Cameron resounded to my initial enquiry very quickly, and followed it up with a visit a couple of days later, and we discussed things in detail, and he was very thorough with his inspections. We had a leak coming from the roof of our Victorian house, and also pointing on the chimney both internal and external needed replacing. Cameron then wrote a very comprehensive breakdown of what needed doing and did a quote showing the costs for each aspect of it. We had two other quotes, but Cameron's was the best, and also, we were impressed with his friendliness and openness, and explaining everything. The work was done in a timely manner, to a good standard, and we were very happy with the work. The price we were charged at the end was the same as the initial quote, so it was all very fair. Overall, a great service, and I would recommend him.

Cameron was a lovely friendly guy who talked me through everything concerning my roof and even made me a video so I could see for myself what needed doing. The work was completed in one day, to a good standard. It was done on the date agreed, to budget, without extra charges. We employed CD Construction Roofing Specialists last year, for a porch roof, and they'll be on our shortlist for any work in the future. They also did a job for our next-door neighbour, and I know she was pleased when she showed me the work on completion. Cameron Davies is a good communicator, easy to deal with. He gave good attention to detail when assessing and quoting for the job, and in its completion.

I first met Cameron when he came to look at my roofs. He was polite, knowledgeable and made an excellent impression. On receiving his quote I was again impressed. It was detailed down to the type of nails that would be used, due to me adding work, Cameron had to amend my quote but his price remained very favourable. I had numerous quotes but none as detailed as Cameron’s. When the work commenced all of the workers were polite and pleasant. The standard of the work was exceptional, at the end of each day they left the site tidy. One part of the work had to be altered involving the chimney, Cameron could have kept quiet and gone ahead with the original agreed work but instead he sent me a video showing me the problem and why the agreed work couldn’t be done as it wouldn’t solve the problem and be a waste of my money. When I put forward a new plan, he got me a price which again was more than acceptable. The standard of the work was A* and at the end of the work all the rubbish was removed and I was left with two excellent roofs. I honestly can’t praise this company enough. If I moved house and needed a roof I would go straight to this company and not bother with any other quote. The whole team were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Using the scaffolding provided, Cameron and Andy renewed an area of flat roof and did some repointing and repairs to lead flashing. They also made corrections to the front gutter above the bay windows flat roof at the front of the property ensuring the gutter flows properly and is fixed appropriately. They cleared the centre gulley of all built up plant life and debris and applied commercial strength fungicide to the roots of the removed plant life growing in areas to kill any remaining roots preventing re growth. The work was done according to the agreed price and time schedule and overall they were very helpful and friendly, showing me video of the problems and the work done to resolve them. Overall I was very pleased with the work done and the reasonable price and would definitely recommend this company.

We engaged CD Construction Roofing Specialists to do a range of works to our property including fitting of new fascias, vented soffits and guttering front side and back as well as installing a dry ridge system to the roof and installing weatherboard cladding to the front and side of the house. Cameron was very professional and friendly from the get go and offered clear advice and had no qualms sourcing our preferred colour and brand of weatherboard cladding. All of the team from his labourers to the scaffolders he engaged were friendly and courteous when working on our property. Cameron even managed to fix some poor work a previous builder did on a our flat roof and leaky skylight. The works came in on budget and on time and depsite a couple of snags (which Cameron did his upmost to rectify) we are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use his company again.
