Cav Clear Ltd

Contacted CavClear after finding internal damp, the lads arrived upon agreed time and were very knowledgeable providing great advice and value for money! Thanks

I had problems with damp at my property which had been misdiagnosed by a previous tradesman, after a quick call to Cav clear they sent someone to my property to survey it and provided me with a much more in depth diagnosis of what the underlying problems were and how I could fix them, the damp was causing health issues for myself so I was very pleased to get a more experienced review and solution to it, the Cav clear team then arrived to do the work on my property within the following week which was a big bonus for me and the lads was all very polite and efficient in their work ! Overall I was very happy with the work and very happy that all the problems seem to have been cleared up ! Thank you Cav clear ! 10/10.

I had a damp proof survey . They was very experienced and found some nasty damp cavity insulation. I will be getting cav clear to do the works to remove this . Thanks again for finding this might save me a lot of money in the long term .

We had a damp issue in the porch, CavClear carried out a thorough survey and rectified the issue the next day. Highly Recommended

Cavclear did a damp survey on my new home and gave me great advise , the main issue was the fact i needed an extractor fan in the bathroom to reduce condensation, great service

CavClear removed old cavity wall insulation, and then replaced & repaired damage from failed wall ties in a 1930s semi-detached house. Three sides of the house required remedial work in total and it was completed in just under 5 days. The team were very easy to deal with, efficient & helpful right from the beginning, including advice on how to minimise mess inside the house from the work. They were great throughout and kept us in the loop all week during the work, explaining how things were going and what to expect at each point. All the mess was cleared up quickly, and we're very happy with the results and peace of mind from having the work completed.

Had rising damp in living room and kitchen and had a full survey where I was given a full explanation of why damp happens and talked me through the full orocess of the damp proof course. I didn't have to wait long for Cav Clear to start the job and they did an excellent service and were very clean in the process. I would definitely recommend.

I was recommended Cav Clear by a friend tot carry Cavity Wall insulation work on my house. Cav Clear arrived at the date and time as arranged and carried out the work. The Cav Clear lads were pleasant polite respectful and professional, once the work was completed the lads left the area clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend. Cav Clear to anyone who is needing this type of work done I am a Very very Satisfied Customer Thankyou Cav Clear Janine Booth

I used cav clear , a damp specialist team came out to do a survey on a listed building, I wanted a second opinion on this property before I advanced with any further money being spent They came with specialist equipment and undertook a thorough examination. I was so glad I made this decision because they found damp that a previous survey didn't pick up Which probably did save me thousands if I proceeded with being the property I withdrew my offer to the owner and found a place elsewhere.

Had the cavity wall removed as advised as I've been suffering with damp in the house. The guys came out to survey the property first. Then I received a quote through email, then a date was booked. All communication with Wayne was excellent and easy to understand. The guys who did the job, Lee, Chris and the others, whose names I've forgotten, were all great. Arrived on time, explained everything that was happening, any problems that arose, got the job done, tidied up everytime. Couldn't help you enough! Once the job was done, just over a week, we did a walk through together to make sure I was happy with everything. They cleaned up as best as possible but brick dust gets everywhere but I was satisfied with what they had done. Once I'd paid got my certificate for the job straight away. Would recommend this company highly.
