I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan and his team at Ceiba Renewables for your solar project. I first used Ceiba in 2012 and, having moved house, was keen to enjoy the benefits of solar power once again. They provided an excellent service on my first installation and therefore Duncan was my first choice for a new system. From the initial survey to the finished project, Ceiba were excellent. I couldn't be happier with my new system and it is performing far above my expectations. In particular having a Tesla Powerwall has transformed how the solar setup works and has given us a system that is virtually self sufficient even as we approach winter. I know it wasn't the easiest site for the install, but they overcame all the challenges and left an extremely neat and tidy installation. I know also, from previous experience, that their customer service is excellent, even after installation, which is important and reassuring when making such a large investment. As a repeat customer, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ceiba Renewables.

The team were excellent to deal with throughout the quote and install process. Chris, who installed my panels, was a great guy and was very tidy with his work, and also great with my baby daughter who was very interested to see what was going on! Post-install I have been so happy with the results and have now had Chris back again to install an Eddi and make use of my excess solar energy to heat my hot water and save on some gas costs as well! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

From the moment I contacted Duncan to discuss the project to the moment the system was handed over the process was conducted in a very professional way. My wife and I are delighted with the standard of work. The team were friendly and courteous at all times, even to the point of helping an elderly neighbour who fell outside his house. The scaffolding was taken down as soon as the job was completed, having been put up the day the job started. This was in stark contrast to an installation in my last house where it took 3 weeks before the scaffolding was removed. The only glitch was when the team were about to put up the first panel only to find that they had the wrong fittings. This was the fault of ceiba’s suppliers and was quickly remedied. Duncan called me a few days after the job had been completed to check all was well and the paperwork arrived a few days after that. A great firm to deal with And I can thoroughly recommend them.

From initial enquiry through to completion Duncan and his team provided a first class and efficient service. All work was carried out nearly, on time and to Budget. Every member of staff from the guys on site to the back office team created a really positive experience of Working with Ceiba Renewables. Ceiba previously installed solar panels for our small business and more recently installed two tesla power walls. The whole team (Duncan, Farisa, Romina, Simon and Chris) have been a pleasure to work with - keeping in touch, explaining things clearly, and carrying out the work as scheduled. The team were helpful in accommodating grant/loan funding timescales and requirements. When our solar panel array was damaged by lightning, Duncan helped us get the system repaired and provided supporting information to enable a successful insurance claim. It is refreshing to work with people who are led by sound ethics, enthusiastic, clearly enjoy their work and support one another. We look forward to working with Ceiba again in the future.

Ceiba Renewables have recently installed solar panels and powerwalls for me. They have been brilliant to deal with from the first contact to completion and beyond. Ceiba have just completed the installation of an additional 8 PV panels at my home following previous installs of PV panels and a Tesla Powerwall. This is a great company to deal with. Absolute client/customer focus. They supplied a quality product and provided an excellent design, install and aftercare service. We live on an island and apart from a few problems with ferry travel for solar panel installation last August, we found them to be; professional, punctual, very knowledgeable and helpful. Ceiba planned, installed and commissioned solar PV and battery storage for us. The planning, survey and information were carried out meticulously. I then received a planned schedule for three days complete the work. This was all carried out exactly as planned. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly. Simon, Mark, and the roofing boys worked well, with attention to detail and minimal disruption. In addition, the site was tidied up every day. There were no issues and Simon helped me set up the system, showing me operation of the software and app. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
