 2 cars which all ended in bad experiences. Then I Found Andy and his team at Castle Motors Heswall. They Provide an excellent service and it's good to find a garage who won't carry out unnecessary work. They will provide courtesy cars while the work is carried out so you are never left without transport. I also recently found out when requiring 4 new tyres for both of my cars that they supply and fit all brands and a new one Davanti which I've tried and certainly buy them again.
