Carl was very helpful in discussing our requirements and we were happy to go ahead with the work at the price quoted. As well as the conservatory, we had two further windows replaced. From the initial response to our enquiry to the completion of all the work carried out (replacement Conservatory with triple glazing and two replacement doors), Castle Windows have provided the most excellent of service. We felt Carl understood our requirements from the outset and he was also very thorough in carrying out the survey. We were given a date for the start of the work and this was held to. The preparation work completed by Ben ensured that our existing flooring and underfloor heating was completely protected while the work was carried out. Josh and Billy who carried out all of the construction work were polite, courteous and extremely thorough. Their work ethic amazed us, especially on the first day when they worked right into the darkening light to ensure we were both weatherproof ahead of incoming stormy weather and also secure with locks fitted. Castle Windows did an excellent job for us two years ago, when they replaced windows to the living room and main bedroom. Early this year, the dining room window began to give problems. It was installed 20 years ago, by another firm, whom we contacted, and they attempted a repair, but it did not work. We decided to replace it, and Castle Windows were our first choice. As previously, Carl gave good advice when he visited, and the installation team were first class also, everything was done to timetable, they were communicative, and left no mess. Again, we are pleased with the installation, and, while two years is insufficient for a long term opinion, we are not anticipating any problems, and expect the new window to be as trouble-free as the living room and bedroom windows have been.

Got quotes from national and local companies, Castle were the cheapest. Helpful salesmen, explained options and showed them on his laptop. Fitted 4 weeks after placing order, as agreed. Fitters arrived on time and began work immediately. Cleaned up as they went. Everything fitted first time and fitters clearly knew their job. Installation completed in 1.5 hours, area and windows cleaned. They explained operation of door and that they would fix any problems within the 10 year warranty period. Doors look great. Can't recommend this supplier highly enough.

We have previously used this company a few years ago to install a new front door and side glass panel and highly impressed with the new door so decided to use this company again, as we required new patio doors a new bathroom window and two other bedroom windows. Carl visited the house who was very polite and professional and quoted a excellent price for the work to be carried out. The date of fitting was 11/10/2024 the fitters arrived promptly and worked very hard indeed replaced each window and paying great detail to there quality of work. Truly very professional fitting service clearly up all the mess and explained how the new patio doors worked. This Company only use there own fitters, not like some companies who sub contractor the work and the quality suffers. I would use this company again and seriously recommend to anyone.

We had castle windows install triple glazed acoustic windows and a conservatory. The finished product looks amazing. Pristine and the workmen cleaned up after themselves every day. Castle Windows were fantastic from start to finish with an honest first consultancy where we discussed options and examples of previous work and costs to a quick and efficient install of new windows and roof. We cannot fault the service and delivery of Castle Wi does and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have conservatory or window work done.

We had our old conservatory replaced and opted for a glass roof. Carl offered lots of advice and arranged for us to see a job he’d done locally. The job was completed in two days and the fitters Billy and Josh did an excellent job and tidied as they went along. The door handles fitted were the wrong colour, but in less than a few hours someone arrived to replace them. After the lads had gone I noticed a footprint in the silicone (which turned out to be mine). I rang Carl and in a few days they returned to rectify it. Brilliant service.

I had three windows fitted (main bedroom, kitchen and picture window) and the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. In addition, during the initial visit a problem involving unsupported brickwork above each window was spotted. This had to be rectified before the glazing work could start, but it was better that this issue was identified early on. Castle's builder was extremely good also and did an excellent job fitting the necessary brickwork supports. The price for the job was extremely competitive, even with the additional structural work. In addition, Carl also made a helpful suggestion during the planning stage that both saved me some money and created a better end result. All in all, I am very happy with the work undertaken by Castle Windows. Everything looks very nice and no doubt the house will be warmer next winter!

I needed a new door as my elderly Mum has battled her ill-fitting one for long enough! Castle Windows & Doors stood out as they had a friendly description, many excellent reviews, and are a local firm. I submitted an inquiry online and within a few minutes, Carl called and arranged to visit the property. There was no hard sell, plenty of options, and excellent advice given. We agreed on a new composite door, which was fitted yesterday by Nathan and Azza. They did an excellent job, and the door looks stunning. Most importantly, it opens and closes easily, and they were able to reuse a security key barrel needed by carers. The lads also vacuumed and brushed up any mess made. Carl, Nate (from the office), and the fitting lads were all very polite and pleasure to interact with. I'd asked to be contacted a half hour in advance of arrival which they did. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.

