We have previously used this company a few years ago to install a new front door and side glass panel and highly impressed with the new door so decided to use this company again, as we required new patio doors a new bathroom window and two other bedroom windows. Carl visited the house who was very polite and professional and quoted a excellent price for the work to be carried out. The date of fitting was 11/10/2024 the fitters arrived promptly and worked very hard indeed replaced each window and paying great detail to there quality of work. Truly very professional fitting service clearly up all the mess and explained how the new patio doors worked. This Company only use there own fitters, not like some companies who sub contractor the work and the quality suffers. I would use this company again and seriously recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Castle Windows was first class. They came on time to assess the project, measure up and offer several design options. The date and time for the replacement and installation was fixed subsequently. On the agreed date they can on time and completed the job quickly and expertly. They also tidied up efficiently. Work was carried out to an excellent standard. The 2 door fitters were pleasant and cleaned up any mess they made. The price was told to us when we had a quote which was the exact price paid. I recommend this business as nothing is hidden.

Castle windows was recommended to me by my son who'd previously had some work done by them. Carl came round to discuss what I wanted and give me a quote, he listened to what I wanted and then made some suggestions that would work better for me. I wanted new windows front and back, a new porch door and windows and side door. The date to start work and budget was agreed. Bill and Josh came on the Tuesday and by Friday. They were efficient and friendly, they would always make sure they had tidied up at the end of the day. I am very pleased with the results

We had castle windows install triple glazed acoustic windows and a conservatory. The finished product looks amazing. Pristine and the workmen cleaned up after themselves every day. I would highly recommend them and love how quiet it is inside compared to our 20 year old double glazing. Very pleased and happy.

I contacted Castle Windows to undertake work on my elderly mother’s property, replace a door, a conservatory window and make good some interior damage to the conservatory finish. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Carl and Billy. They were punctual, professional at all times, clear about what needed to be done and how and competitively priced. Billy, who did the work, advised of start timing on the day, did the work required to an exceptionally high standard, removed the damaged items and even cleared up after himself. Castle Windows were fantastic from start to finish with an honest first consultancy where we discussed options and examples of previous work and costs to a quick and efficient install of new windows and roof. We cannot fault the service and delivery of Castle Wi does and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have conservatory or window work done.

We had our old conservatory replaced and opted for a glass roof. Carl offered lots of advice and arranged for us to see a job he’d done locally. The job was completed in two days and the fitters Billy and Josh did an excellent job and tidied as they went along. The door handles fitted were the wrong colour, but in less than a few hours someone arrived to replace them. After the lads had gone I noticed a footprint in the silicone (which turned out to be mine). I rang Carl and in a few days they returned to rectify it. Brilliant service.

I had three windows fitted (main bedroom, kitchen and picture window) and the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. In addition, during the initial visit a problem involving unsupported brickwork above each window was spotted. This had to be rectified before the glazing work could start, but it was better that this issue was identified early on. Castle's builder was extremely good also and did an excellent job fitting the necessary brickwork supports. The price for the job was extremely competitive, even with the additional structural work. In addition, Carl also made a helpful suggestion during the planning stage that both saved me some money and created a better end result. All in all, I am very happy with the work undertaken by Castle Windows. Everything looks very nice and no doubt the house will be warmer next winter!

I needed a new door as my elderly Mum has battled her ill-fitting one for long enough! Castle Windows & Doors stood out as they had a friendly description, many excellent reviews, and are a local firm. I submitted an inquiry online and within a few minutes, Carl called and arranged to visit the property. There was no hard sell, plenty of options, and excellent advice given. We agreed on a new composite door, which was fitted yesterday by Nathan and Azza. They did an excellent job, and the door looks stunning. Most importantly, it opens and closes easily, and they were able to reuse a security key barrel needed by carers. The lads also vacuumed and brushed up any mess made. Carl, Nate (from the office), and the fitting lads were all very polite and pleasure to interact with. I'd asked to be contacted a half hour in advance of arrival which they did. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.

