Castle Windows (Midlands) Ltd

Carl came to give the quote very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. It only took the time for him to walk to the car and back for us to decide this was the company we wanted. He was the last of many to give quotes so we saved the best till last. Josh and Billy were excellent, clean and tidy in their work, doing a great job for us. They were very friendly and polite. Would certainly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again if we need to. Well done Castle Windows!

Had an old bay window with difficult top fittings removed and a new window fitted. Very pleased with quality of workmanship, tidiness and communication. Would highly recommend- John Dukes

The 2 fitters were polite, efficient and helpful and were quick to make good a couple of minor snags.

We had a porch and conservatory, from the first conversation and throughout we had great service, professionalism and value for money. We were able to see the design process on our TV as it was happening, which was a plus, as you could visualise what they would look like on our property. Billy & Josh were great and any questions, queries or concerns were immediately addressed.

We recently had a conservatory built which include a new patio and internal door. The council application, build and installation were all completed on time and were very well supported.

From our initial meet with Carl to discuss our requirements felt totally at ease gave us excellent choice and advice not at all pushy like some! The Guys turned up when they said they would, all very polite and diligent. Cleaned up as they went along and left spotless. Really pleased with the quality and look of our new windows and patio doors, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castle Windows (Midlands) Ltd

We are so happy with our new Conservatory and would highly recommend Castle Windows. They use the best quality materials and don’t skimp on perfection. All the lads who were involved with the build were brilliant and hard working and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as we wanted. From the first visit from Carl to the post inspection we felt confident that we were going to be looked after and receive the very best service and they didn’t disappoint.

After seeing four other companies to fit patio doors and conservatory the experience with Castle Windows was a dream. Intelligent suggestions plain talk, reasonable price, put at ease. The experience continued as it began. The groundworks and brickworks team worked hard were courteous and very tidy. So much so we had them completely remodel the patio. The two guys who actually fitted the conservatory and patio doors were a well rehearsed act again polite and tidy. The work obviously needed many players. Groundworks, bricklayers, glass fitters, plasterer, tilers. We were pleasantly surprised how well all these functions dovetailed together. Any minor snags immediately rectified and job came in on budget.

Fantastic work, fitters were very professional and courteous. Job was completed quickly and work area was kept clean and tidy throughout. Once work was complete I was taken to view all work and ensure I was happy with end result. Would confidently recommend to anyone.

This is the fourth time I've had work done by the team from Castle Windows and it is as good as ever. Honest sales, no nonsense pricing and excellent fitting teams that turn up when they should, do a great job and leave everything clean and tidy.

Castle Windows customer service was fast reliable and punctual. All work carried out was to a very high standard. The groundworks team and conservatory fitters were very tidy and ensured my garden and driveway where left tidy at the end of each day. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship and overall finish of our conservatory. We logged an issue with the patio doors (they had dropped slightly). The fitters were onsite the next day to adjust the doors. Would throughly recommend.

Replacement porch windows and doors. What I liked about this company was the communication. The door was delayed due to Covid, but I got regular updates via text and phone calls. The fitters turned up on time, and when the work was done, the fitters were on time, polite and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

We were very pleased with the work we had done by Castle windows. We have used them before and we can highly recommend them. The team were very friendly and very professional.

So impressed with the final result that we decided to have the remaining windows and doors replaced by Castle Windows. An excellent experience at every stage of the process and would have no hesitation in recommending Castle Windows to family and friends. Thank you Castle Windows for a job well done.

Great job at a fair price. Work completed within time set and site left clean and tidy. Fitters went extra mile.

Suggested options shown via laptop on our TV, so easy to choose from options. Work carried out on time with friendly efficiency, keeping us informed of what they were working on, very professional. Everything cleaned before leaving. No mess, no fuss. Could not be better.

Was a pleasure using this company, the sales director came to my house discussed options and was so helpful with his advice I completely changed my mind from what I was originally thinking. He showed me different options on the laptop and showed what it would look like. Even with the covid situation he still managed to fit us in and was professional. They have done a fantastic job I couldn't fault it I am absolutely over the moon they was on time and worked hard

So pleased with my new Windows and doors the lads worked very hard in the very hot weather started and finished on time did a very good job of cleaning up and taking old Windows away would highly recommend

From the first moment we rang for a quote the service and professionalism was brilliant. Carl the owner who came to give the quote gave us lots of ideas that we hadn't thought of and this was really helpful, as well as being able to show us what the new windows would look like on our property. The two fitters were great. Arriving promptly when stated, pleasant, helpful, great workmanship and tidied up afterwards. Job was done in very hot weather and they worked very hard. Really delighted with the new windows with lots of comments from the neighbours who also love them. Cracking jod and reasonable too!

We were given Castle as a recommendation whilst looking for windows and after having work done on a porch by another company.. The company director was extremely helpful in discussing what we wanted and when talking about cost. He wasn't pushy as other experiences we have had. On fitting day the window fitters were extremely helpful and informative throughout. They were totally professional and amazing during both days leaving our home clean and tidy as they finished. An amazing company that I would trust in future and happily recommend.

Castle Windows replaced patio doors and a front porch. They did a brilliant job. The workmen were polite and tidy. I will certainly be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We required 8 windows, 1 front door, & 1 set of patio doors installing. Carl visited us to provide a quote for the work we required. He took photos of the house, then he connected up to our Smart TV to show us superimposed pictures of the various windows & doors that were available. It was very useful to see how our house would look with the various options we could choose. Carl was very helpful & gave us some very instructive information. We made our choice & Carl gave us a very fair price. There was no pressure to make a sale. We accepted the price, & a date was agreed for the work to be done. On both days the fitters turned up at the agreed time. They were all very polite, friendly & professional. The work was done to a very high standard, with the house being kept clean & the fitters being very tidy & considerate whilst working. The work was completed at the agreed price & within time. The end result was fantastic, & has transformed our house. A very big Thank You to Castle Windows, We can't recommend you too much!

This is the second time we have used Castle Windows. Last tine we had a composite front door, this time a large conservatory. I was impressed with my 1st job, but the conservatory has excelled that. Carl came and took time in helping us decide which design was best for us. We chose a conservatory with a hard roof. The work was started and finished exactly on time, to the day. The workmen were highly skilled, polite, very tidy and took all the rubbish and left over materials, cleaning down each day they were here. People who were passing our house even remarking on the high standard of the work. I would strongly recommend Castle Windows if anyone is considering having any windows, doors or conservatories. Nothing was too much for them, Carl was very communicative throughout the build. Would I use them again? Absolutely, no question!

Very high standard products, and we are really happy with the windows and doors that have been installed. The fitters were very friendly and helpful, worked hard, we felt very happy and comfortable with them in our home and are grateful for the work done.