After contacting Castle windows, we were soon contacted to arrange a home visit to discuss what we want with Carl he arrived as agreed and listened to what we wanted, he then measured up and advised what would be best. after a few days we received there quote , and agreed a re-visit to confirm our order with Castle windows. Carl came back and plugged his lap top into our tv and showed us what our house would look with new windows and new door. he never pressured us at any time and we felt very happy with our quote and deal. we agreed a date to install and the deal was done Castle windows kept us up to date whilst our windows and door were being made too on the first install day Billy and Josh arrived as agreed and got stuck straight into it ( free coffee all day and bacon sarnie) , at the end of each day they cleaned all there mess up, and left us clean and tidy. the lads even worked late on last day to get all completed. we noticed a few snags , but they were corrected the next day , no issues at all We would highly recommend Castle windows, can bw trusted and delivered to there word

Upstairs Windows, Front and Side of House 10 My second encounter with Castle Windows, another pleasant experience. Carl and his team really care - about doing a good job, and about people. Evident at the initial visit to survey. I'm a little lady, one inch shy of 5 ft. A complicated medical history and associated medical issues, make life challenging. Carl took the time to ensure that the windows would be right for my needs - how windows opened, placing of handles, and spotted one very dangerous situation and took action to sort it. A good company for, ill, disabled and vulnerable customers.

Very pleased with all the work done. At the start Carl spent time (and patience) talking me through the various options and giving the pros and cons involved in replacing the 10 windows and 2 doors. At no time did I feel pressurised into making a decision. The fitters were punctual ,professional and friendly, clearing up after themselves each day and even completing the work ahead of schedule . Had two door & window combinations, two small windows and a conservatory style roof fitted. Very fast work, excellent job, looks fantastic. Advise given by them helped to decrease cost of my small project significantly. Where other companies were trying to sell me whole windows, they advise that in some of them changing glass only will be sufficient. They left area clean and completed all works in professional manner.

We employed Castle Windows to install new double glazing throughout my home as well as a new front and back door. From the initial visit by Carl, the company owner, we were filled with confidence, not only from his 'can do' attitude and response to our questions, but also the final price quoted, which beat one of the national companies by several thousands of pounds. The Installers turned up exactly when we were told they would, they worked tirelessly for 3 days, often without a break, and did a wonderful job. From start to finish, a total of five weeks from Carl’s first visit, the experience was superb. Castle Windows replaced our existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new fully tiled one. We had five different quotes for the work, and while Castle were not the cheapest, they were almost certainly the best value for money. From the initial survey right through to the completed work, communication was excellent, friendly and helpful. All work was completed with the minimum of disruption and to an extremely high standard. We were particularly impressed by the care and attention to detail and the genuine pride taken in a job well done by the team (all too rare these days). We'd have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his team.

Finding a reliable and trustworthy trader can be fraught with difficulties and some really fanciful claims and quotes. After 2 weeks of research I settled on 3 traders all of whom had good overall reviews and longevity in their business. I chose Castle Windows because I felt under no pressure to accept the quote and the guidance that Carl gave solved many of our individual difficulties. The quote was very fair given the nature of the job they had to perform and the two lads Nathan and Azza were diligent and concientious in all aspects of their work, advising and adjusting as the work moved forward. The areas were prepared correctly and any incidental mess was cleared up. I was pleasantly pleased with the speed the doors and windows were fitted. Next it was the turn of the plasterer, Simon, who did an excellent job finishing off the remainder of the work necessary to produce a really satisfactory result. After completion, the company phoned and checked that everything was to our satisfaction and gave the impression that any remedial work necessary would be dealt with straight away.

I used Castle Windows a few years ago for windows and doors in my house so when I needed to replace my Conservatory I asked them to quote. They were more competitively priced than the other company I approached, and because I had used them previously with no issues I decided to use them again. There were a few hiccups along the way. It nothing they didn’t keep me informed or try to fob me off with. They got the issues resolved immediately and the Conservatory is now looking absolutely stunning. So pleased with the end result. The two lads that fitted it were extremely pleasant, friendly and cleared up after themselves. They worked flat out to get it built and water sealed before the bad weather that was forecast arrived. As I was having landscape work done at the same time the electrician rearranged his visit to ensure he wasn’t getting in the way of the landscapers. Due to weather the project was delayed but the lads came back at the weekend and completed it. If only all workmen could be as efficient, tidy and friendly as Castle and their team. I cannot fault this company who have replaced all the doors and windows in my bungalow. The design was done by Carl in my own home on a laptop so that I could see what it was going to look like and choose the configurations and colours accordingly. What a professional company to deal with, from the initial phone call to the job completion.our fitters Josh and Billy certainly know their job, a problem occurred during the dismantling of the previous porch which was found to be unstable with the previous installation(not Castle Windows) Josh & Billy notified us immediately and made positive suggestions to rectify the matter which we accepted their judgment.. I rang the company for a quote and in less than 24 hours. The space was measured, I was shown a picture of the finished job on the computer and given a quote. He gave me a date, afternoon on the 30th of November and they arrived spot on time. The lads who did the job were very pleasant and friendly and did a great job. We asked 4 companies to quote for replacing all the windows and doors at our home. From the moment we met Carl, we knew we had found the one. He was genuinely interested in how the windows would look and made some great suggestions. Left us with his best price - can’t abide haggling! - and no pressure exerted. Once we had asked Castle Windows to take the job on, Carl agreed on a date and then popped round a few weeks before with one of the guys who was going to be doing the work and ‘firmed up’ the details. The two guys, Billy and Josh, turned up on the first day and set to work. They had a planned order so we always knew which part of the house they would be working in and we left them to it. They always checked details with us as they went along and explained any problems and how they had sorted them. Nothing seemed to phase them - even the uncovering of some dubious DIY by the previous owner! After 4 days our house had been transformed with minimal mess and we are delighted.