After contacting Castle windows, we were soon contacted to arrange a home visit to discuss what we want with Carl he arrived as agreed and listened to what we wanted, he then measured up and advised what would be best. after a few days we received there quote , and agreed a re-visit to confirm our order with Castle windows. Carl came back and plugged his lap top into our tv and showed us what our house would look with new windows and new door. he never pressured us at any time and we felt very happy with our quote and deal. we agreed a date to install and the deal was done Castle windows kept us up to date whilst our windows and door were being made too on the first install day Billy and Josh arrived as agreed and got stuck straight into it ( free coffee all day and bacon sarnie) , at the end of each day they cleaned all there mess up, and left us clean and tidy. the lads even worked late on last day to get all completed. we noticed a few snags , but they were corrected the next day , no issues at all We would highly recommend Castle windows, can bw trusted and delivered to there word

We got what we wanted at a fair price, the work was done on schedule, and everyone we dealt with was very able and very pleasant. I can recommend Castle Windows unreservedly.

I hired castle windows to replace all of the windows and doors in my home and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were quick to come out and quote the job and took the time to design my new windows explaining the various options and showing me what each would look like on my property. Arrived on time, removed the old door and window. Expertly fitted new door and window. Sealed and added new mortar. Very fast and professional. Great advice on how to clean products. Advise they will return when plaster work finished to add trim.

Upstairs Windows, Front and Side of House 10 My second encounter with Castle Windows, another pleasant experience. Carl and his team really care - about doing a good job, and about people. Evident at the initial visit to survey. I'm a little lady, one inch shy of 5 ft. A complicated medical history and associated medical issues, make life challenging. Carl took the time to ensure that the windows would be right for my needs - how windows opened, placing of handles, and spotted one very dangerous situation and took action to sort it. A good company for, ill, disabled and vulnerable customers.

Very pleased with all the work done. At the start Carl spent time (and patience) talking me through the various options and giving the pros and cons involved in replacing the 10 windows and 2 doors. At no time did I feel pressurised into making a decision. The fitters were punctual ,professional and friendly, clearing up after themselves each day and even completing the work ahead of schedule . The final result (design and finish) reflects the professionalism shown by all the team. An excellent service.

Had two door & window combinations, two small windows and a conservatory style roof fitted. Very fast work, excellent job, looks fantastic. The fitters were very pleasant, kept me up to date on everything they was doing. Very professional and clearly knowledgeable on their job. Kept the area tidy and cleared away all the rubbish. They also repaired my living room window with no trouble. highly recommended.

Advise given by them helped to decrease cost of my small project significantly. Where other companies were trying to sell me whole windows, they advise that in some of them changing glass only will be sufficient. They left area clean and completed all works in professional manner.

From the first meeting with Carl(owner) we felt confidant to give Castle Windows our business to replace the windows in the whole house. The work was done in 2 stages, rear of property first, then a month later, front and sides. Each time the work was carried out on the days agreed, to a very high standard, any mess was cleaned up before they left each day. We employed Castle Windows to install new double glazing throughout my home as well as a new front and back door. From the initial visit by Carl, the company owner, we were filled with confidence, not only from his 'can do' attitude and response to our questions, but also the final price quoted, which beat one of the national companies by several thousands of pounds. The Installers turned up exactly when we were told they would, they worked tirelessly for 3 days, often without a break, and did a wonderful job. They were helpful throughout, offering advice and showing us how everything should operate. There were a couple of minor problems during the install but Carl came to the rescue each time, offering solutions and following through. Overall we are VERY happy with the quality of the products, the quality of the work and of course the final price - which did not change from the original quotation. From start to finish, a total of five weeks from Carl’s first visit, the experience was superb. Timekeeping on every visit was excellent, explanation of the products was clear, the quote was very competitive and the actual installation over two days was quite painless! Both fitters were polite, hardworking and extremely helpful - removing and refitting blinds as a matter of course. The finished result is amazing, I can’t wait for the winter to check my fuel savings!
