At Castle Windows we have over 30 years’ experience in supplying and installing windows, doors, porches and conservatories. We take genuine pride in everything we supply and install, so from the outset we get very closely involved carefully selecting each and every material to ensure the perfect product is supplied.
We have the facility to take pictures of your property and super impose the styles and designs of your windows, doors and conservatories onto the picture of your property.
We believe that your product should be a reflection of you, your home and your lifestyle. This is why every one of our customers has the opportunity to get a clear representation of what their home will look like once the work is completed.

Replacement of all house windows with acoustic glass throughout, difficult access to some upstairs windows. Initial survey, measurement and quotation from Carl. Very professional, answered all of our questions and gave us a very competitive quotation for products superior to rival companies. Fitting carried out at the time specified by two young fitters, Josh and Billy, who for three days in temperatures approaching 28C worked tirelessly. Lovely young men who solved several problems that they encountered, helped us with a couple of problems outside of the remit of the window fitting, and were a pleasure to have in the house. Installation finished within quoted time frame, dust sheets placed throughout the house for the duration of the work, the house cleaned and vacuumed each evening. Final price exactly as quoted. Delighted with the end result. We have no hesitation recommending Castle Windows.

Arrived nice and early and got straight into replacing the windows. When the kitchen was finished, that fitter then fitted 9 child locks to windows previously fitted in very quick time overcoming some issues with some of our older windows (not fitted by Castle). Again, very helpful asking us how much we wanted the windows in question to open. Cleaned up after they were finished and apart from the better windows you wouldn’t know they had been.

Carl came to give the quote very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. It only took the time for him to walk to the car and back for us to decide this was the company we wanted. He was the last of many to give quotes so we saved the best till last. Josh and Billy were excellent, clean and tidy in their work, doing a great job for us. They were very friendly and polite. Would certainly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again if we need to. Well done Castle Windows!

We had a porch and conservatory, from the first conversation and throughout we had great service, professionalism and value for money. We were able to see the design process on our TV as it was happening, which was a plus, as you could visualise what they would look like on our property. After seeing four other companies to fit patio doors and conservatory the experience with Castle Windows was a dream. Intelligent suggestions plain talk, reasonable price, put at ease. The experience continued as it began. The groundworks and brickworks team worked hard were courteous and very tidy. So much so we had them completely remodel the patio. The two guys who actually fitted the conservatory and patio doors were a well rehearsed act again polite and tidy. The work obviously needed many players. Groundworks, bricklayers, glass fitters, plasterer, tilers. We were pleasantly surprised how well all these functions dovetailed together. Any minor snags immediately rectified and job came in on budget.

Castle Windows customer service was fast reliable and punctual. All work carried out was to a very high standard. The groundworks team and conservatory fitters were very tidy and ensured my garden and driveway where left tidy at the end of each day. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship and overall finish of our conservatory. We logged an issue with the patio doors (they had dropped slightly). The fitters were onsite the next day to adjust the doors. Would throughly recommend.

Was a pleasure using this company, the sales director came to my house discussed options and was so helpful with his advice I completely changed my mind from what I was originally thinking. He showed me different options on the laptop and showed what it would look like. Even with the covid situation he still managed to fit us in and was professional.