All work was completed when they said - impressed. The two fellas who did the work Billy and Josh are really good clean workers. They answered any questions I asked, never seemed to stop, good for the customer, anyone who gets these two will have no worries about their work. Very happy with the end results even put two fence panels back without being asked, thank you, lads, I will have no problem recommending the company if asked.

Replacement of all house windows with acoustic glass throughout, difficult access to some upstairs windows. Initial survey, measurement and quotation from Carl. Very professional, answered all of our questions and gave us a very competitive quotation for products superior to rival companies. Fitting carried out at the time specified by two young fitters, Josh and Billy, who for three days in temperatures approaching 28C worked tirelessly. Lovely young men who solved several problems that they encountered, helped us with a couple of problems outside of the remit of the window fitting, and were a pleasure to have in the house. Installation finished within quoted time frame, dust sheets placed throughout the house for the duration of the work, the house cleaned and vacuumed each evening. Final price exactly as quoted. Delighted with the end result. We have no hesitation recommending Castle Windows.

Arrived nice and early and got straight into replacing the windows. When the kitchen was finished, that fitter then fitted 9 child locks to windows previously fitted in very quick time overcoming some issues with some of our older windows (not fitted by Castle). Again, very helpful asking us how much we wanted the windows in question to open. Cleaned up after they were finished and apart from the better windows you wouldn’t know they had been.

Carl came to give the quote very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. It only took the time for him to walk to the car and back for us to decide this was the company we wanted. He was the last of many to give quotes so we saved the best till last. Josh and Billy were excellent, clean and tidy in their work, doing a great job for us. They were very friendly and polite. We had a porch and conservatory, from the first conversation and throughout we had great service, professionalism and value for money. We were able to see the design process on our TV as it was happening, which was a plus, as you could visualise what they would look like on our property. This is the second time we have used Castle Windows. Last tine we had a composite front door, this time a large conservatory. I was impressed with my 1st job, but the conservatory has excelled that. Carl came and took time in helping us decide which design was best for us. We chose a conservatory with a hard roof. The work was started and finished exactly on time, to the day. The workmen were highly skilled, polite, very tidy and took all the rubbish and left over materials, cleaning down each day they were here. People who were passing our house even remarking on the high standard of the work. I would strongly recommend Castle Windows if anyone is considering having any windows, doors or conservatories. Nothing was too much for them, Carl was very communicative throughout the build. Would I use them again? Absolutely, no question!

As they did such a good job the first time I had no hesitation using them again to the extent that I didn't look elsewhere for any other quotes. Replaced upvc windows at front of the house. Quote was excellent as Carl was able to take a photo of the front of the house and show images of how the windows would look. This really helped in the selection process to see which style would suit. The fitting was done on the date agreed, two very friendly men who worked efficiently and were very tidy. No mess left afterwards, old windows removed. So happy with the end result. Overall I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

Have used this company twice now for window installations I plan to use them again soon for a new PVC door and my final two windows. There was no hard sell with Carl it was very relaxed and he gave me suggestions regarding the design and layout of my windows which was very helpful. I was able to see how the windows would look on my house using a photo of my house on his computer. The installers were punctual and seemed to enjoy their work and worked well as a team, they worked quickly and left everything clean and tidy when they left . The windows are gorgeous its a pity to cover them with blinds . I can't recommend them enough, all you single ladies give 'em a try you wont regret it they are very trustworthy. Carl also put me in touch with someone from his company to install new soffits and guttering which will look really nice when it's all finished. It's good to find a company that does what it says it will and also have a good work ethic and good workmanship.

Really pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Carl was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure sales. The price was competitive. An installation date and time was agreed and the installers turned up 30 minutes late. But they did phone ahead and say they were running a little late. They took out the old window and installed the new one in no time at all. They removed all the waste and were very polite while on-site.
