I had 5.2kWhp solar PV and Tesla Powerwall 2 installed by Ceiba. I had quotes from various other suppliers but none offered the level of detail in specifications or the number of options that Ceiba offered. The install is very professional. All wiring is neat and a complete system diagram was provided. The system has performed better than expected. In the 2 months that it has been in place it has generated 1200kWh and we have used almost no power from the grid. Very happy with the quality of the work and the system. Whenever anyone asks about the solar panels I make a point of mentioning how good the install is and I highly recommend Ceiba for anyone considering a solar system.

We decided that the time was right to invest in a solar PV system with a battery back up, several quotes were obtained and I must admit to being perplexed at the variety of systems and advice. Duncan at Ceiba was on holiday when I made contact however Lucy sent me a questionaire to complete with the promise that Duncan would come back to me on his return. After speaking with some of the other installers I had quotes from, they seemed to be less inclined to go into detail and help me understand what I was buying. I then received a quote from Ceiba with proposed panel siting and numerous technical details followed up with a detailed discussion in my home with Duncan. Although his quote was at the top end of all the quotes and my budget, the attention to detail and professionalism showed to my case gave me a very good feeling. After a brief period of negotiation we agreed on a scope of work and a final price. We were kept up to date with proposed installation dates and even managed to jump the queue due to a cancellation (virus related). The guys appeared on time and did exactly what was agreed, the installation of the panels was completed on one day, thanks guys, and the Powerwall took a day on either side of this. All the installers showed great professionalism and an ethos to do the right job for the client. Overall I cannot say it was the cheapest but when you stand back and look at the complete package I feel Ceiba offer tremendous value for money.

Would highly recommend Ceiba Renewables to anyone looking to install Solar Panels. From the start Duncan and his team guided me through the whole process, from initial consultation and design to a smooth and pain free installation. They have stood out in the way that they have kept me informed through each stage of the process, and were very accommodating when I had to delay the installation due to planning permission not having been received from the council. Even after installation the team have been on hand to answer queries and have been great at providing a detailed and comprehensive handover pack. They have taken care of everything needed to ensure a smooth installation. Would definitely use them again, and in fact I will be as they will be installing additional renewable energy solutions for me later this year.

From design to handover, the Ceiba team are a pleasure to work with. As we were having a house renovation done it meant lots of other contractors on site and work going on. The Ceiba team was really flexible and accommodating with any onsite meetings needed, installation days and working around any delay to them caused by our house renovation. I can't recommend the team highly enough, especially Duncan, Kasper, Romina, Gemma & Farisa.

From start to finish I have found everyone in this company and the roofing company they work closely with to be friendly, helpful and have carried out their jobs to a very high standard. It really was a pleasure to have such a conscientious, tidy group of workers build our replacement garage roof then work as a team with the electrician to install our solar panels.

Just had 5.2 kw solar panels & a Zappy 2 EV charger installed. All those involved in the installation & commisioning the system were very efficient, clean & tidy. Simon & Chris were very helpful, even installing software on my phone to monitor my EV charger. Will be seeing Simon & Chris next month when they will be installing 2 Tesla Powerwalls.
