After contacting Castle windows, we were soon contacted to arrange a home visit to discuss what we want with Carl he arrived as agreed and listened to what we wanted, he then measured up and advised what would be best. after a few days we received there quote , and agreed a re-visit to confirm our order with Castle windows. Carl came back and plugged his lap top into our tv and showed us what our house would look with new windows and new door. he never pressured us at any time and we felt very happy with our quote and deal. we agreed a date to install and the deal was done Castle windows kept us up to date whilst our windows and door were being made too on the first install day Billy and Josh arrived as agreed and got stuck straight into it ( free coffee all day and bacon sarnie) , at the end of each day they cleaned all there mess up, and left us clean and tidy. the lads even worked late on last day to get all completed. we noticed a few snags , but they were corrected the next day , no issues at all We would highly recommend Castle windows, can bw trusted and delivered to there word

I hired castle windows to replace all of the windows and doors in my home and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were quick to come out and quote the job and took the time to design my new windows explaining the various options and showing me what each would look like on my property. The price was highly competitive and the work was carried out quickly. The installers were friendly and respectful, they carried out the work professionally and were exceptionally clean and tidy. Arrived on time, removed the old door and window. Expertly fitted new door and window. Sealed and added new mortar. Very fast and professional. Great advice on how to clean products. Advise they will return when plaster work finished to add trim.

Upstairs Windows, Front and Side of House 10 My second encounter with Castle Windows, another pleasant experience. Carl and his team really care - about doing a good job, and about people. Evident at the initial visit to survey. I'm a little lady, one inch shy of 5 ft. A complicated medical history and associated medical issues, make life challenging. Carl took the time to ensure that the windows would be right for my needs - how windows opened, placing of handles, and spotted one very dangerous situation and took action to sort it. A good company for, ill, disabled and vulnerable customers.

Very pleased with all the work done. At the start Carl spent time (and patience) talking me through the various options and giving the pros and cons involved in replacing the 10 windows and 2 doors. At no time did I feel pressurised into making a decision. The fitters were punctual ,professional and friendly, clearing up after themselves each day and even completing the work ahead of schedule . The final result (design and finish) reflects the professionalism shown by all the team. An excellent service.

Had two door & window combinations, two small windows and a conservatory style roof fitted. Very fast work, excellent job, looks fantastic. The fitters were very pleasant, kept me up to date on everything they was doing. Very professional and clearly knowledgeable on their job. Kept the area tidy and cleared away all the rubbish. They also repaired my living room window with no trouble. highly recommended.

Advise given by them helped to decrease cost of my small project significantly. Where other companies were trying to sell me whole windows, they advise that in some of them changing glass only will be sufficient. They left area clean and completed all works in professional manner.

From the first meeting with Carl(owner) we felt confidant to give Castle Windows our business to replace the windows in the whole house. The work was done in 2 stages, rear of property first, then a month later, front and sides. Each time the work was carried out on the days agreed, to a very high standard, any mess was cleaned up before they left each day. The 2 installers were very thorough and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. The standard of workmanship was excellent at all stages. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result. We employed Castle Windows to install new double glazing throughout my home as well as a new front and back door. From the initial visit by Carl, the company owner, we were filled with confidence, not only from his 'can do' attitude and response to our questions, but also the final price quoted, which beat one of the national companies by several thousands of pounds. The Installers turned up exactly when we were told they would, they worked tirelessly for 3 days, often without a break, and did a wonderful job. They were helpful throughout, offering advice and showing us how everything should operate. There were a couple of minor problems during the install but Carl came to the rescue each time, offering solutions and following through. Overall we are VERY happy with the quality of the products, the quality of the work and of course the final price - which did not change from the original quotation. From start to finish, a total of five weeks from Carl’s first visit, the experience was superb. Timekeeping on every visit was excellent, explanation of the products was clear, the quote was very competitive and the actual installation over two days was quite painless! Both fitters were polite, hardworking and extremely helpful - removing and refitting blinds as a matter of course. The finished result is amazing, I can’t wait for the winter to check my fuel savings! The sign of a professional, caring company…..Carl visited on the second day to review the work and ensure I was happy with the installations.

A thoroughly professional job carried out by Castle Windows Ltd (West Midlands) Carried out the dismantling of old conservatory and replaced it with with new one. The job was carried out within in the time frame agreed despite inclement weather. All rubbish took away and no mess on site. An excellent job all round. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out a professional job.

Excellent service provided. Initial quote from Carl was efficient, competitive and with helpful suggestions about the plans for a new side door and patio sliding doors. Helpful software on laptop showed the final anticipated appearance after completion which was a nice touch. The quote was several hundred pounds less than others I obtained. The agreed date for the work was kept and Billy and Josh arrived punctually. Excellent work done, efficient, helpful, clear communication and tidied up completely after the work was finished. Excellent work from the team at Castle Windows. Arrived on time and worked all day. No mess and tidy work while fitting the windows, didn't damage any wallpapers or flooring. Can't fault them at all.

Castle Windows replaced our existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new fully tiled one. We had five different quotes for the work, and while Castle were not the cheapest, they were almost certainly the best value for money. From the initial survey right through to the completed work, communication was excellent, friendly and helpful. All work was completed with the minimum of disruption and to an extremely high standard. We were particularly impressed by the care and attention to detail and the genuine pride taken in a job well done by the team (all too rare these days). We'd have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his team.

Work done: Rear of property - bedroom window, bathroom window, kitchen window, patio door. First-class service both before and during installation. The proprietor showed extensive knowledge about his business and products during the assessment visit. Installers were very pleasant, polite and respectful of both me and my home. I am a lady with complex medical needs which impact my mobility and ability. Installers were very mindful of this and were happy to assist with reaching up or moving things where it was necessary. The installation looks beautiful. Rare to find good reliable trustworthy businesses and workmen these days. Very grateful to my friend for recommending Castle Windows to me.

Finding a reliable and trustworthy trader can be fraught with difficulties and some really fanciful claims and quotes. After 2 weeks of research I settled on 3 traders all of whom had good overall reviews and longevity in their business. I chose Castle Windows because I felt under no pressure to accept the quote and the guidance that Carl gave solved many of our individual difficulties. The quote was very fair given the nature of the job they had to perform and the two lads Nathan and Azza were diligent and concientious in all aspects of their work, advising and adjusting as the work moved forward. The areas were prepared correctly and any incidental mess was cleared up. I was pleasantly pleased with the speed the doors and windows were fitted. Next it was the turn of the plasterer, Simon, who did an excellent job finishing off the remainder of the work necessary to produce a really satisfactory result. After completion, the company phoned and checked that everything was to our satisfaction and gave the impression that any remedial work necessary would be dealt with straight away.

We are so glad we used this company for our new windows and doors. They have been so efficient from start to finish and would highly recommend Castle Windows. We will be using them in the future.
