Craig did a fantastic job of transforming a very dated bathroom, he did a fantastic job from start to finish. Every detail is perfect from tiling, plasterwork to new floor. He is very hardworking, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of his work is outstanding and would definitely recommend using this company. I was recommended to use CDS by a Bathroom supply company and I am more than happy with the service I received. My old shower room fittings were removed quickly and the work to install the new one was underway soon after. I am delighted with the finished article and it has been much admired by friends and family. I was impressed overall by `Craig's hard work, great communication and his management of his team. CDS was recommended by a friend who had a bathroom refurbishment. When I saw her new bathroom I definitely wanted the same company to do mine and found Craig to be very helpful in discussing what I needed and the effect I wanted to achieve. I was very impressed with the very thorough and detailed approach to the work , particularly the suggestion that the walls could be insulated , which I had not considered . The reliability and commun ication throughout the work has been very reassuring . All the men who came to do various aspects of the work were reliable , friendly , skilled , hard working and polite. The attention to detail has been most impressive and the finish is very professional. I can thoroughly recommend this team of skilled and professional , friendly men and would not hesitate to ask them should I want further home improvements.

We had a complete bathroom remodel, where we went back to brick in places. We had already purchased all the bathroom suite etc... and we was let down by a previous fitter and luckily Craig had a cancellation and was able to squeeze us in. We were so glad he did, Craig's work is incredible, real attention to detail and a top quality finish. Couldn't recommend him enough!!!! Thanks Craig :)

Craig refitted out bathroom which now has an excellent walk-in shower. Craig has been totally professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble. His work is of a very high standard and he makes sure every detail is done properly, he was always happy to explain what he was doing and was a pleasure to have in the house. We have already booked him in to do our kitchen next year.

Craig was highly recommended to us and he failed to disappoint. Craig was very accommodating and advised where needed. He installed a ensuite and main house bathroom, which were both done at the same time. Craig also had the help of his brother in law Darren who I have to say, was just a good as Craig. Both worked extremely hard and completed the work within the time frame that Craig has said and we are over the moon with the finished work. Since then both Craig and Darren have been back to install three new radiators and once again worked professionally, we will definitely be calling on their professional skills for future projects. Craig came highly recommended by my sister who had utilised his services for her complete bathroom renovation which was stunning. Our bathroom was very tired and had been poorly renovated years previously, so Craig stripped it back to brick and within 9 days had completely transformed it! In the words of our 5 and 4 year old granddaughters "WOW" and asked their parents if they could have a new bathroom the same as ours! We are extremely happy with the quality of the finish and time it took to complete the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Craig (CDS) to all. Craig came highly recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed.He planned and refurbished a small bathroom to a very high standard.It now looks a lot bigger!We could trust him with the keys to the property and he alerted us to any potential problems with an old boiler (happily there weren't any).He left us with no mess --just a very pleasant surprise.

I spent ages looking for a reliable builder and it's so hard because there are so many builders out there. However I am so glad I came across Craig. He was professional and friendly from the first time I met him. He was very reasonably priced as well compared to other quotes we had, so we were all round happy with our choice. Then even happier once we saw the quality of his work It was a big job we had done. Knocked a wall out to make a big kitchen/family room on the back of our house. Craig was punctual, reliable, tidy and just all round brilliant. I am very fussy and anything I asked him to do for me was never a problem. I am so pleased with our kitchen, it's perfect. Without doubt, Craig is the best tradesman I have ever dealt with and an absolute credit to the WTT scheme. He has somewhat helped to restore my faith in this scheme, after an extremely negetive experience with another Which Trusted Trader. He began work on our large kitchen renovation project on 15th May, and from the beginning it was evident that Craig was a 1st class contractor. Every aspect of the service was delivered with the utmost professionalism. His attention to detail was meticulous and his workmanship of the highest standard. Communication skills were excellent, which in my experience, is rare when dealing with tradesman. Reliable and punctual, arriving each day exactly on time. Honest and trustworthy. I provided Craig a front door key to use during the installation and without any reservations, left Craig in the house alone to work. Craig is an extremely decent, honest gentleman and was a pleasure to have in our home. In future, I wouldn't consider using any other trader but Craig and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use his services.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job transforming our Bathroom to include a walk in shower, Tiling, Flooring and electrics. We were so impressed by his professionalism and honesty, we felt completely at ease to leave him with a house key and let Craig and his team to carry out the work whilst we went away on holiday . We returned to find a fabulous new bathroom with everything left clean and tidy. The work is of a very high standard and it’s been a pleasure to have such great Team working in our home.
