Our lobby dual flush pneumatic toilet cistern suddenly stopped working. On phoning CAT Plumbers, I received a prompt call back and was asked to do some simple checks while on the phone to determine where the fault was. I was then asked to send photos of the inside of the cistern so that the correct part could be obtained. This was the Wednesday, and I was told he was on holiday until the following Monday. I then received a call on the Monday afternoon, and by 5pm the replacement part had been fitted and all was working again. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the response. Will recommend to any neighbours needing a plumber!

I called CAT Plumbers about a blocked kitchen drain. They responded promptly, undertaking the work on the same day that I called, and quickly fixed the problem. Overall a responsive, friendly and efficient service - and good value for money.

Responded same day to report of a water leak in our bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem, due to a mouse eating through a plastic pipe, and replaced the damaged pipe. Prompt and professional service. Would definitely use again.
