Castle Windows fitted a new front door & windows to our house 2 years ago & did a marvellous job. We decided to use them again for supplying & fitting a new "stable type" door to our kitchen. We were visited by Carl the Sales Director who measured up & gave us a price for the job which we accepted. On the day of installation, the 2 fitters arrived on time, removed & disposed of the old door & fitted the new one. They did an excellent job, & were very polite & efficient. They cleaned up after the installation, & we were more than pleased with their work & the door supplied. I wouldn't hesitate to use Castle Windows again.

What a professional company to deal with, from the initial phone call to the job completion.our fitters Josh and Billy certainly know their job, a problem occurred during the dismantling of the previous porch which was found to be unstable with the previous installation(not Castle Windows) Josh & Billy notified us immediately and made positive suggestions to rectify the matter which we accepted their judgment.. Both Josh & Billy worked hard during their time with us and both very personable chaps. They completed the work on schedule with no fuss at all, they are both tidy workers and cleaned up any debris left at the end. Carl and his team were professional throughout. A minor hitch during installation was resolved quickly and without fuss. Josh and Billy who did the installation worked hard, professionally and answered our questions fully. They cleaned up after the installation and left the area tidy and clean. Excellent people and company to deal with that are prepared to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction.

I rang the company for a quote and in less than 24 hours. The space was measured, I was shown a picture of the finished job on the computer and given a quote. He gave me a date, afternoon on the 30th of November and they arrived spot on time. The lads who did the job were very pleasant and friendly and did a great job. I can recommend this company 100% they will not be beaten.

I can't recommend Castle Windows enough as from the initial visit to discuss what I wanted - double glazing throughout, I felt that I could trust them to do a good job. The quote was the best I received and I felt at ease with the salesperson who was knowledgeable and very helpful. The two fitters who did the job were polite, very tidy and did an excellent job. It's not often that you find a company that you really are impressed by but from start to finish, everything was well done. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I had 6 replacement double glazed windows fitted. All my contacts with anyone at the company was good from the initial sales contact to the fitters who did the work. The price I was quoted was fair first time without starting with a ridiculous price and working down. The fitters turned up on time and where courteous, letting me know what they were doing as they did it. The worked cleanly and left no mess. I would certainly use them again if I needed any other windows replaced

Absolutely delighted with our new windows, porch and composite door. From the initial quotation (very fair price) and advice given as to which styles would look best (enhanced by Carl putting all details on the computer, thus enabling us to see exactly how the windows etc would actually look on the house) right through to the completion of the job, everything went as planned. The product quality and the fitters’ workmanship are outstanding. They were meticulous in everything they did, extremely pleasant and helpful and there was no mess to clean up. They left everything pristine. The word “quality” is rightly associated with this company. So glad we chose Castle Windows (Midlands) and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We asked 4 companies to quote for replacing all the windows and doors at our home. From the moment we met Carl, we knew we had found the one. He was genuinely interested in how the windows would look and made some great suggestions. Left us with his best price - can’t abide haggling! - and no pressure exerted. Once we had asked Castle Windows to take the job on, Carl agreed on a date and then popped round a few weeks before with one of the guys who was going to be doing the work and ‘firmed up’ the details. The two guys, Billy and Josh, turned up on the first day and set to work. They had a planned order so we always knew which part of the house they would be working in and we left them to it. They always checked details with us as they went along and explained any problems and how they had sorted them. Nothing seemed to phase them - even the uncovering of some dubious DIY by the previous owner! After 4 days our house had been transformed with minimal mess and we are delighted.

We wanted a large conservatory to be installed over the summer months, to be completed before we went abroad for 6 months. Carl from Castle Windows helped us design the conservatory, then project managed it through to completion. His communication throughout was excellent. We had a hard deadline for completion, and the project never looked like missing it. All the workmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. I can highly recommend Castle Windows.

All work was completed when they said - impressed. The two fellas who did the work Billy and Josh are really good clean workers. They answered any questions I asked, never seemed to stop, good for the customer, anyone who gets these two will have no worries about their work. Very happy with the end results even put two fence panels back without being asked, thank you, lads, I will have no problem recommending the company if asked.

The two fitters were professional and when the young trainee arrived the banter was entertaining! Very happy with their work and standard of product. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Carl and the team were very helpful in their guidance and work. Good quality product which I am very pleased with. More importantly the after sales service was good when a few snags needed fixing. They were readily available and got them sorted. Overall I am very pleased with all the windows and doors.

Professional service from start to finish. Carl created a virtual image of how our house would look and the finished result of work carried out is fantastic. Fitters were polite and hardworking, as were the builders who came to convert a doorway back into a window. Bricks were matched brilliantly. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

Replacement of all house windows with acoustic glass throughout, difficult access to some upstairs windows. Initial survey, measurement and quotation from Carl. Very professional, answered all of our questions and gave us a very competitive quotation for products superior to rival companies. Fitting carried out at the time specified by two young fitters, Josh and Billy, who for three days in temperatures approaching 28C worked tirelessly. Lovely young men who solved several problems that they encountered, helped us with a couple of problems outside of the remit of the window fitting, and were a pleasure to have in the house. Installation finished within quoted time frame, dust sheets placed throughout the house for the duration of the work, the house cleaned and vacuumed each evening. Final price exactly as quoted. Delighted with the end result. We have no hesitation recommending Castle Windows.

Arrived nice and early and got straight into replacing the windows. When the kitchen was finished, that fitter then fitted 9 child locks to windows previously fitted in very quick time overcoming some issues with some of our older windows (not fitted by Castle). Again, very helpful asking us how much we wanted the windows in question to open. Cleaned up after they were finished and apart from the better windows you wouldn’t know they had been.

Carl came to give the quote very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. It only took the time for him to walk to the car and back for us to decide this was the company we wanted. He was the last of many to give quotes so we saved the best till last. Josh and Billy were excellent, clean and tidy in their work, doing a great job for us. They were very friendly and polite. The 2 fitters were polite, efficient and helpful and were quick to make good a couple of minor snags.

We had a porch and conservatory, from the first conversation and throughout we had great service, professionalism and value for money. We were able to see the design process on our TV as it was happening, which was a plus, as you could visualise what they would look like on our property. Billy & Josh were great and any questions, queries or concerns were immediately addressed.

We recently had a conservatory built which include a new patio and internal door. The council application, build and installation were all completed on time and were very well supported.
