Craig and his team did a fantastic job transforming our Bathroom to include a walk in shower, Tiling, Flooring and electrics. We were so impressed by his professionalism and honesty, we felt completely at ease to leave him with a house key and let Craig and his team to carry out the work whilst we went away on holiday . We returned to find a fabulous new bathroom with everything left clean and tidy. The work is of a very high standard and it’s been a pleasure to have such great Team working in our home. We are already looking to book another job with Craig in the very near future . Totally honest and professional- Highly recommended!

I was recommended to use CDS by a Bathroom supply company and I am more than happy with the service I received. My old shower room fittings were removed quickly and the work to install the new one was underway soon after. I am delighted with the finished article and it has been much admired by friends and family. I was impressed overall by `Craig's hard work, great communication and his management of his team. This was the first time we had used CDS to do some work for us so we were slightly nervous that everything would turn out how we wanted it to. We needn’t have worried as from start to finish the work carried out was professional and reliable. Craig came highly recommended by my sister who had utilised his services for her complete bathroom renovation which was stunning. Our bathroom was very tired and had been poorly renovated years previously, so Craig stripped it back to brick and within 9 days had completely transformed it! In the words of our 5 and 4 year old granddaughters "WOW" and asked their parents if they could have a new bathroom the same as ours! We are extremely happy with the quality of the finish and time it took to complete the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Craig (CDS) to all. I've done my research, contacted numerous companies for quotes and even getting someone to call you back doesn't happen these days unfortunately. However I'm so glad I came across Craig . He always kept true to his word with dates and the cost. He was professional and friendly also the same goes for his Team! He was very reasonably priced as well compared to other quotes we had, I had some ridiculous quotes from Companies in the same area, so trust me when I say Craig will not rip you off. Craig is a very friendly and approcable man, punctual, reliable and did the most amazing job in our Ensuite. Nothing was to much trouble. He gave such good advice and I feel he did the job as if it was his own home with lots of care and attention. This doesn't happen with alot of Workmen. He's done such a good job we have booked him to come back next May to do our Kitchen. Without doubt, Craig is the best tradesman I have ever dealt with and an absolute credit to the WTT scheme. He has somewhat helped to restore my faith in this scheme, after an extremely negetive experience with another Which Trusted Trader. He began work on our large kitchen renovation project on 15th May, and from the beginning it was evident that Craig was a 1st class contractor. Every aspect of the service was delivered with the utmost professionalism. His attention to detail was meticulous and his workmanship of the highest standard. Communication skills were excellent, which in my experience, is rare when dealing with tradesman. Reliable and punctual, arriving each day exactly on time. Honest and trustworthy. I provided Craig a front door key to use during the installation and without any reservations, left Craig in the house alone to work. Craig is an extremely decent, honest gentleman and was a pleasure to have in our home. In future, I wouldn't consider using any other trader but Craig and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use his services.

Craig was highly recommended to us and he failed to disappoint. Craig was very accommodating and advised where needed. He installed a ensuite and main house bathroom, which were both done at the same time. Craig also had the help of his brother in law Darren who I have to say, was just a good as Craig. Craig was recommended to me by a friend who is an attention to detail person! I can understand why. Craig has just completed a renovation of an en-suite. Due to Covid the work was put off until we felt safe about having a workman in the house. Throughout the planning Craig willingly came round to check on sizes for the fitted furniture and shower on more than one occasion, as my choices changed. During the renovation he completely added value to the en-suite by suggesting improvements. The room now seems so much bigger. His workmanship and that of those he employed was first class. He went the extra mile with a number of things to give a quality finished transformation. Whilst delighted with the workmanship I was also really impressed by his personable manner. Nothing was too much trouble. He reiterated that I should mention anything to him that I was not completely happy with and he would endeavour to change it. And he did! He never made you feel awkward or bothersome. This was a first for me! I know I can be picky but many workman seem rushed and irritated by queries. At no point did Craig do this. Additionally, he was straightforward and clear with his pricing. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Having told Craig what I wanted done in the bathroom he gave me excellent advice on products etc. The work was carried out with the utmost care and professionalism, the mess was kept to an absolute minimum. During the progress of the work suggestions were made to improve the end result, which I am pleased to say have worked out for the best. He even laid a new floor and painted walls, which was not included initially in the agreed work. He kept me advised of costs etc throughout the process. I cannot recommend Craig highly enough, he is a very polite and professional person.

Craig was recommended by friends and completed the work to a high standard within the required timescale and to the agreed price. Craig generally fits Howdens kitchens, however, we had already purchased a Benchmarx true handless design which was our 1st choice, nevertheless, the standard of work was very high with attention to detail. The electrics, plumbing and a new laminated floor were all included. There were a few minor defects such as aligning cupboard door heights etc, however, Craig returned as promised to resolve these items. As a follow on we also employed Craig to fit a laminated floor in a new conservatory a few weeks later. Would not hesitate to recommend Craig.

We had a complete bathroom remodel, where we went back to brick in places. We had already purchased all the bathroom suite etc... and we was let down by a previous fitter and luckily Craig had a cancellation and was able to squeeze us in. I spent ages looking for a reliable builder and it's so hard because there are so many builders out there. However I am so glad I came across Craig. He was professional and friendly from the first time I met him. He was very reasonably priced as well compared to other quotes we had, so we were all round happy with our choice. Then even happier once we saw the quality of his work It was a big job we had done. Knocked a wall out to make a big kitchen/family room on the back of our house. Craig then completed replastering, new lighting, new flooring, re-tiling, painting and replacing the bathroom suite and shower.
