A thoroughly professional job carried out by Castle Windows Ltd (West Midlands) Carried out the dismantling of old conservatory and replaced it with with new one. The job was carried out within in the time frame agreed despite inclement weather. All rubbish took away and no mess on site. An excellent job all round. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out a professional job.

This is the fourth time I have had work done by Castle Windows and each time I have been very pleased with the results Workers arrive on time ,are pleasant and skilled and get on with the job I can really recommend them

Excellent service provided. Initial quote from Carl was efficient, competitive and with helpful suggestions about the plans for a new side door and patio sliding doors. Helpful software on laptop showed the final anticipated appearance after completion which was a nice touch. The quote was several hundred pounds less than others I obtained. The agreed date for the work was kept and Billy and Josh arrived punctually. Excellent work done, efficient, helpful, clear communication and tidied up completely after the work was finished. Excellent work from the team at Castle Windows. Arrived on time and worked all day. No mess and tidy work while fitting the windows, didn't damage any wallpapers or flooring. Can't fault them at all.

Castle Windows replaced our existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new fully tiled one. We had five different quotes for the work, and while Castle were not the cheapest, they were almost certainly the best value for money. From the initial survey right through to the completed work, communication was excellent, friendly and helpful. All work was completed with the minimum of disruption and to an extremely high standard. We were particularly impressed by the care and attention to detail and the genuine pride taken in a job well done by the team (all too rare these days). We'd have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his team.

Work done: Rear of property - bedroom window, bathroom window, kitchen window, patio door. First-class service both before and during installation. The proprietor showed extensive knowledge about his business and products during the assessment visit. Installers were very pleasant, polite and respectful of both me and my home. I am a lady with complex medical needs which impact my mobility and ability. Installers were very mindful of this and were happy to assist with reaching up or moving things where it was necessary. The installation looks beautiful. Rare to find good reliable trustworthy businesses and workmen these days. Very grateful to my friend for recommending Castle Windows to me.

Finding a reliable and trustworthy trader can be fraught with difficulties and some really fanciful claims and quotes. After 2 weeks of research I settled on 3 traders all of whom had good overall reviews and longevity in their business. I chose Castle Windows because I felt under no pressure to accept the quote and the guidance that Carl gave solved many of our individual difficulties. The quote was very fair given the nature of the job they had to perform and the two lads Nathan and Azza were diligent and concientious in all aspects of their work, advising and adjusting as the work moved forward. The areas were prepared correctly and any incidental mess was cleared up. I was pleasantly pleased with the speed the doors and windows were fitted. Next it was the turn of the plasterer, Simon, who did an excellent job finishing off the remainder of the work necessary to produce a really satisfactory result. After completion, the company phoned and checked that everything was to our satisfaction and gave the impression that any remedial work necessary would be dealt with straight away.

We are so glad we used this company for our new windows and doors. They have been so efficient from start to finish and would highly recommend Castle Windows. We will be using them in the future.

Carl came and gave good advice on windows and doors, no hard sell, just friendly facts, he also gave us an idea of how the windows would look by putting it up on the tv using his laptop, two fitters arrived a few weeks later and did an excellent job of fitting windows, doors and windowsill, they were pleasant and extremely clean and tidy. I would recommend castle windows to anyone and especially Josh and Billy as fitters.

I used Castle Windows a few years ago for windows and doors in my house so when I needed to replace my Conservatory I asked them to quote. They were more competitively priced than the other company I approached, and because I had used them previously with no issues I decided to use them again. There were a few hiccups along the way. It nothing they didn’t keep me informed or try to fob me off with. They got the issues resolved immediately and the Conservatory is now looking absolutely stunning. So pleased with the end result. The two lads that fitted it were extremely pleasant, friendly and cleared up after themselves. They worked flat out to get it built and water sealed before the bad weather that was forecast arrived. As I was having landscape work done at the same time the electrician rearranged his visit to ensure he wasn’t getting in the way of the landscapers. Due to weather the project was delayed but the lads came back at the weekend and completed it. If only all workmen could be as efficient, tidy and friendly as Castle and their team. I was thoroughly impressed with Castle Windows from start to finish. They provided a very quick quotation and spent time on site finding a solution to fit our difficult bay windows before we had even committed to going with them. The Windows arrived on time with the fitting finishing earlier than forecast. The fitters were super friendly and meticulous and we are very happy with the finished product. Today Castle Windows (Midlands) fitted my beautiful bedroom and bay windows and also my front composite door. From quote through to installation, the service provided was flawless. Carl was very knowledgeable and his relaxed but professional approach coupled with an extremely competitive quote put Castle head and shoulders above the competition (what competition?) On installation day, Nathan, Alan and Ben were lovely. I cannot fault this company who have replaced all the doors and windows in my bungalow. The design was done by Carl in my own home on a laptop so that I could see what it was going to look like and choose the configurations and colours accordingly. He was very helpful, not pushy and gave me a good price. He also arranged to have some necessary brickwork to be done before fitting the doors. Billy and Josh were friendly, worked efficiently, explained everything clearly and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with the result and can highly recommend Castle Windows.
