We engaged CD Construction Roofing Specialists to do a range of works to our property including fitting of new fascias, vented soffits and guttering front side and back as well as installing a dry ridge system to the roof and installing weatherboard cladding to the front and side of the house. Cameron was very professional and friendly from the get go and offered clear advice and had no qualms sourcing our preferred colour and brand of weatherboard cladding. All of the team from his labourers to the scaffolders he engaged were friendly and courteous when working on our property. Cameron even managed to fix some poor work a previous builder did on a our flat roof and leaky skylight. The works came in on budget and on time and depsite a couple of snags (which Cameron did his upmost to rectify) we are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use his company again. I've waited 4 months to put this review on the website in order to be sure the roof is watertight - it is. And it looks great. On New Year's Day 2023 I woke to water dripping from the ceiling below our bay window. As there are no water pipes in that area, it was clearly rainwater Cameron came out to assess the day I called after cautioning they were busy that week. He showed me cracked tiles , perished felt and he suspected the battens might be water damaged. I asked for a quote to replace the roof which he sent me within 24 hours, saying they could do it the following week. Scaffolding was erected a day before work began. They arrived with all the materials they needed. They removed all the old materials and fitted new membrane, eave trays, battens, tiles, flashing, hip irons, lead saddles and dry hip system. All the work was done to a very high standard by people working to high professional standards. All old materials were removed and the area left spotlessly clean. The work was done in half a day and the scaffolding removed the next morning. I was impressed and delighted with the work done by CD Construction Roofing Specialists and recommend them without reservation to anyone needing work done on their roof.

I needed to repair roof, clean roof of moss, completely replace gutters, repaint exterior wooden windows, and repair a very bumpy drive. Cameron, surely one of the friendliest and most positive builders you will ever work with, is also very competent with his work. He has very loyal and trustworthy people working for him, who maintain a high standard of work. He also keeps his bids real. We bumped into a gutter leak that took an age to fix, no fault of Cameron's as it was an old gully that had been leaking for ages, but I was really impressed and relieved that he returned on several occasions ( once it stopped raining! ) until the problem was fixed.

I would happily have Cameron and his team back to carry out roof repairs on my property. He was punctual for every appointment. During the initial visit, he made a thorough diagnosis as to the cause of the leaks and damp patches on the ceiling of the hallway. He looked for cost effective solutions, without making any compromises, and the job was done to a high standard. The quote was as expected for the job and completed within budget. The quote also included clear explanation of all works to be carried out, which included new lead flashing along the firewall, application of a new waterproof render and the installation of a new dry ridge system along the top of the roof, to allow for greater ventilation. A team of three turned up on the day and they were all polite, efficient and hard working. The property was left tidy and clean. The rain has been pretty relentless this past week, and fortunately my roof has stopped leaking! So am very pleased with the overall result and service I received from Cameron and his team.

Very professional and carried out works to a high standard. Highly recommend. New underlay, new batten, verge extended out to be within regs, and also completed some led flashing for us. Nice guy with good customer service and kept us informed when he had to rearrange due to poor weather conditions.

Cameron came to see the site the day I ‘phoned - quoted, had scaffolding erected and completed the job by the end of the following week - as scheduled. Cameron explained throughout what they were doing and how they would achieve best results. The guys were careful and considerate; cleaning up the inevitable dust and debris each day. If you engage Cameron and his crew you will be fortunate - no ‘Wild West’ scenario here - their reputation precedes them and the is fully deserved.

Cameron and his team re-roofed our house front and back in the space of a week, including removing the tiles, fitting insulation and new felt and replacing the saved tiles, plus removing a badly installed rubbed flat roof and replacing it. Throughout the process, Cameron was thorough and having initially provided detailed information on the extent of the work needed, he maintained an almost daily progress report complete with photos and videos. Any unforeseen extra costs were immediately flagged up, but otherwise work was on schedule and on budget. Cameron is an outstanding communicator, swift to respond to phone calls and text messages which makes the experience of working with him a very pleasant one. He is always cheerful and approaches everything with a can-do attitude. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
