Castle Windows (Midlands) Ltd

This is the second time we have used Castle Windows. Last tine we had a composite front door, this time a large conservatory. I was impressed with my 1st job, but the conservatory has excelled that. Carl came and took time in helping us decide which design was best for us. We chose a conservatory with a hard roof. The work was started and finished exactly on time, to the day. The workmen were highly skilled, polite, very tidy and took all the rubbish and left over materials, cleaning down each day they were here. People who were passing our house even remarking on the high standard of the work. I would strongly recommend Castle Windows if anyone is considering having any windows, doors or conservatories. Nothing was too much for them, Carl was very communicative throughout the build. Would I use them again? Absolutely, no question!

Very high standard products, and we are really happy with the windows and doors that have been installed. The fitters were very friendly and helpful, worked hard, we felt very happy and comfortable with them in our home and are grateful for the work done.

this is the second time I have used this company. The first time was to have the back windows replaced, this time it was for the front. As they did such a good job the first time I had no hesitation using them again to the extent that I didn't look elsewhere for any other quotes. They arrived on time did an excellent job and cleaned up after they finished. Its a shame that I don't have any more windows to replace.

Castle Windows replaced my composite front door. The guys were friendly, tidy did a great job at a reasonable price. The door fitted is of great quality and seems to be well fitted. I would use again and recommend them in the future.

Replaced upvc windows at front of the house. Quote was excellent as Carl was able to take a photo of the front of the house and show images of how the windows would look. This really helped in the selection process to see which style would suit. The fitting was done on the date agreed, two very friendly men who worked efficiently and were very tidy. No mess left afterwards, old windows removed. So happy with the end result. Overall I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

Have used this company twice now for window installations I plan to use them again soon for a new PVC door and my final two windows. There was no hard sell with Carl it was very relaxed and he gave me suggestions regarding the design and layout of my windows which was very helpful. I was able to see how the windows would look on my house using a photo of my house on his computer. The installers were punctual and seemed to enjoy their work and worked well as a team, they worked quickly and left everything clean and tidy when they left . The windows are gorgeous its a pity to cover them with blinds . I can't recommend them enough, all you single ladies give 'em a try you wont regret it they are very trustworthy. Carl also put me in touch with someone from his company to install new soffits and guttering which will look really nice when it's all finished. It's good to find a company that does what it says it will and also have a good work ethic and good workmanship.

Really pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Carl was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure sales. The price was competitive. An installation date and time was agreed and the installers turned up 30 minutes late. But they did phone ahead and say they were running a little late. They took out the old window and installed the new one in no time at all. They removed all the waste and were very polite while on-site. I would be happy to use them again and would recommend them to others.

From the moment I contacted Carl, to the last face to face with Castle windows was the most smooth and stress free experience that we have had with a home improvement company, they were worthy of their ratings on trustatrader & checkatrade. A price that we knew no-one could match and definitely a service that as it turned out was second to none. The fitters were courteous and respectful of our requirements during the two days it took to do the job in fact you wouldn’t even know that they had been here. Will be highly recommending this company to all and sundry.

From the initial meeting with Carl to the installation by Josh and Billy of our lovely new windows, the service we received was excellent. Carl arrived at the initial meeting armed with material samples, handles, glass samples and was able to show us images of our home with our suggested windows, so we knew exactly how they would look. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was completed on the agreed day and at the agreed budget. We had very heavy rain the day the windows were fitted, but Josh and Billy ensured that all internal surfaces were well protected and everywhere was left clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Castle Windows.
